Typeform conversations

Good Morning All, I hope someone can help me with this query. I can see that ‘respondent codes’ can be used in conjunction with Mailchimp in the help center but I wanted to see if I can achieve the following with our Wordpress set up. I am using zapier to migrate new user data from Typeform to Wordpress and thats working great. However, we run different competitions using Typeform so want to bring those new users over with a tag or identifier so wordpress can identify them as entering x competition.Can I embed code, url or something in a typeform page that will allow wordpress to recognise the source and tag them accordingly in our back end?  Many thanks in advance for any help on this. Regards, Russell

HiI would like to close the registration form after 100 registration, however would like to refer the rest to a waiting list form. how can i  refer from form closed message to another survey ? it seems that i can apply text only on the “ending” message

I changed my password and was immediately logged out. When I tried to log in with my new password it didn’t work. I got locked out. Reset via Okta Then tried again, didn’t work. Re-set my password from the login page, tried to log in, didn’t work…. tried again… got locked out. Reset via Okta again… tried to log in, same problem. Tried to re-set my password once again… same problem. Step and repeat. What’s going on???

Hey! So Im launching my own NFT project with 7.777 NFT’s.The question i have is how I can send the ones that have gotten a Whitelist spot for the project a Typeform link that only works once. I only want them to be able to send in their wallet adress once after that the form doesn't work for them or says that they already have submitted etc.  Any help?

Hi everyone,Quick question, is it possible to use a Typeform questionaire within a Whatsapp conversation? We are testing out options with a WhatsApp chatbot and rather then linking to a Typeform questionaire, we would like users to be able to take the questionaire (which we already made in Typeform) within WhatsApp, within the same converational flow. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hello,pls i am seeking some type of workflow that after a  typerform(approval) is submitted, the answers to google sheets then after  i review i can trigger an asana task...and once the task is complete trigger an email to the user to inform him task is complete and lastly the user continues to receive an automated mail (ceon job with timestamp) stating he/she is yet to approve workdone (another typeform).i’ll appreciate your answers/pointers. Thanks

Hi all,I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a loss of an entire work session (in my case, an entire day), as seems to have just happened to me. Yesterday, I’d spent the day working on my survey; adding, deleting and editing questions, creating logic flows, grouping questions, etc… all the normal things.Nothing seemed out of the ordinary as I was doing this, and all of my changes appeared to “stay”, just as you would expect -- as I made further changes on the survey throughout the day, all of my previous changes were still there if I went back to the questions I’d edited. Logic flows remained, etc. We’re working to a deadline here, so I worked all day, through the evening, and finally stopped at 1:30am when I couldn’t focus my eyes anymore.At the end of that, I had to log out of my user account. Both my entire OS X user account and my browser (Safari, running on MacOS X) are set up to automatically re-open all of my apps and browser sessions to resume where I left off when I nex

Error message in TypeformWhat Vimeo settings are required to watch a video in Typeform?Has anyone else run into the error screen above? I keep running into it even after changing the privacy settings for my video. I can’t use the Public setting because this is a company-specific video and should not appear in search engines. I’ve tried changing the Vimeo privacy settings as outlined in the Vimeo privacy page here <link>. There are 5 different privacy setting options. Which ones can be played within Typeform? Please explain using the specific setting name from the Vimeo website.

I am using the Launch in Email feature and embedding the code in a ConstantContact email. Everything seems to be working, including passing a parameter to a hidden field, but the user’s selected answer to the embedded first question (multiple choice) is not preselected in the form. This means that the user clicks an answer in the email, goes to the form, and then has to click the answer again in the form. There is branching logic based on this first answer if that is relevant.

Hello !Step 2 of the integration process to Notion from Typeform does not show me any pages from my Notion workspace (nor private pages), so I cannot select any page to integrate Typeform to in my Notion account.Step 1 : Connect you typeform account worksStep 2 : Connect your Notion account recognizes my Notion account but does not show any page of it, and that stops me from going further.Any idea what that happens ? Thanks 

Hi!It appears that the full-screen embedding feature no longer works on Shopify (maybe due to a Shopify update). I tried following these directions: https://www.typeform.com/help/a/embed-your-typeform-into-your-shopify-site-4409196271252/ however, step 8 is no longer true, as the template code no longer automatically loads in the code editor:(8. The template code will automatically load in the code editor. Paste in your Typeform embed code - here, we’ve done it between the page title and the page content. Click Save once you’re done.)I tried to manually enter the code pictured in the example, but that did not work either. I am wondering if Typeform has updated directions available so that I can utilize the full-screen embedding feature.  Thanks in advance for any and all help!

I’m curious whether there is a limit on the number of components and especially on the number of endings I can have in a single typeform? I’m thinking of a special use case, were I would need several hundred, maybe even up to a thousand, slightly different endings. Would that still work? 

Is it possible to share theme Ive created to all the members of my workspace. As I see for now, all the themes I create going to My Themes section and cannot be used by another members of my workspace.

I used Typeform quiz in my website and collect the information from it to Hubspot CRM. It was showing form submission in activity tab of each contact. And there was no need to go to database and check the data came from Typeform since it was available there. But now this part is missing and not showing as before.I chatted with Hubspot team they told it’s not from Hubspot side and I should follow up here.

Hi,  I have a problem with ´other´ and jumping to the wrong follow-up question. It starts with a question 14 How much do you agree with: I feel comfortable giving feedback to my colleagues.If the rating is equal or greater than 6 they will move to a follow up question where they can pick reasons for being comfortable (question 15).If it is equal or lower than 5 they will move to question 16 where they can select reasons for not being comfortable.  Imagine I rate question 14 with a 8….. I nicely go to the follow up question where i can select reasons for being comfortable.However, if I then choose for 'Other' i move to the next question >>> 'select reasons why you are uncomfortable'. This is not correct. It should move to a completely new question (17). See my screenshot below. Can someone tell why it is not jumping to question 17 but to question 16 instead?    

Hello! I work for a marketing agency and we often use Typeform with one of our clients for simple surveys and applications/forms. But now this client wants this physical form/quiz (see first attached image) turned into a Typeform so they can share it digitally. So far what I’ve done is break up each category of words into their own Multiple Choice question (see second and third attached images). Then the only way that I can think of to tally each word type’s results is to use the logic to assign a number to a variable that represents their respective word type. But then I would have to go through all four questions and map out all possible answer combinations for it to tally each question’s results accurately. There must be another way, right? 😅So my question is: Is there a way for me to turn this physical form into a Typeform without having to painstakingly go through every possible answer combination to be able to have the logic tally the results? 

I keep getting the error message: We couldn’t activate your integration. Try again, or refresh this page. or The integration you want to use is not available at this time. I have tried doing it through Typeform and then through Hubspot’s app marketplace but I end up with the same error which is very frustrating.
