Integrate your typeform

Hi,I have connected my GA property ID with my Typeform. Its all properly set up but I am not able to see my data on Google analytics, i tried in the site content > all pages reports. Events > Top events report, even in the real time report. I am not able to see the data on GA. Does this have something to do with the domain? Please help

I currently have a Typeform Outcome quiz and I’m trying to send specific emails to users based on their results. However the Zapier integration only shows outcome ID’s. How can I add tags to users based on their results? Like if an individual got the result “Mostly A’s” I’d like to add a tag to their Activecampaign account that says “Quiz Result A” then send them targeted emails based on their result.

I have a fairly complex application form as part of an intake flow for a learning program. The first part of the application has a series of screening questions to see if the respondent is eligible for the program. If they are eligible, we then ask for their personal information (name, email) and feed that into Salesforce to churn through our automated onboarding process.If they aren’t eligible for the program, we then ask if they would like to sign up for our mailing list so we can capture their information and send updates in case our requirements change in the future. If they say yes, we then ask for their name and email as well. If they say no, we show them an ending.The issue I’m running into is that the sync to Salesforce was working well for the first few days, and then stopped abruptly. The error messages simply said “Exception: Invalid field for Contact” with no other information. Eventually, I realized that we had received a few responses that were ineligible for the program

Hi, We have a date question that is linked to Google Sheets.   On the typeform the format is UK. When connected to Google Sheets it inserts as US format, even when the destination column is set at UK format.  Can anyone help with this. Thanks 

I am trying to use a typeform to gather details from customers including SMS consent. Does anyone know if there is a way to pass a variable that Klaviyo will read as a consent to receive SMS? I have tried using just the legal consent field but that doesn’t work. I also tried using zapier to pass the variable via web hooks. I can’t seem to get it right. Any help would be appreciated!

We send out VOC surveys each month. We have a list of clients we send these to and we know what services we provided. We would like to be able to tailor the survey based on who is completing the survey. We do ask for name and email so we could use that as a unique identifier but we would need to be able to use that to look up data in an excel file or other database (make it visible to Typeform) so we can use that information to determine how to customize the survey (branching).  is it possible to have Typeform consume data real time that can be used in the logic function within the tool or is it only able to use data entered into the form real-time.

Hi, I have searched, but I can’t find an answer.I created a quiz with 4 different endings. The user sees the score group and should afterwards get some tips per E-Mail via Mailchimp. I already created tags on Mailchimp and connected Typeform with Zapier. But what I don't find: how can I tag the contacts due to their results so that they get the right E-mail automation?Thank you!Viktoria 

Anyone knows how to transfer Typeform scores through an integration to an external system? I use MailerLite, cannot find a way to do this….

Hi, I'm trying to find a way to improve the completion rate of my TypeForm.One idea was to run my visitors to an optin page first (via ConvertKit) so they have to opt into my email list first and then send them to the TypeForm.(This way, I can tag them when they opt in (prior to completing the form), and then again after they complete/submit the form. If they start but don't complete the form, I can encourage them to come back.)I don't think a "form abandon" feature is built into TypeForm, so I'd be doing this with ConvertKit and TypeForm's integration.Saying that, if people opt into my ConvertKit list using their name and email – and I redirect them to the TypeForm survey afterwards – is there a way to pass those parameters (name and email) to the TypeForm so those questions are pre-filled (or skipped), so the visitors wouldn't have to enter them again?And to clarify – these would be (a) new leads to TypeForm, and (b) visitors who don’t have any history in TypeForm to pull data from (

Hello! We are using embed typeform react library to show a typeform in our application we are trying to send hidden fields with it they are present in the url (see screenshot) but it seems like we don’t recieve them in our typeform responses.Are we doing something wrong or it is a bug? and if its a bug, is there a workaround for it?  Thank you!

This looks a bit overwhelming to me. I just wanted to post a short quiz to find out what interests some people. Now, it seems that I must stop and learn a new technology or platform and that does not appeal to me. I just want a simple form and to receive the answers. Is that too much to ask?

Hi Everyone,We have a Typeform (it's part of an application process) that has 5 different options. Each option triggers a different journey in MC, which then triggers a specific email to be sent based on the option that has been selected. All our automation work perfectly. That is for the first attempt/ first time a client applies and uses the Typeform.But, on the second attempt and onwards, the automation does not work. This is an issue for us because if an applicant is declined, they can apply again after a certain period. Or if the applicant also wants to apply to one of our other services. I have spoken to Mailchimp for the last two days. They have tested my journeys on MC and said that it should be working on MC, but due to a 3rd party integration, it's not working. On the second and 3rd attempts, the new tags are not being sent to MC. It seems like the issue is with Typeform. Proces:Enter Typeform. Go through Typeform and select an option, click submit. HubSpot integration does not appear to work correctly. It fails a lot when first set up and then suddenly works but it cannot find one of the HubSpot fields we need.The field has exactly the same qualities of the field that it does find so it’s difficult to understand why it is not finding the right property. 

We are using Typeform for a Product Recommendation Quiz. On the outcome page, we have a “Click here to see your personal recommendation” button that takes the user to a Shopify page on our site and makes them an offer on that product.We are trying to track sales that happen on Shopify from leads that come from Typeform...which we have in place that looks for Shopify orders that have email addresses that match email addresses collected in Typeform. However, we are seeing that some customers are checking out on Shopify with a different email address than the email address that they used to complete the quiz which is creating a hole in our tracking system.Our thought is, if we could pass on the email address collected on the page before the outcome page in the URL of the “Click here to see your personal recommendation”, we would be able to connect the dots with Shopify and/or Google Analytics.I’m new to hidden fields. How do I map Country field in TypeForm to a field in Airtable. I tried multiple options but none seems to work.

Hello,I am using in an app this library https://www.npmjs.com/package/@typeform/embed so once the user fills the form, I get the response id and I send it to my api to get the answers and store them in my database.So the problem is that the data is sent correctly to my api, but this endpoint /forms/:formId/responses?included_response_ids=:response_id randomly (sometimes happen and sometimes don’t) returns an empty body with status code 200 so the responses are not stored in the db and I don’t get any error so don’t know why.Any idea?

When I try to connect my typeform to google sheets it does not allow me to complete the process.  I only get “oh no, there was an error” once I create the new spreadsheets.  How can I get all the responses logged one by one different to Google Sheets?  

Trying to integrate Typeform with a Google Sheet that is NOT owned by the account we are attempting to integrate with. We do have ‘Editor’ access to the sheet.Is that lack of Ownership of that sheet the reason it’s not integrating successfully?Do you need to Own a sheet to integrate with it?
