I can't delete Google integrations, so I can't publish my form.

Hello, I’m trying to delete every single integration from my form, so far it’s worked with only a few, but when trying to delete Meta Pixel, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, they just show up as active once again, even though I’m not on the Business Plan anymore, therefore I’m unable to publish one of my forms. All help on this topic is appreciated :)

Can I create logic to prevent a Salesforce record from being created if the form disqualifies the user?

We are integrated with Salesforce, and our Typeform questionnaire ends on either a “Qualified” or “Disqualified” screen. Is there a way to keep Typeform from creating a record in Salesforce if it reaches the “Disqualifed” end screen? Or only create records if “Qualified”.

Formatting for long list of multiple choice options

I have a long list of multiple choice options. I have 1 question where there are 10 options and another where there are 20 options. I want all the options to appear without the user being required to scroll within the TypeForm widget. IE if they need to scroll down, I want them to scroll down on the web page. I have struggled with figuring out a way to do it.

Typeform Lead Info Not Passing Through To Existing ActiveCampaign Contacts

Hi TF, As per Neilm27 post a year ago, I’m also having issues with some form submissions going through to ActiveCampaign and some not. But I’ve just discovered for me that it only happens with leads that already exist in our ActiveCampaign contact list. For some reason Typeform doesn’t send through the form field data and update the existing contact in ActiveCampaign with the same email? Is there anyway to resolve this on Typeform end? We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign.

End screen button to start over opens in Typeform the 2nd time

Hi, Hopefully someone knows what's going on here :) I've embedded my typeform on a webpage. https://www.bever.nl/services/bever-koopt-terug.html My end screens have a button ‘Start over’ which leads to the embedded form The first time it works perfectly, it reloads the form in the iframe and there you are. However, if you fill out the form a second time and use the button again, it leads to a different URL: https://9zsfh4wfry0.typeform.com/BKTV2?typeform-source=9zsfh4wfry0.typeform.com It opens in the parent tab, not in the iframe. It only does that the second time. I have no clue why this happens. The expected behaviour is that it again reloads the form in the iframe like it does the first time. Who knows how to achieve this? Issue with Embedded form in WordPress

Hi community, 🗨️ I am having an issue with embedding forms. While editing on Elementor, the form with drop down actually looks great like a form should. 🗨️ When viewed from the live site, it has horrible UX/UI with buttons/options covering the dropdown. (Please see both below). 👇🏽 ⚠️ The same effect happens regardless if it is in a small or restricted container or not. ❓ How can I fix this?

Tracking google ads with embed typeform

Hello everyone 😀 I'm having an issue with Google Ads conversion tracking.Here’s a quick overview of the situation: Visitors click on the link to my site from Google Search (thanks to Google Ads, there is no organic traffic on my site) > visitors click on a "request a quote" button on my landing page > visitors are redirected to a page on my site with an embedded Typeform > upon form submission, visitors are redirected to a thank-you page on my site that loads within the Typeform embed. I've set up a conversion tag via GTM that activates when visitors view the thank-you page. However, since the thank-you page loads and displays within the Typeform embed, I'm concerned that conversions might not be recorded correctly. I'm concerned that 1. GTM may not record the conversion at all, or 2. GTM may record the conversion but attribute it to organic traffic, since the conversion does not occur directly on the website page but through the embedded Typeform. Is there a solution to resolve this

Hi Typeform team! Is there an option to temporarily remove Typeform branding and unlock all features solely in development mode for demo purposes before committing to the Plus plan? If not, is this feature under consideration for future updates?

Google Sheets Integration won't connect

Please help! My integration to google sheets kept auto-turning off, so I disconnected the integration in hopes to reconnect it. But now, I keep getting an “oops, something went wrong” error. Our form services thousands of respondents a day!! This is critical, and I can’t find a way to contact someone at typeform for help. Does anyone know what’s going on here?

Feedback forms and Google Reviews

I am setting up a feedback form, if a client answers positively to the first 3 questions i would like it to direct them to create a Google Review. If they respond negatively i would like them to continue to fill out the form for us to internally access the feedback. Can this be set up in logic?

Check-in option

Hello! I wanted to see how and if this is possible. I want to collect responses (RSVPs) for an event using typeform. I then want to send emails out to addresses collected during the RSVP process. The email should include a custom barcode or QR code unique to their response. During the event I want our check-in team to be able to scan that barcode/QR code that was sent which will mark that person as ‘checked in’ on a google sheet.

My form displays great on my squarespace site on desktop but when I pull it up on a mobile device there area where the form should be is just blank. Anyone know how to fix this?

I have conducted several tests and implemented all the recommendations given to me. Below, I outline the steps and results: 1. Tests conducted with Zapier:• I have tried various methods using Formatter by Zapier and Code by Zapier to extract and correctly map the answers from the Typeform form.• I also carried out advanced tests with a webhook connected to the ChatGPT assistant. In these tests, the output was positive, as an essential oil recommendation was generated, which did not happen when I only used the ChatGPT assistant without the webhook.• However, when the entire workflow was executed, the recommendation did not persist, and the dynamic variables still appeared empty.2. Review of the connections:• I checked the connections between Typeform and Zapier, and everything seems to be in order. Endings

I am trying to track via GA-4 the different endings to our web embedded Typeform quiz. One ending is an approved user and the other are not currently approved. I would love to be able to see out of the Typeform submissions we have how many are approved and how many are not approved at this time. Is this possible?

Pre-Populate with Mighty Networks User Information

I would like to capture the Mighty Networks user information and attach to the form data. Is there a way to do that? I know that Zapier has access to this data on Mighty Networks, I just don’t see how to bring that over to Typeform.

Typeform Integration Not Redirecting Properly on My Website – "Click Here" Button Not Working

Hi Typeform Community, I’m having trouble with my Typeform integration on my website. I’ve embedded a Typeform in a modal that opens when users click a “Click Here” button, but recently, the button has stopped working properly. Instead of opening the Typeform modal, it either does nothing or redirects to a blank page. Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Verified the embed code and re-embedded it in the site. Checked for any conflicting JavaScript or CSS that might be interfering with the modal. Confirmed that the Click Here button is linked correctly to trigger the modal. Is there something I’m missing with the embed settings or the JavaScript required for the modal to function? Has anyone else experienced issues with Typeform not displaying properly in a modal on their site? Thanks in advance for any tips or guidance!

2nd Google sheet integration

Hello, Is it possible to integrate a second google spreadsheet or work sheet tab? Basically I need an exact copy of the original integration so that i can make additional columns to it, but keeping the original integration as is. It's important that the rows are added to both sheets each time an entry is completed on the typeform. TIA

Adding google calendar view for easier scheduling

Hello Community, I was wondering if it is possible to display your google calendar or any calendar in typeform? For context, this is the flow I was thinking of and can’t find answers to. I want customers to be able to book our venue for different increments of time(2,4,6,8,10 hours). So to cut the back and forth communication, I thought of allowing customers to view my venue’s google calendar for availabilities and be able to easily find openings and input the specific date and time in typeform. Is there a possibility or integration or hack for this? Please and thank you!

INTEGRATION WITH NOTION

Good morning, I have been trying to integrate Typeform with Notion, but I noticed that the responses were not arriving automatically in my Notion database. I tried to redo the process to try to correct any possible errors, but after saving the mapped fields, when I clicked on accept the terms and conditions, the error message automatically appears.
