Typeform conversations

Dear Typeform,I am very disappointed by the service, due to the pop-up form that appears on all the forms without any permission from the owner.1. We were not informed of such actions.2. Our forms are non-english and users are distracted.3. We pay for subscription to use service as we intended and this is very unprofessional4. Very bad user exerience.5. We’re investing into marketing and this breaks our conversion ratios.6. The form is even loading not when it is supposed to. Please Immediately disable this feature, as we are very unsatisfied with this experience!!!  

I setup a survey with payment and the email address entered isn’t being sent to Stripe. It worked the first time I tested it and Stripe sent an automated receipt to the email address but then it then stopped working and I can’t figure it out.Is there an issue with the Stripe integration? or am I missing something?

Does Typeform can use this types of survey formate in a website or app survey formate.If yes, where can I set up this settings ? 

The typeform I have created on desktop is perfect but in the mobile version, the logo is in the wrong place and doesnt look right. Can this be amended ?

In Drupal I can set the share link as external media. I saved the typeform without auto-focus and added '?data-tf-disable-auto-focus=true' to the typeform link in Drupal.But in the frontend (in an embed-element) it still steals the focus. What else can I do? How can the autofocus be turned off.

Hiya, I have the Typeform and Klaviyo integration setup so that when someone submits a form, they automatically go through to klaviyo and into a flow that sends a ‘thank you for your enquiry’ email. Ideally I would like to add a tickbox in here to accept or not accept marketing so that we could then add them to our welcome series if they are not already on our database but obviously from a GDPR perspective we need to ensure people are physically opting into this.

Hey, I just uploaded a video and everything seems fine on the desktop viewpoint. However, on the mobile breakpoint, the buttons are not visible. What can cause this?Best,Levent

Hello guys!One doubt,Is there anyway to me insert hints in each option of a multiple choice question?Like this question mark in the settings? 

I have a drop down with 300+ options that then routes the user to a different ending. I would use the quiz option, but the issue there is some options need additional input to get to the right ending (i.e. some endings depend on answers to two questions, others do not). For example, I have “favorite toy” with 300 options and “gender” (m/f/nonbianry/etc). For some toys, I want the ending to be different depending on the toy & gender combo. For the rest, the endings are not impacted by the gender selected.I currently am handling this by using logic to drive to endings but it is so time consuming and buggy. Is there a better way to do this?

Hello!We used your software for registration for one of our events, but I encountered a quite disturbing problem during testing. When I was testing the completion of this questionnaire: https://form.typeform.com/to/Z1PLJul8, a survey popup constantly appeared, asking why I was leaving the page and not continuing the completion, even though I didn't click out of the questionnaire, so the completion was still in progress. I didn't set this up myself, I assume you would like more information about the performance of the software, but it is terribly disturbing and will result in fewer applicants, as firstly the popup is in English, while our applicants are Hungarian, and secondly, popups significantly reduce conversion. Please help resolve this problem as soon as possible!!!Thank you!Best regards:Alexandra Andorko 

Mobile display looks good in Safari, but if I try to visit my typeform:  From my instagram bio link, it hides the button and makes it hard to start the typeform. Frustrating as we;ve already spent advertising dollars on this. see attached for example - any help much appreciated! 

Hey, The analytics tell me I had 4 submissions to my survey but I can only see 1.What´s the difference between Submission and Responses?  

I’ve searched. Watched the videos. Done exactly step-by-step on embedding the Typeform onto my website. No go. We created a scored personality quiz with 5 questions and 8 different “persona” endings. We assigned amounts to each answer and then added the variables to create the logic (Under the Results-Responses tab, we can see how each person answered the questions and their final score but there isn’t an option to show the endings (associated with each score). Is this possible to see in Typeform? It would take a long time to go through 250+ responses to input the personality ending but we would love this data!

Hi there,  I see a couple of opportunities to improve the accessibility of TypeForm forms.  Allow users to adjust the color of placeholder text.   I haven’t found any templates that have placeholder text with sufficient contrast.   The new address fields have an accessible name that doesn’t match the visible name.  For example, the Address field has an accessible name of “Enter your street name and number”.  Users that use speech to text will not be able to access the Address or Address 2 fields.  See WCAG 2.5.3 Label in Name.    I’d like to use TypeForm to request information from students, but I need to make sure it’s accessible.  Would you consider the above?

I am looking to create a quiz in Typeform and want to use a Hubspot integration to send out reminder emails/prompts to start the next section if people do not finish the quiz. I would like to make this part of a work flow to ensure that I have as little manual work to do as possible. Is this a possibility if I am only using Hubspot’s marketing tools?
