Typeform conversations

I am LOVING typeform but I am absolutely stuck and it seems like there must be a solution. I feel like I am not searching with the right words. I am building a form that will use the data to generate a “certificate of completion”. Imagine you have a list of 150 courses. The filler enters their details and then selects the course they completed. The the data is passed on to generate the document (zapier and plumsail). I got to this point and everything was working great, HOWEVER, I need to include the course description and course duration on this certificate. I would rather not make 150 pdfs. I feel like there must be an easier way to append this data that is missing. Granted if there were only a few courses this would not be an issue but it doesn’t make sense to manually do anything 150 times (and counting).  If it is not possible to do it in Typeform are there any recommended integrations? Common other uses would be appending city and state based on zip code, appending price, shippin

We have plans for a long user onboarding form, and we’d like the option of users to quickly access us for questions via chat (like FB messenger) while filling out the form. Is this currently a feature that is available in Typeform?

Hi!I have some issues with hidden fields in embed typeform. I did everything as it was written in the article (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/dynamically-pass-hidden-fields-from-a-url-to-an-embedded-typeform-for-advanced-users-4404652303892/) but cant get hidden field value properly. As I run the typeform directly from the link (https://z3kpdg9qv6h.typeform.com/to/SE5IuPna#id=xxxxx) the hidden value (id) is collected properly, but when I use it on the website (https://www.expert-transport.pl/a#id=xxxxx) I can’t get it. Can anyone check the website source and tell me what am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know how to create a webform that has a drop down or similar where respondents can pick from a list of options. The curveball is that I want the options to be removed once any respondent has selected them (so maximum number of times it can be picked). Essentially this is for a “book a session with me” tool, but there are a finite amount of sessions.

I’d like to have a total amount due based on registrant’s selections, but I don’t want to collect payments as the reunion organizers have elected to only accept checks for payment.  Is this possible using Score?Or better yet, would one of the experts here be willing to take a look and help me for pay?

Hi, I have integrated Typeform with Salesforce and all is working fine until batch sizes increase. Is there a way to limit the Typeform batch size coming in to Salesforce? I have trouble seeing how as it is a managed package, but it is a really pressing issue that prohibits me from using Typeform in my organization at the moment. I’ve just added the Facebook pixel and HTML for the subdomain to my Typeform. However, typeform.com is not showing up as a domain on Facebook (although the subdomain is, and has been verified) and I’m not seeing the Typeform1stInteraction and TypeformSubmit custom events. This is the second account I’ve tried to set up - I just need to get it live and the Typeform events used for a conversion Facebook campaign - the other account is setup for this and working - but this FB account isn’t even seeing the custom events.Any ideas @Thijmen ?  I know you have a problem with the FB verification etc, but now it’s not even seeing the typeform custom events to use in ads. Is this a known problem?

Hello Everyone,I have sent an email for support but am desperate for help - I seriously just want to cry. Two forms I’ve used for years have completely disappeared from my account. Just gone. I know my team didn’t delete them because we have automations where submissions come straight to our CRM so there is no reason for us to even be within typeform except to create a new form. I have several zaps and automations setup based off of the submissions of these forms so it is inevitably going to stall my business. I can see the last submissions recieved were on April 8, 2022. A year ago, my educational organization was offered a free premium Typeform account. We could enjoy all of the advanced features of the platform.But now, we are going to organize an external event which needs the help of Typeform to offer us a free premium account. I remember last year, I just needed to write our wish in a box chat and submit and wait for the reply yet I can’t find it anymore. Can anybody show me how to do this again or, in case it doesn’t exist, can you show me some discount for educational purposes?Thank you so much!

Hello all, I am trying to pass a php variable as a value of hidden field.Here is what I have: data-tf-hidden="case_id=<?php $CaseGUID ?>"$CaseGUID is set to the GUID which is in the page url.The idea is to capture the GUID to be saved with the form submission, so I can map it to a record in a SQL Server table.The GUID is in the url as : ?case=9576A93E-E644-4D5B-971A-E99CC061D542So I have also tried it this way: data-tf-hidden="case_id=case" and what gets passed to the hidden field is the word “case”, and not the GUID  value in the url. I am not sure what I’m doing wrong, but nothing seems to work.

I came across where code could remove cmd + enter from the form. However, now I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Any ideas?

I seems that I can have a hyperlink in my original Typeform, but when I convert it to chat it no longer has the link.  Is it possible to have a link in the chat version of my quiz?
