Do I get more templates when upgrading from free to basic?I’m specifically wanting to create a qualifying application from an application template, but there are only 4 of them in the Free version of Typeform.Does anyone know if there are more available when I upgrade to a paid subscription?Also, is one able to add questions to a template or when it says “8 question”, am I limited to that when using a template.Thank you in advance for your kind response.Most grateful, Scoty

I’m trying to ask the following question…In preliminary tests we discovered it was optimal if the respondent could see all of the options at once, as to be able to clearly comprehend between what options they were bucketing their time into.Looks like the ideal question type would be if the matrix question type & number question type had a little helpful baby together.I see similar queries here, here &

Hi ! :)  I have built a quiz in Typeform and I want to implement a priority in Hubspot with the winning outcome of this quizTo do so, I have set up the outcome quiz in Typeform. and I have created a text variable called “v__ending” Is there a way to then make this kind of logic “if ending page is A, then v__ending = “security” ?  Thanks so much for your help !

I have a plus plan and I’m trying to upload a video to the first page of my survey.  When I click on “add video” the space where I should be able to copy the vimeo link is greyed out and “add” is not an option.  Can anyone help?

I have a form on our website and it gathers information and data from possible customers, it has worked for years and now it has suddenly started ending at question 7 instead fo question 14 so i am not receiving any of the Information I need. I have checked the questionnaire and the questions are all complete and it is published yet when i visit it from the site it is cut short. The URL is exactly the same . I am stuck and do not understand

hey there guys :)I am making a quizz where there are multiple right and wrong answers and in one particular section all options are actually right which is why I need the participant to jump to “this is only partially right” and if they tick off all options then they jump to “this is right”. I just dont know how to make a grouped amount of options? I can only seem to get the logic to jump per 1 option which is not what I want e.g. if they choose one right option then they are immediately allowed to jump to “this is correct” in other words can I add groups of right and wrong answers?

Hi. I’m trying to have a basic “savings calculator” done in Typeform. My end result should be $1,250, but instead it comes back as one large number: 12500000000.Right now, they enter a house appraisal amount, then they enter the amount they think it should be, then they enter their property tax rate percentage (needs to handle decimals), then I want to show them the final result.Here are the form steps:Step 1: Enter the appraisal amount (i.e. 500000)Step 2: Enter the amount you think it should be (i.e. 450000)Step 3: Enter your property tax rate (i.e. 2.5) should be a percentageStep 4: The result should be 50000 x 2.5% = 1250There has to be a way to format these numbers correctly. I would like to have a name capture field that is split in two for First name and Family name.Is that possible?

I keep getting the 500 error when loading my form. When I reboot my computer and clear cache files it will load, however, how will residents know to do this if they cannot load the form?  This is very frustrating.  Is there something I can do to fix my form?  

Hello guys. I am having issues that are already melting my brain with typeform. Currently, I am creating a multi select question for social media. It goes like this:However, if someone only chooses YouTube let’s say, the form always go through the other social media. What I am struggling with, is that when a client let’s say chooses instagram and Facebook for example, I want it to jump to the next question, and not go through the other social media. My current logic is this:How to set up a logic in which the client goes from their answers to the next question? Been struggling with it for some time. Hope I made myself understand, thank you!

I have created a 14-page Typeform, but you will be required to submit the form after having filled out the 12. PageSo 2 pages of the questionnaire are missing. Can anybody help me fixing this problem?

Hi everyone 🙋🏽‍♂️I found out how to make a survey with multiple choice questions, give each answer a score, and then make a, b, c, d endings depending on the user’s score. Very nice!BUT I would love to make 3 surveys, each with it’s own score in ONE form/flow. The flow should preferably end with the user receiving and email with the score of each of the 3 surveys. Is that possible? I cannot for life of me figure out how..😬 Thank you so much in advance. Hello Community , I want to ask if there is a way for us to make a room reservation with calendar and clock then automatically notifies the responder if for example on that date someone has made a reservation, before submitting the respond .

Hi, When previewing my survey, I can’t see the dropdown answers that I added when building the survey. When reviewing the questions in the “Create” section, I can see the dropdown choices correctly. Can you please advise? Thanks Chantal 

HiIs it possible for Typeform to provide a calculation for a customer from a question? E.g.How many cars do you own?Answer : 10our calculation for the Customer: The cost of servicing 10 cars = £1000 (£100 per car)(therefore, at the back end, we have a simple metric of Answer x 100 = £)
