Typeform conversations

Hi! I have a lot of sync between of Typeform and Mailchimp, but, i only get showed in typeform mailchimp text fields, not drop down or radio buttons.Is posible get this kind of field syncronized? Thanks.

I want to create a survey of 2 questions ( plus their name and date) to approx 90 people, part of our yoga community,  but I can’t find a free one to do this - any ideas ?   All the ones I can find have a limit of 10 - 40 responses, or I have to signup for a year.Thanks 

Hi,I want to use TypeForm to build a fun calculator for customers that will show them the pricing difference between our artificial flowers and their flowers for a wedding.Basically, it would ask them how many bouquets they need, how many centerpieces, then do basic multiplication to show a result.So for example:How many bridesmaids bouquets do you need? How many corsages do you need? Do you need a bridal bouquet?Then at the end, based on the quantity selected in questions 1 and 2, and then if they said yes or no in question 3, it would multiply: Bridesmaid bouquets needed times Artificial price per bridesmail bouquetReal flower boquuet needed times real flower bouquet price etc and show the result.Easiest way to do this?

Hi there, I created a customer research survey. There are certain answer choices that I have given points to because they are the answers that signify to me they are a potentially great customer. I don’t need my customer to see this score… I just want to see out of all the poeple who took my survey, who scored the highest based on my points criteria. Is this possible?  Thank you! :) 

Hi! I was curious if anyone knew whether or not you get someone’s answers to your survey if they abandon it before the end? Or because they don’t finish, you won’t see their results?Would love to know if it’s feasible and if I need to do something specific to be able to do this.  Thanks so much!!

I am planning to create a form that will be made accessible to anyone. I want to show on the welcome page a specific information: timestamp of when it was lastcompleted and who completed the form. Is this possible?

What pricing/ plan do I currently have?

Suddenly, I have a typeform that is not appearing in my page.  On mobile version, I just have a blank space where the form should be, but on Desktop versions, it always says something like: “ form.typeform.com refused to connect.”  The page is located here: http://aeromedicalinc.com/appointment.php Any ideas what would have changed, or why this would suddenly be acting like this?  It was working yesterday.

When I click on the settings under my account name, there is no “Account” section on the left hand panel. There is only a “Profile” section (see my entire left hand section below). I am trying to access my invoices, but cannot even find the “Plan & billing” tab on the left. It doesn’t exist. Any ideas on how to find that?

Thanks for stopping by. The only way to show the Report would be to hyperlink the URL of the report in the form, but this wouldn’t show them their results included until they’ve submitted the form. You can also email the URL of this report to your colleagues, but if you’d like them to see each response individually, you would then need to add them to the workspace or use Google Sheets as you have been to share the data. Finally, we don’t currently support printing out the open-ended responses, but I’m happy to share this feedback to our product team. Let me know if...

I have an email template in Salesforce that has a link to a Typeform survey. I want to know if I can append the record ID that the email is referencing to the end of the Typeform URL and pass it through as a hidden field value. If this is possible, how would I do it.The idea is to capture which Salesforce record the response is related to so the manager can reach out and respond as necessary. 

One of the Typeform pricing says it allows 10000 responses/month. My question is what constitutes a response?Is it when user completes the survey and clicks the submit button? Is it alsowhen the user answers any question in the survey and leaves the survey midway?

Hi, I would like to pass information based on the answers of a form in order to create a cart in my CMS check-out. Concretely, a customer creates his own box by selecting the product they want in the box. We gather the answers and push them to create a basket for the checkout in our CMS (magento 2). Thank you for your help.Bastien 

On which plan I have to upgrade to enable quetion groups into my survey?

We have a “What country are you enquiring from?” question with a list of all the countries herecountry question and want to prepopulate the country into the country part of the phone number question type after answering thiscountry part of the phone number  How can this be done? If it is with API, please can someone provide more info on the specifics than just saying you will need to use the API.

Hello! I’m new to Typeform-Airtable integration. When I tried to map questions between Airtable and Typeform, I was only presented with the two default Typeform questions (“Hello, what’s your name?” and “Nice to meet you . . .”. I tried refreshing both the Typeform and Airtable, but I still don’t see the appropriate Typeform questions. I have also already checked to make sure the question types are compatible. Any help would be appreciated! :)

Hi, We’re about to integrate one of our typeforms with Salesforce. This typeform is being sent to both leads and contacts. We’re passing the email address into the typeform as a hidden field and matching the response in Salesforce via email. As I understand it we’re able to set up multiple mappings to both lead and contact objects, and we’re able to choose to update an existing record first, and if there’s no record to create one. However, my question is that because we’re gathering responses from both leads and contacts, if a response can’t be matched to a lead (but there is an existing contact) - will it create a new lead? Likewise with a contact. Is there a way to prevent typeform from creating a new record in Salesforce? I’m trying to prevent the creation of any duplicate records in our Salesforce org. Thanks, 

Hello all, Apologies if this has been answered before but couldn’t see.I am doing a short quiz (6 questions) which leads to three outcomes.There are 3 key questions which will lead to one of the outcomes but is there a way of prioritising the outcomes? I.e. if they answer two of the key questions positively can I choose which answer should be priority?Hope this makes sense and someone can help! Thanks

I want to use typeform for my clients (Real estate agent), I use a software (however does not have integration with Zapier or any app). I’m looking to use Typeform to build questionnaire forms for Home buyer leads for my clients. How do I give them access so they can see the responses from the specific questionnaires I made for them (while hiding the rest of the questionnaires I made for my other clients)? I have several identical forms but there are meant for different individuals. How do i share the results of their respective typeforms to their email address.

I am on a business plan. Typeform Staff said I am on a free account. I am trying to add more response for more than 24 hours. I wish typeform could handle this easy task better. I thought choosing a business plan would get better support. I am wrong and very disappointed now. Please fix the problem. I am in a business account and there is not any “Add response” button as this guy mentioned.
