I’ve added the form to my Linktree account, when i go to test start it by pressing the bottom, it goes straight to a page saying “You’ve taken one. Now make one.” what does this mean, have i done something wrong, how do i fix this so my clients can reach out to me?

It seems as though I don’t have access to my own Workspace.  I created the account but don’t have any access to create new forms.  How is that so?  How do I fix this?  The area to Create New Form is greyed out.  Help!  

Hello, We already have basic account with 100 responses available.But during next month we will need an upgrade to achieve 500 responses availability. It´s possíble to updrade the basic account witth the option of 500 responses?May I downgrade the next months back to 100 again? Or do I have to upgrade to the Plus account with 1K responses availability? RegardsHF

I accidentally made my form with my personal email, but I want to export the form’s contents to my business email without having to copy everything. The only way I think would work is if I had Org members, but I only have a free subscription. I’ve been instead trying to change the email…? (Your Settings > Change Email) but I didn’t get an email with a redirect regarding the email change, even when I deleted my Typeform’s business account. (I’m currently on my business email)

Hi, I’m thinking of moving from surveymonkey. One of the reasons is that to login from different devices you have to sign out of an old device and into a new one, sending a security code etc each time. On Typeform do you have the same or can you move fluidly between devices using your seat’s login? Secondly, can the Owner see the content generated in each seat’s account, or does it remain private to each user? As we host different  community groups we would want to ensure data security between each seat but allow for sharing of blank survey templates where appropriate. Thank you!

I desperately need to get in touch with an agent; I used the platform to collate information on a high profile event my company is hosting, but completely missed the ‘max 10 responses per month’ caveat. I’m now approaching my limit, and still awaiting responses from circa 15 people. I’m not in a position to buy a subscription right now; but will be once I've proven the efficacy of the platform to my manager. Is there a way I could possible just pay for one month? Or get a FOC extension just for this survey? Its really got me in a bit of a bind 😥

Hey, I am in the process of creating a quiz for my website. The aim of the quiz is to gather potential client's information to nurture them into becoming clients for the salon. The quiz gathers information about your hair and gives a detailed product and homecare recommendation at the end. I would ideally like to link the products to the answers. I know this is a pro feature but I wondered what plan? If I join the basic plan to start will this allow me to use button links?  I would like to pay monthly for the plan, can I cancel any time? 

Hi, I’m having trouble logging into a Typeform account.We had a team member create a Typeform account using SSO ("Log in with Google") with his own company email address but he is no longer with the company. We have access to his emails but we don't have his Gmail password so we can no longer use SSO. We've tried resetting the password in Typeform but no reset email comes through (it’s not in spam or promotional folders, etc.). We've also reached out to Typeform support three times using two separate email addresses but received no response after about a week.Is there any way we can get sent a password reset link for this Typeform account? We can verify Gmail account ownership if required and can provide the Typeform form details we need access to.I'm posting here in the hopes that Typeform support might see this and help — we are desperate for a fix!

I have since joined a teams typeform account, however, I cannot figure out how to transfer my created typeform over? Hi,I recently discovered a monthly charge for my Typeform subscription, unaware of its recurring nature. I used the service only once and would like to cancel my subscription and request a refund for the December payment. 

How can I determine which of our organization users created a survey? I’m looking for a field such as ‘Created By’.

HI! I need more information about seats. If we have for example 5 seats, do people from different seats see ALL typeforms? Or every different seat has their own safety space with typeforms that can bee seen only from exact e-mail ane seat?For example marketing team see only their typeforms in their workspace, internal team their, financial theirs

I have been trying to contact Typeform for days and there is absolutely no “LiveChat” option that I can see, as they claim, no way to “contact them” as the page freezes.  I got no notice about my account being renewed which I have not used in a year and need to discuss this and there is zero way to reach anyone that works at this company.  Anyone know how to reach them?

Hello,We payed the Business Yearly Plan a while ago but the Plan wasn’t upgraded and all my forms are now private! It’s very critical for me since my clients can’t submit the reponses.Submitted several support tickets but still didn’t get any answer. Is there a phone number to contact you regarding the payments?

I would like to ask regarding the pricing limit if I buy a plus plan and I want to buy up additional monthly responses up to 2,500 total respondents. How much is the total price I have to pay monthly?
