MY responses are coming in but excluding answers to a required matrix question.I urgently need assistance please as this is a key question in my survey.Is there no Typeform support service?? I have a paid account.KInd regards,Melissa

I am new to typeform. I tried to import google form into a typeform and it is not working. When I click on import form and then “Run” nothing happens. It seems like it isn’t even clicking the run button. Also when I also tried to watch a tutorial video and that seems to be down too. Is the website server down at the moment or something or is it normally this buggy? 

Hi friends,I have a SHORT ANSWER question where players must type in the word “think” for it to be correct. I also included that they could type in “THINK” or “Think” for it to be correct. However, sometimes users make strange mistakes like they type in “THink” and it marks it incorrect. Is there any way to simply “remove” the Capitalization issue entirely?

Hi, I’m on the free plan and am planning to upgrade to the basic plan so that I can upload and publish my typeform with 21 questions. When previewing my form, each time I hit one of two questions towards the end, I am met with a ‘Sorry, that didn’t work’ error. When I initially made the form about a month ago the error did not appear and everything worked smoothly. It seems to appear on both the mobile and desktop previews. My form only has 3 instances of logic being used.Additionally, some of the questions will occasionally freeze when attempting to answer, with the ‘restart’ option in the top right being unclickable. A manual refresh or hitting the back button results in the page crashing, meaning that I am typing in typeform.com into the url to get back to where I was. I have disabled all extensions and tried to use the form in incognito mode but the same errors still occur. Attached is a couple videos of the issue occurring.  Video 1Video 2

Is there any way to use a small font size in questions or answers? That is, for the purpose of minor and possibly irrelevant information?I've checked the Markdown syntax but couldn't find anything. However, I feel I've seen it on the site somewhere...I have seen a website Anchor Fonts in which I see very different types of font styles but I can't find the smallest font in this very type of font but.......

We have conducted an Employee Satisfaction Survey using Typeform templates. We would now like to compare the results of the survey to industry benchmarks (we are a tour operator in the Travel and Leisure sector). Does anyone know where we can find this resource? 

I sent an email 8 December 2020 tobilling@typeform.com asking to cancel my subscription. I am continuously getting charged for a service I do not use! HELP!

Hi Community, all of my typeforms show the same error when I try to get the insights: “We can't see the big picture right nowSorry, this is embarrassing—but your data is safe. <a href="">Refresh</a> the page or come back later”  I used the insights all time time and find them very helpful. I definitely need to see where people leave. Since last week there is this annoying error. I noticed before that there suddenly was a problem with showing the insights of the actual day. Now it`s a total failure. 

My survey participants have said that they can only see about 5 words of their response (text fields) at one time, making it hard to answer effectively.  Is there a way/setting that I need to change so they don’t have that issue?  

Hi, i have two points where i ask for a email adress but want them to get the email notification but i can just choose one, is there a solution for this? Kind regards 

Hey, so I’m currently using Typeform Professional Plan (now Plus Plan) by GitHub Student Developers Pack. So, since I have free access for Typeform Plus for 1 year, I thought I can use the hell out of it, but I found out that I cannot apply “Remove Typeform Branding” or like other functions on Plus plan. Anyone know why there is the limit on it?For more infos, attached the photos here. 

I’ve noticed different behavior between Previewing my form and testing it on a website page as an embed form. In the Preview, I answer my questions and it goes to my Ending and stops there with my message and a button with a link. In the Embed form, I answer my questions and instead of stopping on the Ending “screen”, it goes directly to the URL that is in the button link. I have information on the Ending “screen” that I want the users to see before continuing to the linked URL. Is this normal behavior?Should I use a Statement instead of an Ending to achieve my desired workflow?Thanks!

How can I disable the "Save and return to form later" for a specific survey

Let’s say I have multiple choice question which involves 5 different options like;soccer football tennis golf volleyballI want to know wich is the main sport when people watches tv and after that, another question to know two other sports; but the option that I chose as the main one, does not appear in the second question for example, i choose as a principal choice, golf in the 1st questionafter that, i want to know which other sports do you like to watch in your free time, but “golf”  doesnt have to appear:soccer football tennis volleyballplease, help !!

I want to offer all participants entry into a draw to receive a voucher.  But to do this I’ll need an email address.  Can I still say the survey is anonymous??

How do you do this???I have a form that I have closed, but everytime I go to view the results it says that the report is private…I am trying to export a report for a form that I have closed. I dont understand why this function is blocked?The Help Center article does not have any of the information about this that it claims to. Is there no way to export a report unless your form is not private? because this makes no sense. 

Hi there. Posting this question on behalf of @OXO who said he asked the community but I can’t really find his topic anywhere.   I would like to upgrade. From basic to the next lever There is no upgrade button when I sign in  OXO, this article should explain it all about upgrading. Can’t you see the button?Would be great if you could share a screenshot so we can ‘see’ what’s going on. 

I have a basic plan and it says I can only have 3 typeforms.  The basic plan that is described in the upgrade section says I can have unlimited number of typeforms.  Why cant I have unlimited typeforms.

I have a TypeForm dropdown question with about 50 options. I’d like to pass the results into AirTable. However, it seems that I have to have a Single Select field type in AirTable with all the exact entries in it to work.Two questions:Can I use a ‘Link to another record’ field type instead of Single Select? This would be ideal where I can pull the options from another sheet but it doesn’t seem to work. If I can’t use ‘link to another record’ is there a way to easily paste all the options into separate lines of the single select? Right now, when I paste, it pastes all 50 options into a single line and this would require me to type them all out for every drop down question I have.
