Is there a way to have a specific email for billing? Thanks!

My embedded full screen typeform is showing up like this. The form is on a stand alone page. The code is correct and I’ve tested it on Chrome and Safari. I’ve cleared my cache in wordpress and in chrome.  I’ve successfully embedded full screen typeforms and modules on other sites without problem. I checked, the process and code is the same. I check all settings and do not see a difference so I’m unclear what the problem is.  I’m having other divi issues related to the wordpress 5.8.1 update so I’m not sure if it’s related.  I’d appreciate any chime in on tips where I might be missing something…

I am showing a video from youtube in a survey and I want the respondent to spend atleast 30 seconds on the page with the video link so he/she has 30 seconds to watch the video. How do I make sure that the page is timed for 30 seconds and the respondent doesn’t go to the next page before 30 seconds?

I tested this page www.cashoffercalculator.com on my mobile phone and it is not displaying at all.

Hello!I’m checking the share as chat option for my survey.I embedded the code on this page for testing purposes: https://www.test3-parallelo42.it/chat.htmlIt shows nice on desktop, but it’s so small on mobile. Is it something related to my html page? I mean, I’ve to define something within the CSS? Or do I need a responsive page (ex. with Bootstrap) for making the chat showing bigger? Thanks a lot!

Hey! I was wondering about how I can make the following when it comes to integrating Notion table with Typeform (was trying to come up with an annual leave calendar/tracking): Is it possible to have a calendar view option so that once the person submits the time period, it actually shows as a time period in the calendar view? Now I could only manage to see the responses either on a start / end date. Is it possible to connect it to ‘Person’ Property Type? So that once the person picks himself in the list in Typeform, it automatically goes to the relevant person as assigned one?Thanks!

Hello,I don’t understand why I can’t see the ID of the multiple choice label in the answer ? I understood that custom reference is not available for multiple choice for now, but at least I should be able to get the ID of the corresponding choice (as label could change!) ? Thanks,

Hello community.Thx for helping me out till tonight - the diesount ends at 23:59 ;-)The autumn discount till the 8th of October is interesting.I tend to go for the BASIC package.But it is unclear to me - if it is a subscription for one year (which can be billed/payed monthly or once a year) or if I can end it every new month. How is it?There is no place to find that info at all - or it least not fast.This is why i did not change from free to the next level.Considering the 100 answers (or more).Will i get an automatic response if there are more than 100 answers from my typeform? Does that count for one survey behind sent out to a 100 people? Or does every single answer count (eg 1 survey, 10 questions, 10 answers by one person) - and my 100 limit is reached?Looks like your sales system is not tooo obvious or me having unusual questions :-)Please help me out quite fast - so I can get the deal till the 8th of October.Thx so much,Michel

I have about 20 different surveys and want 30 participants for each. Is there any way where I intergrate them in one survey and assign paricipants to one of them based on the number of partcipants who have completed one specific survey? Thanks.

Hi, I am trying to create a very simple form with a from name, to name and email, and a message. When people are done filling out the message I’d like the form to automatically email the message they typed to the email in the email field from question 2. I’ve tested it and I’ve never received any emails. What am I doing wrong to make the email field active and emailable? Thanks.

When I create a multiple choice question with different asnwers, typeform assigns default valuesABCDand so on to the answers. Is there a way to to change these values? For example, I like the answers to beABDE

I have a 64 question inventory (all lickert scale 1-10) measuring 21 subscales that I would like to calculate separately. How can I build subscale scores? I have no idea how to do this. And I also like to automize that every participants can get his personal results by e-mail after filling in the inventory. Is it possible to connect such an automation with Active Campaign?  If not what might be other possibilities?

I’m setting up the connection between the excel online and the typeform, once the excel workbook is set up, it doesn’t seem to pull in existing data from the typeform, only the questions, see screencap:When setting up the connection, it does offer the checkbox of integrating existing responses and I checked it. Is this situation happening because it takes time to load the responses? Or it doesn’t really pull in existing data? Anyone else had experienced this before?

Hey everyone! I think the answer to my question will be straightforward, and probably not the answer I want! We have a form that asks people about their reading habits. One question asks if they’d like to start with questions about fiction or non-fiction.Currently, if they click “non-fiction”, it goes to the next set of questions (non-fiction), followed by the fiction set of questions.If they answer “fiction” first, it skips the non-fiction set of questions and goes on to the fiction set.Is it possible to then go back and answer the non-fiction set?  At the moment, I’ve duplicated the non-fiction set to appear after fiction, but it seems an inefficient way of gathering data.I just wonder if there’s a clever way of branching these questions so that I don’t have two separate identical sets of questions?Thanks!Tom 

Hey,My type form completely freezes/crashes when i preview my form. After some investigation i found out that its due to the large amount of long answers. Is there a limit, and if i reduce amount of answers i can get it to work on desktop view but not on mobile. It seems to have to do with the scrolling i presume.It’ s the same on Safari and Chrome. Thx in advance

Hello,  I was analyzing my results and the drop-off rates doesnt make sense to me. Can someone please help me? How do I have 100% drop-off in all the questions and still have answers?
