Typeform conversations

I’ve had a form set up for several months now, and self-notifications have been coming through no problem until this week. We don’t seem to be getting any emails into our inbox, even though responses are still coming through...have checked spam filters etc but no luck Any ideas?

Several questions I've set up are not appearing in the published feedback survey. Each time I reload the publish, which questions that are missing changes. I'm on an essentials package so questions should not be limited. I have to go live on Monday. 

Is these any way to change font style or at least justify text in the questions body? I have questions with long-ish passages and they look pretty awful unjustified.

We create educational quizzes for students using typeform.While students can see if they got their answers correct, we would love it if they could compare their score to other students who have already taken then quiz. Is there a way of showing all a summary of the responses to questions to a user at the of the survey? Much like we can see the summary of results as the owner of the quiz, is there a way of showing that data back to the user?

Hello!I have integrated a Typeform to a site with the embedded option “Slider” for the form to show within our page. This only works and opens as an integrated side-window when the page is refreshed: the Typeform opens in the entire screen upon first navigation. See screen recording below:  Has anybody else encountered this behaviour?This is an issue because we need users to stay within the hosting page...Thanks in advance!

Hi,When checking on my phone I see first a “slide” with the name of my TypeForm with a text below that says: “Takes 1mn”1- I have the french version and it’s misspelled; “Prend 1 minutes”: there is no “S” at minute… How can I remove it?2- Also it literally takes 15 secondes for the lead to complete the form. How do I change it?3- And lastly can I just get rid of that first “slide”? Thanks for your time and help

I’ve been trying to create a survey for the last couple of days and when I go to add a second answer on a multiple choice question, the whole page freezes and won’t even let me refresh. I have to close the tab and open another. I am using Google Chrome. I have tried starting a new survey to see if the first was corrupted, but same problem.Is anyone else having this problem? There doesn’t seem to be a way to contact Typeform to get help.

I have a typeform of 7 questions and several logical branches. When publishing the typeform I only see 3 questions. I have gone through the logical branches and they are fine. What can happen?

I have just signed up to Typeform ‘Impress’  and started to build the coupe of forms for our website.  However depending on the answer and setting them correct in the Logo - Question Branding. They are not performing as I want them too.  Support is not existent on here and it seems impossible to speak to call someone or receive ondemand chat (Slighty shocking considering the cost of the application)  Is there anyway someone can help me?

Hello, I am creating a test that my clients can do at home on their own. I would like to propose them a form where they can write their answers in order for them and us (the brand) to keep a copy of it and facilitate further product development. I wanted to know if it’s possible to: Create a form where the user can start filling it, validate it,  but with the possibility to open it again a few days later to pursue or modify answers?  For that it means, that when the user completes the form for the first time, he needs to receive an email with a link back to the form with his answers. Thank in advance for your answers !  

How do you export your results and granular data  into excel or other even Word if you did not integrate in the beginning?  

We are using Typeform to take entries for an online exhibition. People are being asked for their email addresses, and this is required to participate in the exhibition. We are also asking people if they would like to sign up to our email newsletter. This is not required, of course. When trying to integrate Typeform with Mailchimp, either directly or with Zapier, I don’t seem to be able to input any “IF” logic. I want the form to automatically add people to our newsletter list IF they have selected “Yes” in the receive newsletter question. If they have selected “No” I don’t want them to be added. I can’t work out how to make this work and I am sure there must be a way, it seems like such an obvious thing in this GDPR world!!

I have a Typeform connected to a Google Sheet. If I change the questions in the Typeform, the headers in the Sheet do not seem to change. Is there a way to re-sync a Typeform’s questions to a Sheet? Do I have to disconnect the integration completely or is there a less disruptive way?Thanks,Matt 

Is there a way if you put an address into a typeform to copy that address to another field and have the person confirm that is the correct billing address?  If it isn’t they could overwrite those fields?

Hi, I have created some multiple choice questions for a diversity monitoring survey. What I would like is to give the recipient the choice to put their own answer too? So for example: How would you best describe your sexuality: A B C other - please tell us if you wish. How would i add the: Other - please tell us if you wish after the multiple choice section? Also, some of my questions have a * after them and I cant delete them! Anyone seen this before? Thanks T 

I made the rookie error of amending a completed survey instead of creating a new one from scratch. All the responses from the original survey (which were pretty important) have now been lost. When I click the responses it shows their names etc on the new survey and the original questions and answers are gone. Is it possible to access the actual responses if you’ve since edited the form? Thanks in advance. 

I can only get 6 questions types. There should be many more I assume (including the payment one, which I need). Do I need to activate something or what? Hope you can help.   

I’ve been using Typeform for over a year, using the essentials plan and I am wondering why all of the sudden there is a weird ill-formatted advertisement with the text “video ad for lavender spa days” that shows up as the background on my questionnaire when you click the link. That does not show up in the formatting I have created. This is a new development and seems very odd and now I’m embarrassed to share with my new clients.  

Hello guys, I need to create an “audit” or a “questionnaire” to be answered by potential customers on our webpage.It is a set of 60 questions (which belongs to 6 main pilars), each of them with multiple answers. Each answer has a numeric value associated (algorythm) Finally, when the person finishes the questionnaire, the idea is to show a “report”, showing current situation in each of the 6 pilars, depending on answers given. The idea is to guide customers through a set of questions, and finally show them “where they need to put focus to improve”. (strong and weak areas) Is this possible to make with Typeform?

Hi, I do have a payment modul with Stripe in my Typeform. Is there a testing/ficticious credit card number which I can use only for testing purpose that does not make a real payment? Thanks for helping me!
