Hello Typeform Community,I'm working on a project where I'd like to personalize the questions presented to the respondent based on their previous answers. Specifically, I want to retrieve the text value of an answer to a question and use that value to customize the content of subsequent questions.For example, if I ask, "What is your favorite fruit?", and the respondent answers "Apple", I'd like the next question to be, "Why do you like Apple?".Is there a built-in functionality or a workaround in Typeform to achieve this? Any guidance or best practices on how to implement this would be greatly appreciated.Thank you in advance for your assistance!

I am creating an assessment that shows recommendations for each question depending on your answer. I want to create a customized ending or if not possible, a customized follow-up. How can I do it? (I don’t want to do the ending based on scores as it’s not customized based on each answer per question.)For example:Question 1A. AppleB. BeesC. CatQuestion 2A. AntB. BatC. Crow I want to show in the ending customized text depending on their answers per question. Below are the equivalent text I want to show: Question 1A. Apple = you are greatB. Bees = you are awesomeC. Hi there, I am new to airtable and typeform integrations, and hoping the hive mind of the typeform community might be able to help. I have tried to troubleshoot myself and going round in circles- quite frustrating. After reading through issues others have had, it seems it’s not just me too. So far when I try and link a typeform question to an airtable field, some but not all of the connections work. For the integrations that don’t work I have-double checked the content is the same in the two places, same punctuation, no * etc-removed ‘other’ as an option-checked it’s the same field type in both tools (for me, multi select)-checked the typeform is published I’m wondering if the 22 options to answer the typeform is causing an issue? Is there a limit people have found with multiple choice questions? Has anyone found a work around? Should I use Zapier? (But seems silly to me)Any pointers would be much appreciated!  Thank you. 

Hi,I am trying to create a conditional logic ”if answer contains”, but I am trying to get put a list of strings as condition. Is it possible to list all my strings in the box and separate them with a comma or other separator? I have 200+ strings to input as same condition.  As of now this feels VERY limited. What are my options? (I googled and couldn’t find anything on the subject) Thank you so much for your help! 

If the same person has started an application multiple times, does the ‘start’ count each time they started or are the total starts unique to an individual person?

I'm trying to embed my type form on my website. As you can see, this works beautiful on Desktop at: https://ztxadvisors.com/contact-us/However, when I try to view the same page on mobile, if you visit the same link (https://ztxadvisors.com/contact-us/) the form doesn't show up. Can you please help?  

HelloPlease tell me how to share results to the public by link or embed code.Is it possible to have it live update as responses come in?Or is there a third party solution to easily share live results?  Thanks 

Our gym franchise is launching a fitness challenge. We’re wanting to send out survey’s to each of the participants at the end of each week.Should I send a brand new link/form to the participant each week, or is there a way where the participant can save results from the previous week and come back to the same form?  I’m trying to avoid the participant filling in their basic details like name, email etc every week.

Can you change the font colour of different questions?  Eg. make question1 a black font and question 2 a white font.  This way you can have different background pictures and still be able to read the question. 

I cannot get hold of any help from your website.  I have subscribed and cannot publish my typeform.  It keeps throwing up an error message:“Sorry, something’s wrongWe’re dealing with a technical issue. Try this:Refresh the page. You may lose any changes you just made.  Get support. Send us a screenshot of the error details below if you get in touch.”OR“Unable to publish changes”I have logged out and in.  I have exited the website.  I have tried many times to no avail.  I have a paid subscription.  When I try and leave a message via the bot help “there was an error processing your request, please try again later.” I am wanting a refund for the year’s subscription.  I have doubt I will ever be able to talk to a real person and get this resolved??  Crap product if this is how you handle it.

Hello! I am the administrator user of the Typeform account, but I am unable to access the survey results. Only one of my collaborators is able to do so. What could be happening?  

We need to gather some details about an organisation and then let them submit a list of trainees.ideally the trainee list would be similar to filling in an excel sheet. I’ve attacvhed a screenshot of the existing excel sheet people fill in and return.they would fill in organisational information and then trainee specific informationany starter points appreciated. 

How do you limit the number of responses to the form? I want to cap out the number of people that can sign up. 

 Hi, I'm creating a question asking the respondents how they feel; it's a multiple-choice question. If they choose one of the positive answers, they get a certain statement; if they choose a more negative response, they get a different statement. The logic for these is set up and working well. However, they can answer the question with the "other" option and type their own response. For the logic, I want to direct anything that is typed to be directed to a statement that is general and supportive. However, when I go to do this, the program asks me for "is equal to". How do I fill this out so that anything the respondent types in other goes to my chosen response? I hope I have communicated this correctly. I really appreciate any help you can provide. 

Hi!As always I connected one new typeform to a new google spreadsheet with the same google account integration I already used for 20 typeforms in the past.But since today the respons are not pushed inside the spreadsheet.If I delete the integration and I create a new one Typeform find the new response and put them inside a new sheet inside the spreadsheet, but when a new response is sent nothing happened.Is it possibile to have support?Thank you

I am using the standard embed for my Typeform on Divi and it works perfectly on the desktop version but on the mobile version, the user cannot scroll down on the page to get to the “ok” button at the end of every page of the Typeform quiz. The header and footer also end up covering the typeform. Is there a workaround for this? I have already tried to add the inline code to the embed code. Is it possible to store a hidden field in a statement, so this information from a hidden field can be used later on by recalling it?For example, I have a yes/no question which leads to a different statement depending on the answer. Is it possible to give this answer (which is a statement) a certain name value, so I can use this value later on?Thank you for any adviceDirk

I’m trying to anchor the option of “I don’t know” at the bottom of a question that I’d like to randomize all the other responses for (to test if people are mostly choosing the first few because they’re overwhelmed by all the options). It doesn't seem this functionality is currently available, so as a workaround I wanted to use the “Other” option since that goes last by default and change the text under Messaging settings to I don't know. My question is: Can I make it so the respondent is not prompted to type an answer if they select “Other” or is that non-negotiable? P.s. It’d be really great if this functionality or randomizing while anchoring 1 or 2 responses was in the pipeline! 

I was locked out of my account this morning and cannot get any password reset emails, which seems really odd. I created a support ticket around 5 hours ago and still have not heard back from Typeform.Can someone tell me how to expedite the customer support process with this company?

Hello,I am trying to create hidden fields for data like lead source, assigning leads to a rep, and updating fields that track which conference a lead came from. All of the content I see online is mapping hidden forms to an email campaign and it’s not the way I’m trying to set up this form. This form I’m creating will collect attendees information that will be attending one of our side events at a conference. I want hidden forms to automatically capture this conference-specific information and populate particular properties in Hubspot. It looks like the only way to map information back to Hubspot is from the answers in the Typeform.Has anyone set this up before and has advice?Thanks,Alex
