We are working with a large data provider to send our survey to their panel. They use psid (person session id) to give each person they send the survey to a unique id. We have to reference this in our URL and in our re-direct.So, I have added the hidden field “psid” to the form. I have added it to also to the re-direct. (see below image). However, I can’t figure how to get the hidden field in our URL. The help pages say it should just “show up” in the URL once published, but we don’t get any hidden field in the URL. This is what the URL now looks like (where xxxx is our domain). There is no hiddenfield. Our survey URL - no hidden field?https://xxxx.typeform.com/to/SJWVNMhkWe are at wits end. How do we give our URL to our data provider to send out the survey correctly?Thank you,SophieOur redirect link:
I have a very simple 10 question form. ON the first Yes / No question, I have simple logic that “No” goes to the the End screen. AllNow on the second question I’m trying to add logic. I:Click “Add rule” In in the second dropdown box after “If”, the only question in that box is the first question, not the second one. All other questions are missing.ANy ideas what’s going on?
I’m creating a questionnaire for people wanting software training. One question asks them to choose each feature of the software that they are currently using. I want to then create a second set of questions for each thing they select in this one question.ie: If they pick 5 features they use, I want them to get one new question for each of the 5 things they chose so I can get more information on how they are using that feature. I thought about adding a Score to each line and then using Logic to say if the score was 30 then show them this question next. Would that work?
It’s far too early in the morning for my brain to work correctly I think, can I run something past the community and get some assistance? We have a form where we ask the user on #16 what fire rating they require. A) is None, B and C are 1 and 2 Hours respectively. On #17, we ask if they need any additional ratings - such as airtight, acoustic, smoke seals. On #19, we ask what they lock they would like. The desired outcome is:if a user selects B or C on #16, we want to skip question #19 entirely and send them to #21, but still send the user to question #17. My question is, where should the logic go? I have tried putting the logic on #16, but this hasn’t worked.I also tried putting it on #17, thinking if it was the question before it would easily bypass the next question. But that didn’t work either and now I am utterly perplexed. This is how this looks: However there’s a bunch of other logic on this question, and I know ordering matters with Typeform. Could this be the issue?
Hi. I want to rise ‘start’ button in my form at mobile view,But I don’t know how can it be done. Would you please help this? Thanks!
Hello, I am conducting an experiment using typeform and need to have three different “forms” in one survey. My solution to this would be to randomly branch from the landing page to any of the three options. Is there a way to do this? Best RegardsChristofer
I am building a request form for clients to request 3 different items. I want to pass through data if a client is coming from a specific link - e.g., I know they want X request, so that’s automatically filled out, and they just need to confirm their name and email address. Is that possible with Typeform?
Hi everyone, I am trying to create a Myers Briggs type test. Here is an example5 questions for category A, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 1.5 questions for category B, and if someone answers 3 or correct I would like them to go to outcome 2. But if some answers 3 or more correct for category A and B, they would go to outcome 3. Is this possible and how would I do this. The full test is around 25 questions with 16 possible outcomes. With thanks Phil
Hi Typeform community, I would like to know if Typeform saves the progress of the responses on the respondent side? I need to know this because we want to do an application process through Typeform, in which applicants submit large text responses to question + submit documentation requested, but I don’t want to do it through Typeform if it does not save the progress done by the respondent while responding the questions as they are extense. For example, if she/he wants to do another task, close the internet, has a problem and reset his computer, or simply wants to continue working on the submission form another day; I want that person to come back and be able to start where she/he left the work, even if it is in the middle of a response without pressing any submission or progress button. For clarity, we do not need data of partial responses on our side, only to confirm that progress is saved on the respondent side.
Hi! I just want to create very simple quizzes for my people to check their knowledge. I don`t want and need the logic stuff. Is this possible with typeform? Thanks so much!
Hello - I have a registration for with a complex series of branching and calculations to determine ticket pricing for a conference. I have had a few people reach out with incorrect calculations, and I am trying to track down the logic error. Is it possible to print out the full list of Branching and Calculations? The individual logic steps I have set up appear to be correct. However, there must be some sequencing error leading to the increased pricing. I would love to be able to see the full list of these to help sort that out, but on my screen I can only see a portion at a time. I have tried printing the browser window, but it will only print a portion of the visible section (even if I Zoom out to fit more in the window, it still won’t print what it shows). Thanks for any tips!
Can you put a normal slide with only some text in a form? (without a question)?
Dear Typeform,I am very disappointed by the service, due to the pop-up form that appears on all the forms without any permission from the owner.1. We were not informed of such actions.2. Our forms are non-english and users are distracted.3. We pay for subscription to use service as we intended and this is very unprofessional4. Very bad user exerience.5. We’re investing into marketing and this breaks our conversion ratios.6. The form is even loading not when it is supposed to. Please Immediately disable this feature, as we are very unsatisfied with this experience!!!

I would like to create a quiz with typeform but with different endings depending on the answers chosen by the user? Can someone explain me how to do this? I only have the free version of typeform`.Thank you and sorry for my English I am French
Hello guys! One doubt,Is there anyway to me insert hints in each option of a multiple choice question?Like this question mark in the settings?
I have a drop down with 300+ options that then routes the user to a different ending. I would use the quiz option, but the issue there is some options need additional input to get to the right ending (i.e. some endings depend on answers to two questions, others do not). For example, I have “favorite toy” with 300 options and “gender” (m/f/nonbianry/etc). For some toys, I want the ending to be different depending on the toy & gender combo. For the rest, the endings are not impacted by the gender selected.I currently am handling this by using logic to drive to endings but it is so time consuming and buggy. Is there a better way to do this?
Hello, I have an issue setting up the logic jump linked to a multiple choie question. I would like my responders to be able to select multiple answers to a question for a market survey :“ For whiwh products do you car about sustainability ?”Multiple answers can be chosen from the following listPaper Hygiene & cleaning furnitures ...(15 choices)For each answer chosen, I would like the responders to have another multiple choice question :“On which concern exactly for *answer 1* ?Then go to answer 2:“On which concern exactly for *answer 2* ?I don’t managed to have the question asked for EACH answer selected. Is it possible? How can I do ?Many thanks,

how do you create a random number generator at the end of a survey in typeform?
Hi all! I have a challenge in my Typeform that I really hope you guys could help me with🙏Any suggestions on how to solve this or any creative idea is well noted and appreciated. What I would like to do: Question 9 What is the most common reason for you to ask for a medical advice? Select 1-3 reasons.Reason A Reason B Reason C Reason D Reason E Reason F Reason G Reason H Reason I Reason J(...) I would like to have other questions in between here. But it is not needed. Question 14 (or 10)How likely would you use something for *Answer 1 from Question 9*? Question 15 (or 11)How likely would you use something for *Answer 2 from Question 9*? (If 2 or 3 reasons are selected in question 9) Question 16 (or 12)How likely would you use something for *Answer 3 from Question 9*? (If 3 reasons are selected in question 9)This is at the and of the form if that helps. I do not want to ask Question 9 several times with a follow up question several times to avoid the user to know why I ask question 9.
We’re creating a typeform in which we’re asking the users what activities would they like to do on their trip, and this is a multiple selection MCQ question. So, there’re multiple activities such as Ziplinig, Snorkeling. And based on their selection from the activity question, the next question is the destination question (places which offers those activities). So, there’re different destinations questions which we show to the users based on the their selection from the activities question which we asked them last. Now, there are 15 such activities, and 16 destinations. Each destination offers few set of activities.Had it been a single selection question, we would have shown 15 different destinations questions to the users. But here so many permutations and combinations are possible for all activities offered by different destinations, and so accordingly those destinations have to be mapped to each set of selected activities in the typeform. So for e.g:If a user selects Snorkeling: Baham
