When I create a multiple choice question with different asnwers, typeform assigns default valuesABCDand so on to the answers. Is there a way to to change these values? For example, I like the answers to beABDE

I have a 64 question inventory (all lickert scale 1-10) measuring 21 subscales that I would like to calculate separately. How can I build subscale scores? I have no idea how to do this. And I also like to automize that every participants can get his personal results by e-mail after filling in the inventory. Is it possible to connect such an automation with Active Campaign?  If not what might be other possibilities?

I’m setting up the connection between the excel online and the typeform, once the excel workbook is set up, it doesn’t seem to pull in existing data from the typeform, only the questions, see screencap:When setting up the connection, it does offer the checkbox of integrating existing responses and I checked it. Is this situation happening because it takes time to load the responses? Or it doesn’t really pull in existing data? Anyone else had experienced this before?

Hey everyone! I think the answer to my question will be straightforward, and probably not the answer I want! We have a form that asks people about their reading habits. One question asks if they’d like to start with questions about fiction or non-fiction.Currently, if they click “non-fiction”, it goes to the next set of questions (non-fiction), followed by the fiction set of questions.If they answer “fiction” first, it skips the non-fiction set of questions and goes on to the fiction set.Is it possible to then go back and answer the non-fiction set?  At the moment, I’ve duplicated the non-fiction set to appear after fiction, but it seems an inefficient way of gathering data.I just wonder if there’s a clever way of branching these questions so that I don’t have two separate identical sets of questions?Thanks!Tom 

Hey,My type form completely freezes/crashes when i preview my form. After some investigation i found out that its due to the large amount of long answers. Is there a limit, and if i reduce amount of answers i can get it to work on desktop view but not on mobile. It seems to have to do with the scrolling i presume.It’ s the same on Safari and Chrome. Thx in advance

Hello,  I was analyzing my results and the drop-off rates doesnt make sense to me. Can someone please help me? How do I have 100% drop-off in all the questions and still have answers?  

Hi! I am trying to upload images to my gallery for my form but the images fail to load and nothing happens. The images are under 4MB and are PNG. Any idea why this might be happening and what to do? 

Hi all,I have created a form in my workspace, and I can see, when in “create”, the title of the form in the middle, and the questions listed on the left - all normal.But when I do “preview”, even after publishing the last changes, of my form, I do see first the title, but when I start the form, the first question coming is actually the place placed on the 12th spot.More precisely said:my first question is name and first name; my 12th is “do you need a hotel everywhere on this tour”.When I click on “start”, the first question popping is the one about the hotel.I’m sure it has to do with logics, but can’t understand what the problem is (I’m not super keen on the new way of working those) - the problematic links looks like this, don’t know if that helps ?:Do you think that is a logic problem ? maybe I did something wrong without noticing ?Can’t reconstruct it :(…. Thanks a lot for any hint you may have!Lovely day to all,Hélène

Hello, The response page is not showing all my responses. On the insight page I have 56, but when I go to the response page only 49 are shown. It’s been stuck at 49, every time I get a new response, the response count on the insight page goes up but the response page doesn’t show or record the new response.Has anyone else run into this issue? How can I fix it?Thank you for your time.

I’ve made a form with logic jumps and on specific answer this is what the page brings me to, rather than the set logic jump I’ve chosen. I’ve tried the preview form on multiple devices but still brings me to this page...Any idea on the issue? 

How can I edit Webhooks embedded code? 

Hi! I made a poll earlier this afternoon (Oct. 6, 2021) for my bridal party to gather schedule info so we can plan a zoom. I sent it out and received most of my responses, but just a few hours later I was told by the remaining people that the poll is closed. I went into settings which shows “Your typeform is open to new responses.” So it should still be open! Can anyone help? Thanks!

Hello,I would like your help to the following..I need to create a poll form, in order to people be able to vote for favourite item. But I want to certify that every person has vote only once and valid.For that reason, I gave them receipts and I put a question (number) and I am asking to put the last two digits of their receipt to the question. How can I set the question to accept only specific numbers/digits/letters? 

If I set-up a multiple choice question, that has to have an answer selected, is there a way depending on the answer it can take you to a certain page. For example, if I answer A or B it will take me to the end page as no further information is required. However if I answer C, you are required to give more information - how an I do this? Can I add an additional page but it only appears when someone answers “C”? I hope this makes some sort of sense to someone. Thank you.

For some reason when I test my URL redirect at the end of the survery I’m gettin and error that the site can’t be reached becasue the URL is incorrrect. When the redirect takes place the URL is missing the ‘:’ and won’t redirect to the intended page.

I have created a splash page on Wix to ‘soft launch’ my company’s re-brand. I’ve connected our HubSpot account to my Typeform account and have mapped the questions to the appropriate HubSpot properties, and have embedded this Typeform form into the splash page. It looks great, however, a HubSpot pop-up form that is running on our existing website (through Wordpress) is popping up on the form on the new Wix splash page and I can’t figure out why/how to shut it off. The HubSpot pop-up is set to run on ‘all pages’ - however, it doesn’t seem that the Typeform form would have a url using our domain from what I can tell, so I’m not sure how to tell HubSpot to exclude this form. I’m a bit stumped!

Hello,I would like to validate input of a short-text using webhook. This webhook would be an Azure Logic App, that internally calls Licess API (yes, it would be a chess quiz TypeForm ). I have seen some posts like “Feature to provide phone number” touching this subject.Where I am a bit stuck is how should the webhook send info back in order to know Typeform, that the submitted data of a question was not correct. Documentation explains that webhook should return 2xx HTTP codes. But how about if the response is not accepted? Is there a specific format to report back such info? Like a 4xx response with some message?Thanks in advance,Laci

Greetings I want to create a service agreement letter doc with a payment integration like stripe and the likes on the doc with typeform  so my client can pay immediately after they sign the service agreement letter doc. Pls can I use typeform to create a service agreement letter with a payment integration in it ?  

We are on the now no longer available Professional plan. I am trying to test some simple logic (if age <18 go to an End Page).In preview it works fine, on actually published versions it never works. My guess is that this feature is no longer included in the Professional plan now that it is no longer available and that we need to move to a different plan?Can anyone shed some light on this please as I am running out of hair to pull out.
