Hi all and one for you @john.desborough :)I’m trying to figure out the best way to automate (as much as possible) data visualisation and report creation off the back of survey data collection.My current process is painful and goes like this:Typeform survey Responses fed to google sheets Download excel version Merge into another excel which has formula/calculations set up Check for errors (there are some error formulas setup within it) Visualise key stats manually in Sketch/Illustrator Produce PDF and sendVery manual! Question about viewing uploaded files.
Hi,We created a job application form where applicants can upload resumes, we are receiving up to 2K applications every month, for now all uploaded resumes need to be downloaded. Is there a way that we can view the PDFs online instead of downloading them?We connected the upload question to the google drive but it doesn't create a URL, we either have to go to the link folder and manually search for the resume or click the response sheet and download the file. This takes a lot of time. :(.
stripe integration - is it as easy as it seems?
Ok, so I have set up my second Stripe account, and Typeform automatically recognizes that account by my email. I’m skeptical - is that really all that it takes? That’s all that I can find in the Typeform instructions, but on the Stripe side it looks like there is a ton of coding that needs to happen to make the connection.I’m not terribly fluent in Stripe (our other account, for a different platform, was set up years ago), and it looks on that side like there are codes that need to be exchanged. For one, how would Typeform know from my email to send funds to the new account, vs. the old one (same email)? All of the instructions I can find in Tyepform only link to Stripe pages for that end of things, and the Stripe pages are indecipherable to me. Could someone confirm that there is more to it than just a) having a Stripe account, and b) entering that email into the Payment Question field? Hubspot Integration: Contact creation instead of Update
Hi, I have the following issue:I’ve changed the email of a typeform to a hidden field that is filled automatically via URL from hubspot. That works as it should, the email is matching with the existing hubspot contact and receiving the typeform data.BUT additionally Typeform now creates a second and new contact with empty email attribute in hubspot. Doesn’t make any sense to me. How can I fix this?
problem with upgrading paln in my account after payment
Dear Typeform Customer Support Team,I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent upgrade to a Plus account on your platform. On 6/03/23, I upgraded my account and paid for the Plus plan, receiving an invoice confirming my payment.However, despite paying for the Plus plan, my account has not been upgraded, and I am unable to access any of the features that come with it. I am using Typeform in Confluence ... but I want to find out how I can capture the user id of the person that filled in the tyepform?
So, we love typeform and have already added it to our User Guide section which is in Confluence. I am able to capture the user feedback but one thing that I am unable to figure out is how to capture the user name or user email address so that I know which Client is giving me feedback and also that I am able to segregate feedback from internal employees vs external Client users.
Connecting two VideoAsks with a Typeform
We have a survey that was originally developed in VideoAsk that will be re-released shortly. In the re-release, we plan to ask one ranking question. Rather than recreating the whole survey in Typeform, is it possible to split the VideoAsk in two and set it up so that it flows as follows:VideoAsk Pt. 1 → Typeform Ranking Q → VideoAsk Pt. 2?Note that we will need to pass contact information between all three; is it possible to do this without having to ask for the respondent’s contact information a 2nd time?

Mapping "Submit date" to notion
Hi All. I have notion and typeform integrated. I can’t seem to be able to send Typeform “submit date” with every submission. I know I can use notion’s created time property but it messes up when you use templates since it considers it as a new entry. Am I able to send submission dates with type form submissions to notion?
How to choose a folder in shared drive in Google Drive integration

Typeform and ActiveCampaign integration - some submissions are not not being sent to ActiveCampaign
Hi We have a Typeform that is integrated with ActiveCampaign using the native integration app on ActiveCampaign. The problem is that some of the form submissions are not going through to ActiveCampaign, but some are going through fine. I can’t see a way to troubleshoot this, so wondering if anyone can help? What are the common problems with this integration? Or is there a way to find what my problem is? Many thanks!
Webhook modifying the request data
Hi, I am facing a problem in setting up webhook. So, webhook is sending modified requests for email_ids with a "+" sign in them. It replaces "+" with a " ". For example, if the user's email is "firstname.lastname@example.org" then we would receive the webhook with"test email@example.com" which is not a valid email id and we cannot save it. It was working fine earlier but this issue came up recently.
Dear Community, I want to create a quiz but I have a question. Is it possible to integrate TypeForm with MailerLite in a way that respondents are being assigned to more than one different subscriber groups depending on the quiz results? Feeding first/last name and email throughout series of typeforms
Hi there!Okay...my company offers a coaching program, part of which consists of a series of assessments that are dripped out to our clients over a 3 month period. Currently, we have our clients enter in their name and email on each assessment, which feels incredibly redundant. Since we collect their first/last name and email in the onboarding assessment, I was hoping that I could send that data set back into the following assessments in our sequence. The above article was the closest that I’ve come to figuring this out, but it assumes that the user is completing the assessments one after the other through a redirect. Unfortunately, that won’t work because it could be a few days in between our assessments. We also have our typeform assessments embedded on our website, and we send our client a direct link to our website, not the typeform. Notion Integration: Responce ID
Hi! I want to give each respondent to my Typeform a unique confirmation code. I see in the Google Sheets integration, you get a Token (see image). In the Typeform API you can call a responseID, but I can’t figure out how to set one that can send to Notion. It doesn’t have to be this response ID, just a unique code I can send to the user. Like a Ticket Number, Submission ID, etc. I would also like to display this code on the End screen if possible.
Issue with Integrations
Hi - I have a problem I use about 20/30 different typeforms and with them I have about 4 integrations for each form, zendesk, sendinblue, google sheets and zapier by email. When I integrate Facebook leads it has a catch all so results for all forms will go to send in blue or zendesk for example. It seems at the moment for typeform I would manually have to integrate each form for every integration. So at the moment with 30 forms and 4 integrations I have to manually do this 120 times which seems crazy, I’m sure the developers of typeform have a solution to this but I cant find it. Any ideas would be appreciated!
Turning off Hubspot cookie alert banner on embedded Typeform?
We just upgraded to be able to use the Hubspot integration which means we no longer need to use Zapier to get info into Hubspot. However the integration means that when the TF is embedded on partner websites there is a cookie banner across the top of the TF which looks awful and out of place. Its forcing them to accept cookies on a site they aren’t even on so I need to take it off. I asked Hubspot and they said to ask TF but I cant see any option to turn it off. We cover off GDPR in the text inside the TF and any cookie acceptance surely belongs to the site they are on, not on the embedded TF.Help? How can I get rid of it?ThanksKath
