Typeform conversations

I’m curious whether there is a limit on the number of components and especially on the number of endings I can have in a single typeform? I’m thinking of a special use case, were I would need several hundred, maybe even up to a thousand, slightly different endings. Would that still work? 

Is it possible to share theme Ive created to all the members of my workspace. As I see for now, all the themes I create going to My Themes section and cannot be used by another members of my workspace.

I used Typeform quiz in my website and collect the information from it to Hubspot CRM. It was showing form submission in activity tab of each contact. And there was no need to go to database and check the data came from Typeform since it was available there. But now this part is missing and not showing as before.I chatted with Hubspot team they told it’s not from Hubspot side and I should follow up here.

Hi,  I have a problem with ´other´ and jumping to the wrong follow-up question. It starts with a question 14 How much do you agree with: I feel comfortable giving feedback to my colleagues.If the rating is equal or greater than 6 they will move to a follow up question where they can pick reasons for being comfortable (question 15).If it is equal or lower than 5 they will move to question 16 where they can select reasons for not being comfortable.  Imagine I rate question 14 with a 8….. I nicely go to the follow up question where i can select reasons for being comfortable.However, if I then choose for 'Other' i move to the next question >>> 'select reasons why you are uncomfortable'. This is not correct. It should move to a completely new question (17). See my screenshot below. Can someone tell why it is not jumping to question 17 but to question 16 instead?    

Hello! I work for a marketing agency and we often use Typeform with one of our clients for simple surveys and applications/forms. But now this client wants this physical form/quiz (see first attached image) turned into a Typeform so they can share it digitally. So far what I’ve done is break up each category of words into their own Multiple Choice question (see second and third attached images). Then the only way that I can think of to tally each word type’s results is to use the logic to assign a number to a variable that represents their respective word type. But then I would have to go through all four questions and map out all possible answer combinations for it to tally each question’s results accurately. There must be another way, right? 😅So my question is: Is there a way for me to turn this physical form into a Typeform without having to painstakingly go through every possible answer combination to be able to have the logic tally the results? 

I keep getting the error message: We couldn’t activate your integration. Try again, or refresh this page. or The integration you want to use is not available at this time. I have tried doing it through Typeform and then through Hubspot’s app marketplace but I end up with the same error which is very frustrating.

I know it is possible, since Callbell made one that sends the generated link via email to visitors.My questions are:Can this be achieved without using any integration?Will the actual wa.me link be made available for easy copying in Typeform?Is it possible not send the links to visitor emails? Hi, I had hoped to be able to use a matrix question with dropdown options instead of radio/markbox options. I read in the Q&A that that was not possible 10 months ago. As I did not see it yet in the question’s options, I take it is still not possible.Is there a workaround that is doing better then ‘split the questions up’ :) ?I have the same question for allowing respondents to fill in their answers in the matrix -- this wasn’t possible 8 months ago. Any workarounds? I would have to ask 12 questions + jump logic instead… Hoping for a better solution...

Hi there, I am adding my company logo on to our form but its massive! Its a circular logo and takes up SO much room on the page and quite frankly looks ridiculous.Can I make it smaller at all? We ideally just want it in the top corner. I understand that the system re-sizes it to fit onto either a desktop or mobile screen but can I make the image fill 10% of the screen rather than 50% ???TIA

Does typeform monitors image upload problems? We have noticed that there is no clear reason, but our form submission lately has dropped, also we noticed multiple clients reporting problems with image upload, testing some cases we also get an error on image upload. Hi,  I like having the group questions to cluster questions and have the header in sub-questions. However I do not need the first actual group question screen (waste of a screen) rather only the header and have the questions start immediately. (i.e., hide the first “group question” but have the header in all subsequent questions)Is there a way to do this?Thank you!

Hi,URGENT. NEED HELP ASAP. I am unable to sign in my typeform. Previously signed up using my work email. But because this was eventually going to be a team tool, we decided to use our email alias instead. Received the activation and signed in from there. Cant log back in ever since we logged out. We were actually working on some important stuff in our Typeform. Funny thing, this is confirmed that the email was changed as when i try to sign in via my work email, Typeform asks me to sign up again.  What could be the reason here? Why cant we access our account? If email alias is the issue, we’re okay reverting to my work email.

Hey Typos’I am attempting to create an order for that would allow someone to choose an item, a quantity of that item and then either complete their order OR add on another item with various quantities .I’m having trouble figuring out how to add that second item to the order once they have worked through the natural logic flow on the first item. For example, in Typeform’s example of a pizza order, how would you create a flow in which someone could lock in their entire pizza order, size an all - then add another pizza with its own attributes without having to submit and restart the form ( I would like to spare my customer the undue process of entering their personal and payment information all over again ).Currently my form gets through the order and prompts “ Would you like to add another item… “ Y/N .If No, it ends.If Yes, it links back to the original item selection form. Unfortunately I believe this is changing their initial answer not adding a new one ?Thank you for any ideas !

Is it possible to create bi-lingual questionnaires on Typeform? I want to start a new questionnaire, where the user can choose in the beginning, if he/she wants to answer in German or English...

This might be a question that is answered somewhere already, but I couldn’t find anything about it.I have now set up a custom subdomain, lets say 123.typeform.comPreviously the forms had the URL form.typeform.com … If I don’t fully customize the URL and change the ID of the form, there are two thing I would need to know:Do all forms that have been embedded into web pages previously still work or do I need to change the HTML embedded code? Hey everyone We ran a survey, got 500 responses. We thought some tracking was being passed over to let us identify responses back to our subs base (email address, find location off the back of that, etc). That isn’t happening, I just have the random unique identifier tag from the TypeForm data, and can’t match that back to any of our records. We didn’t ask for email address in the survey (again, thought we could match that back somehow).So my question is, with the random identifier that TypeForm has given each response, is there ANY way to match that back to who clicked the links in our emails, which we can then match to records on our base, and layer up subscription data?Thanks so much for any help.

HelloI’m trying to use TF to build a gamified scenario workshop. While it works ok at the moment, we want to add a few things and wondering if anyone has tips on these:We have 5 teams of 6 people each. In each team there are 6 different roles they will play and they will see different information depending on which role they have (Person A in team 1 sees the same thing as Person A in team 2, but Person A and Person B see different info). Is there a way to preassign people to these teams & roles rather than just asking them to select their team and role? Using a passcode or something? We have set times that they need to complete certain sections and move on, Is there a timer or clock function to force them to continue?Thanks!
