Hi - We are creating a product quiz that uses inputs from the participant, goes through a series of calculations, the outputs a list of products as recommendations. Our calculations are quite complex, and it’s easier for us to do it outside of the Typeform ecosystem, generate a set of results which we’d love to have displayed at the ending. Any suggestions on how to input in external results for the ending (after submitting the inputs in the first part of the quiz)?
Hi! I have a problem - My Typeform is badly connected to Hubspot, it does not send letters with results. I guess the problrm could be in workflow, and default score. In logic I can’t pick up default score to add numbers.
Hey everyone! I am attempting to create a trivia-based Typeform. My goal is to have multiple categories by using question groups so that people can choose what type of questions they want to see (i.e. Stadiums, People, Managers).I would also like for each question to conclude with an ending based on the person’s response. If they get it right, they get a congrats and additional info. If they get it wrong they can try again. I’ve attempted to do this using endings, but I want to have separate endings after each question and then move people to the next question. Is this possible? Thanks for the help.
I work for a company that delivers immersive theatre and dining experiences. As part of this, once someone purchases ticket/s to one of our shows, we send out a dietary request form. At the moment we are hosting this is in a Google Form and I’d like to replicate this in Typeform. Two reasons being, 1. a more professional experience for customers and 2. Typeform integrates with our marketing platform which means I can send the form responses to use in emails (including referencing the submitted details). I am coming into multiple issues that I’m hoping someone can share solutions to. In an ideal world, this would be the flow and format of the form. Question 1 - Contact form (including name, email, phone number) Question 2 - Date question of what performance they will be attending Question 3 - How many guests/tickets do you have - NUMBER Question 4 - This could be a list of the dietary options (no requirements, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, allergens, other) where you would
I have a question to ask about ranking products in terms of use frequency, but they may not necessarily use all the products. Is there a way to exclude answers from the ranking? Such as an “N/A” selection.Ideally, I’m imagining a “bucket” of choices and then the users can rank only the applicable choices. Please let me know!
Hello! I’d like to know if there’s a way to have default settings across all forms in an organization? For example, we would like to set it so that ‘auto-save’ is off for all new forms by default. Thank you!
Whilst using our Typeform on mobile (at https://ukmoneyman.com/book-now-referral/?id=test@test.com) the button sticks to the bottom of the page. If I reduce the height of the embed, the button goes up and sits nicely under the text, however, on the first question the form is affected by this change and shrinks down. So, I am asking whether I can move this button up without affecting the Typeform size. I have tried to use “transform: translate(0px, -280px)” to move this up but the Typeform style keeps overriding it. Is there anyway that we can move this button up? Thank you!
When I load the Messages in French, the texts load all say "Vous".But in French, it is possible to say "Tu", to make it more user-friendly.And I also like to add a little humor in my Messages.Isn't there an option, which would allow me to customize the French option, so that I don't have to redo the manipulation, every time I create a new Typeform?
I’m trying to create a Ranking Scale to measure preference using a matrix scale but cannot find any option to limit 1 response to 1 coloum.Let me know if there is a solution for this
Is there a reason why I see the widget on desktop and not on mobile?
hallo, wie kann ich das Multiple choice auswerten ? Woher weiß der kunde am ende sein ergebnis ? -- Google Translation --- Hello, how can I evaluate the multiple choice? How does the customer know his result in the end?
Hi, How to remove the “Take 1 minute 30 seconds” mention at the beginning of the Typeform? Old threads look outdated.
Hello,We use the Typeform for getting feedback about social workshops for elementary school kids. One of the questions is what school do you go to? and then there is a dropdown list of 4217 schools… a lot… Problem is, when the kids open the dropdown menu, the typing frame/line is located at the top of the screen, so they do not notice it. Instead of typing and getting help navigating to their school’s name, they scroll down hundreds of names, then give up and randomly choose a name- which of course doesn’t serve our statistics.I would like to please point out that a design problem exists on that specific screen, and that it should be designed to stress out the typing and not the scrolling. The typing line/frame literally camouflages at the top, and this is the stage in the questionnaire when we get so many misunderstandings, confusion and mistakes. How can I please forward it to Typeform user experience professionals? Thank you :)
Hello good morning
I’m passing an email address as a url variable to the form (hidden field) but typeform is converting ‘+’ character to a space, both in the question display when using the @email variable in the question copy, and when saved to DB (and gsheet). So email is passed as:example+1@gmail.comAnd it’s being saved and displayed as:example 1@gmail.com Is anyone else experiencing this?
Hi,I'm trying to redirect from one popup form (called from an iframe on a website) to another maintaining the popup. I'm using this as my redirect url at the end of the first form (gleaned from another thread on the community site).https://form.typeform.com/to/snVd8hUh?typeform-embed-redirect-target=_selfIt not working and simply appears as a full screen form which has no ability to be closed. I don't want to use a redirect on the 2nd form - just close the window and have the use returned to his starting point.ThanksAndrew
We are working with a large data provider to send our survey to their panel. They use psid (person session id) to give each person they send the survey to a unique id. We have to reference this in our URL and in our re-direct.So, I have added the hidden field “psid” to the form. I have added it to also to the re-direct. (see below image). However, I can’t figure how to get the hidden field in our URL. The help pages say it should just “show up” in the URL once published, but we don’t get any hidden field in the URL. This is what the URL now looks like (where xxxx is our domain). There is no hiddenfield. Our survey URL - no hidden field?https://xxxx.typeform.com/to/SJWVNMhkWe are at wits end. How do we give our URL to our data provider to send out the survey correctly?Thank you,SophieOur redirect link:
I have a very simple 10 question form. ON the first Yes / No question, I have simple logic that “No” goes to the the End screen. AllNow on the second question I’m trying to add logic. I:Click “Add rule” In in the second dropdown box after “If”, the only question in that box is the first question, not the second one. All other questions are missing.ANy ideas what’s going on?
I’m creating a questionnaire for people wanting software training. One question asks them to choose each feature of the software that they are currently using. I want to then create a second set of questions for each thing they select in this one question.ie: If they pick 5 features they use, I want them to get one new question for each of the 5 things they chose so I can get more information on how they are using that feature. I thought about adding a Score to each line and then using Logic to say if the score was 30 then show them this question next. Would that work?
It’s far too early in the morning for my brain to work correctly I think, can I run something past the community and get some assistance? We have a form where we ask the user on #16 what fire rating they require. A) is None, B and C are 1 and 2 Hours respectively. On #17, we ask if they need any additional ratings - such as airtight, acoustic, smoke seals. On #19, we ask what they lock they would like. The desired outcome is:if a user selects B or C on #16, we want to skip question #19 entirely and send them to #21, but still send the user to question #17. My question is, where should the logic go? I have tried putting the logic on #16, but this hasn’t worked.I also tried putting it on #17, thinking if it was the question before it would easily bypass the next question. But that didn’t work either and now I am utterly perplexed. This is how this looks: However there’s a bunch of other logic on this question, and I know ordering matters with Typeform. Could this be the issue?
Hi. I want to rise ‘start’ button in my form at mobile view,But I don’t know how can it be done. Would you please help this? Thanks!
Hello, I am conducting an experiment using typeform and need to have three different “forms” in one survey. My solution to this would be to randomly branch from the landing page to any of the three options. Is there a way to do this? Best RegardsChristofer
I am building a request form for clients to request 3 different items. I want to pass through data if a client is coming from a specific link - e.g., I know they want X request, so that’s automatically filled out, and they just need to confirm their name and email address. Is that possible with Typeform?
Hi everyone, I am trying to create a Myers Briggs type test. Here is an example5 questions for category A, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 1.5 questions for category B, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 2. But if some answers 3 or more correct for category A and B, they would go to outcome 3. Is this possible and how would I do this. The full test is around 25 questions with 16 possible outcomes. With thanks Phil
Hi Typeform community, I would like to know if Typeform saves the progress of the responses on the respondent side? I need to know this because we want to do an application process through Typeform, in which applicants submit large text responses to question + submit documentation requested, but I don’t want to do it through Typeform if it does not save the progress done by the respondent while responding the questions as they are extense. For example, if she/he wants to do another task, close the internet, has a problem and reset his computer, or simply wants to continue working on the submission form another day; I want that person to come back and be able to start where she/he left the work, even if it is in the middle of a response without pressing any submission or progress button. For clarity, we do not need data of partial responses on our side, only to confirm that progress is saved on the respondent side.
Don't be shy and ask the community.
