And how about being able to analyze open questions with artificial intelligence and group them by theme, assigning them a percentage weight? We are all afraid of asking open-ended questions because of the work of having to code them

Hello friends, I’m getting an error when I run the Zapier action “Duplicate form in Typeform”.The action only requires the new form title, but when I test the zap then I get the below error because ID value is missing - Any idea what I’m missing? Failed to create a duplicate form in TypeformThe app returned "should have required property 'id'".

Hello,  I am currently trying to embed a TypeForm email request into Cargo (cargo.site). Unfortunatey, Cargo’s cusotmer service just informed me that anything with <script> tags likely won’t work within Cargo. Is there a way to make the email request, just an iFrame? Let me know! Rule: If q3 is greater than Max offer then go to q4, if question 3 is equal to or less than Max offer then go to q5.

I’m on the plus plan and I have created a quiz that leads to four different ending screens. In each of those I have added a button and a link that leads to my website. However, when I test the quiz, the links on any of the ending screens is not working. Nothing happens when I press the button that should lead to my website. I have the link in “https://” form so that should not be the issue.

Hey all-  If I forgot to include a name field or email field in my typeform, is there a way to still see whose email address is connected to my responses. Trying to figure out a way to collect that data without having to resent the quiz and have people respond again. 

I am looking for a way in which, based on the responses of the user, a dynamic PDF is created (which their names  for example), which then appears in the end screen of the type form.  Would this be possible? If so, can someone guide me? 

Hi all, I’ve used JotForm up until now and I’m able to download customer responses in s a very nice and readable PDF form, but with TypeForm my only options to download responses is XL sheet and I’m not able to view the data in an organized way. Do any of you know the workaround to download the responses in a PDF format? 

Hi, I created a form where I asked leads to upload certain images. When finished I dont want to click on every file link to download and view the image. Instead I would like to get a summary file (maybe pdf) with all images and once. Do you know how this is possible (maybe with zapier)?Until now, I did not figured it out myself (even with zapier).Thanks :)

Hi!I work at an Organizational Consulting Firm, and we create Organizational Culture reports, based on a framework that we have developed and on a questionnaire with closed ended questions.I would like to know if your services allow to create an online questionnaire and based on the responses, it can be mapped into our framework (it is a circumplex figure with three colors and three levels).Also, I would like to know if the responses can be collected in a way that you we can create our data base (because we run this questionnaire with different clients, so we want to have our data base in order to be able to normalize results).Are you able to do this?Thanks a lot!Lucía

I am trying to create a registration form that allows the participant to select a date of an event that they are attending. I would need to be able to add dates and take dates away as answer choices as time goes on. Is that possible?

I know it’s not possible yet, but I just wanted to put my vote in for even just a slightly higher upload limit on TypeForm. Is an increase on the horizon? I think even 15MB would be an amazing improvement! My users keep expecting us to be able to handle larger and larger files, and requiring them to share self-hosted links is such a big leap away from the efficiency and ease of use of your forms. That being said, you’re marvellous, TypeForm. 

Pick and choose simple form, pick one or the otherUsing logic to create variable @question1 = “Based on answer they choose”then I have created a ranking question so that user can sort and stack items in the order of importance to them.When creating the choices in the Ranking type question the custom variables are not auto-populated after the @ symbol within the “choice box”  I am able to access the @question variable in other areas though.Thank you for your consideration  

Hi, we're a startup that's constantly trying to improve the way we interact with our customers. We love typeform for it's versatility, ease of use and many integrations, but we'd like to create a custom question and were wondering if we can develop that format together.Just like the new personal information question, where there's multiple question fields in 1 screen, we're hoping to create a similar screen which accepts inputs to a few questions at once.We're a travel company and we're hoping to gather information on how many people are travelling together and what their age ranges are in one screen. In short, we need to know how many Adults, Teenagers, Children and Infants are coming on a trip. Just a number input for each question is fine.Our example only requires numeric question types, but I can imagine this functionality being very helpful for other people as well. Curious to hear your thoughts!

Hello everyone! I am attempting to use the logic in Typeform to create practice sales calls with audio. What I want is for the user to be able to listen to a sound clip and then choose the best path based on what they hear.So, the flow of the typeform would have multiple paths and endings but integrating audio clips is where I am getting stuck.I attempted to just screen record an audio clip but it appears that Typeform supports YouTube, Vimeo, or it’s own internal Video Ask. None of which are good options for us. Any suggestions? Thank you so very much!

I'm trying to build a unique Typeform based on a public domain values sorting method. The exercise requires the following flow: User rates 50 values on a 3-point scale (could be saved in variables?) Then the user reviews all values that received a 3 and makes a binary choice to include them in the next step (10 total) …. not sure how to inject the 3’s into a new question??? Then the user reviews all the accepted values again and selects just 5 … again I’m not sure how to inject the 3’s into a new question??? If you think this is possible I’d love to hear from you! FYI, this will be integrated in our mental health courses at Therahive.com and made available for free to the public. 

Hi Everyone,I was wondering how to address this.  I was trying to integrate typeform with Notion, however, at the ‘Mapping Stage’ (3rd process), the typeform fields are not showing but Notion fieldsdoes.  The option for typeform only shows a blue dropdown icon and nothing else.Appreciate any help :) Here’s the screenshot: Carlo  

Hi,We have successfully set up an integration in Klaviyo with Typeform but are having a problem.Not all the fields are being captured in Klaviyo. Specifically, it seems that all the custom variables set up in Typeform are not showing up in Klaviyo. In total we have about 35 fields included questions asked, of which we need about 18 fields in Klaviyo. About 10 of the 18 fields are calculated/logic based fields i.e. custom variables in Typeform that we are hoping to appropriately segment customers in Klaviyo. It would not be possible to segment them properly in Klaviyo without these complex calculated fields that determine which products/services should be marketed to them.Appreciate any help or insights on how to accomplish this? Is there some sort of limitation on custom variables being passed? If there is limit on total number of data fields passed, we could try trim to stay within that limit too. ThanksUmer

All my other question types can be mapped over successfully to the Notion database, except for the Matrix type question. It doesn't even show up in the mapping field. Does anyone know what Notion table property is required?Thanks in advance!

I want to do a typeform assessment with my clients that would output recommendations based on how they answer (and would also give links as to where on my site they should go to access next steps). I just want to know if this is possible before I subscribe to a paid plan. The form would basically ask yes/no or multiple choice questions. Depending on how they answer, could the form give a “handout/document/page” that the person can be given, immediately following the completion of the form, that would have recommendations based on the information put in? I’m not sure if this is where I should go to find out this information… please advise.
