Typeform conversations

I want to include vouchers in my survey to incentivise participants and raise response rates but have a few questions: If I give a voucher for each completed survey, how do I cap responses? How will the vouchers be issued? Can they be sent directly through Typeform?  How do I purchase the vouchers? Previously I have purchased them through the Marketing Lounge Partnership.

Hi, everyone! I’m new at Typeform, so I’m a baby user. So, my question is, how can I link the answers of matrix questions to the different endings? I have clicked on outcome quiz, and appears a box that says “Choose answers” > Search. I have searched the questions and the answers and nothing appears. When I change the questions to multiple choice, I can relate the answers with the endings easily, but I have to make a quiz with matrix questions. Someone can help me, please? Thanks a lot in advance!

I’d like to use a 3rd party QR code generator to scan directly to my typeform, but I can’t seem to make it work, it only seems to work when i use the simple typeform version of a QR code. Does anybody have any info if this is possible? I’m usingi the correct URL of my typeform but no dice :(My reasoning is the QR code that is generated by typeform does not give that much data, doesn’t track scans, scan locations, or give me the ability to design custom looking QR codes. Please help :)

I’m trying to work out a way that I can transform text based dropdown answers in Typeform into an associated URL that I can use within Zapier, to send to another service.Basically I have a list of 450 text answers in a dropdown and each will have an associated image file that I want to pass into another tool.Is there any way for me to create this matched list within Typeform? e.g. Dropdown QuestionAnswer 1 [what the user sees] → Transformed to: https://URL.com/image1.pngAnswer 2 [what the user sees] → Transformed to: https://URL.com/image2.pngAnswer 3 [what the user sees] → Transformed to: https://URL.com/image3.png It unfortunately would not make sense for the user to see the URL and pick that instead of the text based answer.If it is not possible to transform the answers into URLs in Typeform, any thoughts on the easiest way I might do it within Zapier or with another service?

Dear all,I am trying to generate an 8 digit promotional code that I can send to mailchimp.=> I created a feedback form for our clients and as a gift they should receive an email via mailchimp. => this mailchimp email should contain this 8 digit code.to do so I have a mailchimp field called *CODE*  How do I generate this data for mailchimp without the client seeing this code when he fills in the typeform survey? Please Help and thank you so much,Fabian

I’ve only joined Typeform and have the Plus plan and loving it. I have noticed that there is a lot of info about the Classic builder. One thing I saw thatI like about the Classic builder is being able to see more of the question on he left hand side with more detailed presented like options and lists, etc. How can I see more of the questions in the new builder? Is there a setting somewhere?Thanks.

 Hello, I have the Basic Plan and when I publish my questionnaire I get a message that these features are not included in the plan, but I can't find out which ones they are. I am creating a quiz, and I’d like to add a lead gen form at the end. Is that possible on this platform?

I am not getting the option of all types of questions in new editor. Only 6-7 types of questions are available - multiple choice, rating, short text, long text, picture, phone no and statement.I want to build ranking and matrix type questions. Have just upgraded hoping to build a survey for my PhD research topic. I am now feeling irritated for not being able to get option of all those question types in this new editor...don’t even see option of changing back to classic editor. 

Is it possible to update fields on a case when a Typeform is completed? The customer would receive a link with caseID as a merge field in the URL, once the form has been completed, fields on the specific case are updated with the submitted information. Thank you for your help!

I am not seen the respondents after they filled out the typeform, do I need to activate something?thanks 

I just upgraded to Plus plan, and when I try to publish there is one error telling me to upgrade to Premium to publish, when "Premium" doesn't even exist! I receive several daily enquiries. And our Typeforms are now deactivated, this is a HUGE problem for us. ¡Please help!

Hi! I would like to know how the privacy policy is ruled when I use Typeform for our recruiting campaigns. We will be asking questions and also requesting CV’s and other documents (driver’s licence, social security numbers and so on). Do we point to Typeform’s privacy policy when doing this or do we need our own?

Please tell me how you can make a poll in the typeform that will count the number of responses and give a result based on this. For example, if in the test a person has pressed 1 answer option most of the time, then one result will appear to him. And if he pressed the second answer option the most, then the final result is different.

Hi There, I would like to set up automated email notification responses to my clients with their typeform results, however the help function says in classic builder, to click on the email notifciation tab. There isn’t one that I can see???? Can someone please help?

Can we do more than bold, italics, underline, and hyperlink?Can we change the color of text, highlight, insert a table, input bullets or numbers, like we can with the editor here in the community?

We are new to typeform but I’m wondering if there’s a way to integrate survey responses that came old school via paper form.  Our audience skews older and while we provided a QR code to the typeform survey, most people have completed the survey via paper. I’m wondering if there’s a way for a staff member to input the paper responses into typeform...

I have one typeform which has the potential of very high volume, so I’d like to cap the numbers. And another typeform that's much lower volume but much more important to our business. I want to control access to the high volume typeform so it doesn’t go over the volume limits of our account and lose any potential response to the more important typeform. I guess two accounts, one for each with different limits would be one way, but any thoughts on an more elegant solution?

Hi there,How can i use the existing template for the personality quiz and import it to my own template with a set of different questions?

The question should have a 3x3 grid for choices. User will have to drag and drop 1 from each of the 3 columns into the input field. They can submit the answer and then they will get feedback if their answer is right or wrong.I want to create this with the free version. If this is an advanced feature, then I am okay with a simple click interaction instead of the drag and drop.

Hi Community,I am encountering some limitation with typeform… In short I have a dropdown question with a list of ressources that my prospect are interested in downloading.I want this dropdown question to offer a pre-filled proposition based on the URL the prospect came from.Example: if URL contains "xxx/ressources/white-paper-design-trends" then Dropdown = "White Paper on Design Trends" Can you tell me if that's possible? Either by using a GTM Variable & Tag or any other option. I am trying out this way because some completion do not have the variables integrated with GTM I added in my hidden fields (maybe because of anti-cookie plugins)Thank you for your feedback!Kind regards,

Hey everyone!   Got a bit of a head scratcher here.  We have a Typeform survey which uses the Google Sheets integration to automatically copy the results.  So far, so good. Everything works great, except for the ‘Other’ field (which upon clicking becomes a text input field) does NOT copy the data over, leaving our google sheets with huge gaps on any question that wans answered with ‘Other’ and a text field. Anyone found a solution to this? Thanks!
