Typeform conversations

I use typeform so my community can subscribe to my service.But I have currently more than 20 questions in the typeform, so I lose people in the way.I would like to split the typeform in several parts so that I don’t lose the datas previously filled. Maybe after the first 4 questions, the typeform is saved and it follows with a second form, in the same page. I would like the user experience not to be interrupted.Could you help me with that ?

Hi Everyone , I’m building a form with typeform which has dynamic displayed text depending on a hidden field product_id , this is the flow:1 - User clicks on an url typeform…./?product_id=id2 - Typeform should retrieve data from an external API to diplay the text in typeform depending on the returned data.3 - Each product has a price (returned in step2) , that price will be used for a checkout with stripe.I can use the other fields as hidden fields but not the price because anyone can change it in the url and pay whatever he wants to pay.How can I achieve this ?Thank you

Hi all,  We just created our first typeform and it looks nice and easy. Now we are challenged with the structure of the results. We are saving the results in a worksheet and the structure is growing with the typeform. Do you people have recommendations how restructuring works best in worksheets or databases? What is possible? Hi, I’m using Power Automate to trigger series of action after receive response from Typeform. However, I got an error as below:The API 'typeform' returned an invalid response for workflow operation 'When_a_response_is_submitted' of type 'OpenApiConnectionWebhook'. Error details: 'The API operation 'NewResponseWebhook_V2' requires the property 'body/form_response/calculated/score' to be of type 'Integer' but is of type 'Float'.' Calculated score could be an integer or float. However, the API operation only accept integer. Need some advice here. Thanks.

Hi everyone,I would like to filter participants and exclude the ones who do not meet two basic criteria (e.g. if they earn less than 1,200 net income per month). The only option I can find is to lead those to an alternative ending, but this does not help me. I activated the option “redirect on completion”, but I want to redirect only the ones who fulfill the criteria - right now, everyone gets redirected. To explain it differently: I want to redirect participants to different pages, depending on the ending they get to. It would be great to get some support, thanks a ton! BestOmi

Hello, I run a nonprofit organization that teaches kids how to code. I am attempting to create a registration system for both volunteers and students.  Here is how we hope it to work:  We are going to send an email to our volunteers containing sign up links for a class in a certain place at a certain time. We only need 4 volunteers per class so we would want to close the registration after 4. How can I close a registration form after so many responses? After we have our volunteers we are going to post our registration links on our website and send it out to parents using email. We can only have 12 students in a class so we would want to close the registration after that many sign ups. If a class is full we would want to reroute the parents to sign up for our waitlist. How do I do this? TLDR: After a certain amount of people sign up using my Typeform, how do I stop further sign ups and reroute them to a waitlist signup.

I’d ideally like to remove the “organization” that’s just associated with my login – I only created an account so I could admin my company’s typeform. Is this possible?If not, is there any way to make my company’s organization the default, so I don’t have to manually change?Also, is the API key I generated in the settings menu for my (useless) personal organization, or for the organization I had selected before clicking settings? It’s not clear at all if the settings for organizations are separate.

Hello, I'm really pleased with your platform and I have tried to create a form that can give a quick access to shared documents for respondents to read, then come back to the form to let us know if they have read and understood the shared document. However, I’m also looking into the idea of having a suite that will allow respondents to see where they are at the moment in the form. Like a summary. How do you suggest I go abou that?

We need to pass through data to a CRM via Zapier based on the results of 1 question on our form. We have a question that asks for a child's age, 1-18. If they answer ages 1-4, they will need a certain attribute associated with them (Anchors). If they are ages 5-18, they will need a different attribute (Bridges). I am LOVING typeform but I am absolutely stuck and it seems like there must be a solution. I feel like I am not searching with the right words. I am building a form that will use the data to generate a “certificate of completion”. Imagine you have a list of 150 courses. The filler enters their details and then selects the course they completed. The the data is passed on to generate the document (zapier and plumsail). I got to this point and everything was working great, HOWEVER, I need to include the course description and course duration on this certificate. I would rather not make 150 pdfs. I feel like there must be an easier way to append this data that is missing. Granted if there were only a few courses this would not be an issue but it doesn’t make sense to manually do anything 150 times (and counting).  If it is not possible to do it in Typeform are there any recommended integrations? Common other uses would be appending city and state based on zip code, appending price, shippin

We have plans for a long user onboarding form, and we’d like the option of users to quickly access us for questions via chat (like FB messenger) while filling out the form. Is this currently a feature that is available in Typeform?

Hi!I have some issues with hidden fields in embed typeform. I did everything as it was written in the article (https://www.typeform.com/help/a/dynamically-pass-hidden-fields-from-a-url-to-an-embedded-typeform-for-advanced-users-4404652303892/) but cant get hidden field value properly. As I run the typeform directly from the link (https://z3kpdg9qv6h.typeform.com/to/SE5IuPna#id=xxxxx) the hidden value (id) is collected properly, but when I use it on the website (https://www.expert-transport.pl/a#id=xxxxx) I can’t get it. Can anyone check the website source and tell me what am I doing wrong?Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know how to create a webform that has a drop down or similar where respondents can pick from a list of options. The curveball is that I want the options to be removed once any respondent has selected them (so maximum number of times it can be picked). Essentially this is for a “book a session with me” tool, but there are a finite amount of sessions.

I’d like to have a total amount due based on registrant’s selections, but I don’t want to collect payments as the reunion organizers have elected to only accept checks for payment.  Is this possible using Score?Or better yet, would one of the experts here be willing to take a look and help me for pay?
