Hi Typeform Community,We've been experiencing an issue where our Typeform webhook in production keeps getting automatically disabled, and we're trying to understand if this is a known Typeform behaviour or something on our end.Here's what we've observedOur webhook was disabled at some point last Friday and remained disabled until this Monday. - When we manually re-enabled it, it got disabled again within ~10 minutes. We also noticed the following error in our backend logs: "The typeform hidden field formid is not a correctly formatted number" - Our backend API endpoint is functioning correctly — manual test submissions are returning OK responses. - The issue affected multiple regionsWould need some help in answering the below Does Typeform automatically disable webhooks under certain conditions (e.g. repeated delivery failures, errors in hidden fields)? Could the "formid is not a correctly formatted number" error cause the webhook to be auto-disabled? Is there a way to prevent this fro

Hi, Really appreciate any help with this.We are having issues both in having the source come across to hubspot, it comes across in some occasions, and we are not seeing contacts being attributed to the page they are coming from. I believe it maybe a cookie issue, however am struggling with the cookie documentation linked to on Typeform.Any help appreciated

I have followed instructions from previous community posts, but have not been able to pass through source/medium parameters from GA4 into typeform. Currently our typeform submits are showing in GA4 as self-referral. I would love to get it to a place where we can see source/medium data from where users are arriving at the site. When I took a look in developer tools it looks like we are getting an error that the shareGAinstance feature is not finding the Google Analytics object. We have our GA4 measurement ID set up through GTM, which could be causing an issue. I am seeing the cookie pass through the client ID and measurement ID.   We also have hidden fields defined for passing through UTM parameters to hubspot, which could be conflicting.  Would it help if we defined the GA4 measurement ID in the share-GA instance or is there other areas in set up where we’ve failed. Hello - we are directing people from our Facebook ad with a UTM to our landing page (meetgenie.co). People then need to hit APPLY before they are taken to an embedded Typeform. Our UTM parameters drop when people go from the landing page to the embedded form homepage. We have a Typeform / GA integration set up but I am not able to track the UTM campaign details against our Form Submission Goal in GA. Is there any way to resolve this?Thanks

Hi everyone, I have read through the threads, but my question is somehow not answered. I have integrated my typeform forms on my website with the CMS “Contao”. I just inserted the code and it works great. But: Unfortunately, my Typeform forms always only display “directly via unknown source”. The website is linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics. The source in Hubspot is displayed via other forms on the page. My Typeform forms are also linked to Hubspot and Google Analytics and I have set the sliders for “Form settings” and “Tracking” to “on” (Utm_source, Utm_medium) etc. today. Can you help me? But we do not see them in GA. How can we fix it?

Hello,I am creating a module in Hubspot and in the module I embed a Typeform as a pop up. However, when I am going to Hubspot, it doesn’t track the utm_source. Hey everyone, we have typeform in our landing page and we direct traffic to the landing page from Google Ads optimising for conversions. For some reason the conversion numbers are not getting updated in the Google ads dashboard. Please help. Following is our landing page link: 

The form is not initially showing on a Mobile device. You have to tap the screen in order for the form to load. How do I fix this? Hello, i need connect 2 forms. The first will be on our site and rest questions will be as second form on your site. I see, that is possible pass data from one form to another, but could you tell me, if possible pass UTM parameters to another form as well?Thanks

I’m doing some analysis from the responses that enter through typeform and is very important the data about submission, not only the responses it self but the descriptive data. I’m looking for the column “Submit Date” and “Start Date” for monitoring timespend in each form.The integration with google spreadsheets does not import the data “Start Date”, only the submission. In the only place I founded both together is downloading the csv but I’m searching for an easier way to get that data.Any thoughts and advices?

Hello,I get booking enquiries through Typeform, and I want to export those enquiries to contacts to HighLevel as contacts to input into automations for marketing / emails etc etc. ASWELL, to try and make the quoting journey easier. Has anyone managed to do this without a webhook? / If using a webhook, anything FREE or other than Zapier? Trying to keep subscription cost low, but this is quite the necessity.Would love anyones experience or personal story about something similar. 

I want to embed a typeform-form in my site to get/collect information from visitors. Some visitors are logged in to my site (and … others are not)My question: is it possible to prefill of prepopulate on a secure way input fields in an embeded typeform-form with values from my site?So not with a url like https://myformname.typeform.com?inputfield1=value1&inputfield2=value2, but without a ‘visible’ url.Is it possible with an API? Or perhaps via socalled Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM).

Since our form is on a separate page, the url doesn’t contain the UTM information anymore at the time of filling in the form, since visitors come from the homepage and are redirected. ThanksPaul

Hello! I currently have Typeform responses being pushed to Go High Level (our CRM) through Zapier. I’d LOVE to create a custom integration or API between Typeform and Go High Level so I can capture form responses without Zapier, and also trigger other workflows i.e. if a form is left unfinished.👀Has anyone been able to accomplish this? I’m looking to create a Typeform:GHL API integration that bypasses Zapier.Let me know if you need more context!

Hi, When trying to connect my Google Sheet to Typeform it comes up with an error saying ‘Oops something went wrong’ but then I can see on my Google sheet it has created a new tab with the name of the Typeform.Can anyone offer any help in getting the Typeform connected to the Sheet?Thanks

When prompted to connect my notions account, I got an error message which I didn’t record @ connecting to a “bad page”.  I got redirected back to the integrations page where I’m stuck in an authorization failure loop.  Help!  I tried disabling and reenabling the NOTIONS integration, but just get to these  Step 3 Map Typeform fields to Notion propertyCould not load any database in Notion. Did you give Typeform bot access to databases?

I have a link to a typeform on my instagram, but when the user clicks ‘take the quiz’ and the page loads, the Start button is not on the page.The image showing the button is how it looks on a mobile brower. HI,  We are looking to pass traffic source / medium / campaign data from our landing page (where it tracks acurately) to our TF URL that sits on a subdomain, so that we can split out form completions etc. by traffic source - currently tracking traffic on the TF URL shows as ‘direct’ I realise similar questions have been asked several times here but it seems they tend to focus on situations where the tyepforms have been embedded rather than living on a separate URL. e.g. in this answer “Passing UTM across landing page and then to TF” the eventual solution was to embed the forms and in this answer “How to see the traffic source of conversions” again the typeform is embedded I’m wondering if there’s a simple way that our source / medium / campaign data (nearly all of which is facebook / cpc, google / cpc, google organic, facebook / referral - can be passed into the typeform - I do have utm tracking activated for the typeforms - they currently show up as blank as I assume the utm data gets

Hi Guys,I am working in an NGO and we try to collect data from our Beneficiaries during a Donation Program with Typeform. The goverment is forcing us to collect for every Donation also the signature of every Beneficiaries confirming that they got the donation.I would like to also digitalize this part with the signatures.Is this somehow possible with typeform or what would be your recommendation in order to do this.It should be a cheap solution, because we would like to use most of the money for the beneficiaries and not for the administration.Thanks, may God bless you!
