Typeform conversations

Any Suggestions on which format to use to have a simple and seamless user experience on the phone. The type form is really the only thing that needs to be displayed when the user is completing the survey on the phone. I currently have the form in a Lightbox... I’ve used the standard version, but it shows both the page scroll bar and the form scroll bar which is confusing my users and causing them to be frustrated. Any help here would be appreciated...

I have a survey with branching logic. However, some questions will appear as duplicates in the different branches. So for example,The response to Question A will determine whether respondents will go to question group 1, 2, or 3. The number of questions differs per group, but they will all have a similar question B.However, Typeform will treat these as 3 different questions. I want to analyse them together, so I want to see every respondent’s response on question B and this should be one variable in my dataset. I can write a script in R that combines these, but I was wondering whether there is a faster way to do this straight from Typeform? I have a lot of these duplicate questions (and resulting variables, because some of these are multiple choice so result in dummy variables), so would be good to find the most efficient way to do this.Thanks in advance for tips!

Does Type Form have this functionality? I am needing a form to be filled out by myself, and then can be sent to the client for them to review the information and edit as needed.  Once they have completed the form, i need to be notified. Appreciate you assistance.

Hi there, I have recently set up Typeform and integrated it with Hubspot to track lead sources. Typeform is embeded on /apply page using data-tf-hubspot tag as per https://www.typeform.com/help/a/set-up-source-tracking-for-hub-spot-4413167079316/ And this works if the lead converts right away. For example: a lead clicks on an ad with a url: domain.com/apply?utm_source=”xx” and converts. This lead will be correctly attributed to source “xx”.  But if the lead lands on the domain.com/case-study?utm_source=”yy” page and then navigates to /apply page and converts, this lead will be attributed to direct traffic, which is not correct. The ?utm_source=”yy” should be stored in Hubspot cookie but it doesn’t seem to be passed on to Typeform in this case. Are there any additional steps needed to retrieve it from the cookie?

Hi all,I am creating a form to capture the customer behaviour for my product. I have some categories and a set of questions about itSo, I want to ask at first to choose what category of produtcts they want to talk more about it. Then, a set of questions about this category will appear (here in different questions groups - Category 1, Category 2 ...). At the end, i want to ask something like this: “Is there any other category, besides (@The one choosed at first) that you would like to choose and answer about?” And if this person select another one, he is going to answer other questions about it. Its about 4 categories, and a lot of questions for each one. This involves asking a different set of questions for each category that the customer has choosed at first. After choosing and answer 1, 2, 3 or all 4 categories its going to have an end question thanking the customer for taking his/her time to answer. The challenge is that every customer want to buy different categories, with differen

I would like to be able to see if someone stayed within 3% of their target calories. For instance…Q1. What was your Target Calories?and they answer 1,200Q2. What was your weekly average calories?and they answer 1,800Then the type form lets them know if they were within 3% of their target calories. Depending on if they were or weren’t within their target range they would be directed to a different landing question.  Is this possible? if so how would I go about doing this? I’m new to this whole thing! Thank you for your help! 

Hey! Is there any way to filter logic jump responses to only see the answered questions? Previously I'd just go to ‘print’ then preview it and it would work but apparently not anymore...any help would be massively appreciated - thanks!

I’ve been using Webforms to collect customer data for many years and I’m recently new to TypeForms.My current Website has a number of standard Webforms that a customer completes to obtain a quote for car extended warranty:https://mycarwarranty.com.au/start-quote/ My new website which is in construction atm has more customer product options (cars, boats, caravans, motorhomes etc) and I’m wondering whether any of you can you can share an opinion to have one massive complex typeform that asks what the customer is here for today and based on their response, asks further details based on their selection or have seperate TypeForms for each product? Just not sure which way to go.And if you have any suggestions who could build such a complex form, please let me know. Thanks everyone.James

I have two typeforms that are accessed via my website - www.moremortgages.com, one for mortgages and one for remortgages.   When they are accessed via a mobile they are taking ages to launch.  Sometimes they don’t launch at all.  They are roughly 20 questions in total.  Can someone please explain how I can fix this as it is causing us issues and I am considering looking for an alternative form builder.

Hi there,  I have created an outcome quiz with more than 100 outcomes and each of those outcomes have a personalized link where people can buy the item they have matched with in the quiz in a retailer website.  When I try each of the links individually the link provider’s website they all work. However, when I do the quiz and match with a product and then click on the link to the retailer, only some of those links work, the others don’t. The reason they fail is because when I click and a new window opens the link in the browser is missing “:” after http. However, I go back to the typeform workspace and I see how the link is correct.  I am not sure whether this is a problem with typeform, the link provider or a wider coding issue (I am not a technical expert) Does anyone have any idea of why this happens / how to solve it? Also I find it very weird that only some fail when all of them work individually Thanks
