Typeform conversations

Hi I’m creating a new app and anticipating a build time of approx 2 months. Is it possible to use the “Improve” features locally before subscription? Thanks in advanceJoe

I am trying to create a survey to identify gifting.  Here is how it works.  There are 12 gifts.  Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. pertain to Gift #1.   Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc. pertain to Gift #2 and so on.   In the end, I want the survey to add up the points for each question group. So I want a score for Questions 1, 13, 25, 37, etc. and and a different score for Questions 2, 14, 26, 38, etc.From there, I would be content with a list of scores.  However, the IDEAL would be that the highest scoring group would lead to an outcome.I am new to Typeform, and I get the simple logic.  I think I get the advanced logic, except I don’t want them to jump questions.  I want them to answer all of the questions, and then have their scores be compared showing which gifts are the highest.   Does anyone have advice?I have the paid version of Typeform (but not the highest level).  It is the plan paid annually.

HELP ME PLEASE!I`m having a problem, when I try to share the request`s link, participants can`t see the editions that I have done, like if I have done nothing. Does that means that I need to be premium member in order to be able of sharing my own editions? 

Hello everyone,I need a bit of help with my most recent typeform.I want to embed it into a page, as a slider, that opens after scrolling 60%.That works fine.However, after embedding the typeform, there is still a “Button” shown, where the code is in the text.I tried a few times and made sure that the settings are correct. The big blue button, with the writting on it is not shown anymore, but there’s still a small box, which opens the typeform when pressed. It looks pretty ugly. Can i get rid of it somehow? See screenshot attached:

Hi, Can I customize a report, or use the input to from 1 person into a report in Word or Google Doc. I am talking about a validation report for a schoolleaders registration for the Dutch register. So we have like 6 sections, with each 6 topics on which a validator ranks a schoolleader. It would be nice if I could make a customized report, that the validator could send to the schoolleader. 

I’m trying to launch / start my typeform in a Campaign Monitor email using the provided code from Typeform and integrating it via Campaign Monitor’s “Import HMTL”→ “Import from Web” function, however Campaign Monitor keeps returning an “Invalid web address entered” error. Does anyone have any experience with this? Are the two systems not compatible for this function? Zappier provides an integration to connect the two systems, but does not appear to provide integration for the function of starting a Typeform in a new email campaign. 

Hi, I have integrated Typeform with Salesforce and all is working fine until batch sizes increase. Mainly, there are multiple triggers that go off in my SFDC org when new Leads are created, and if I import, for example, 3 leads  from Typeform they cannot all execute properly.My question here is: Is there a way to limit the Typeform batch size coming in to Salesforce? I have trouble seeing how as it is a managed package, but it is a really pressing issue that prohibits me from using Typeform in my organization at the moment.Thanks in advance!

Hello ,I am using the free version of Typeform. I set the “Phone number question” on my survey. When dowloading the answers report, I only have characters as an answer and not the number.  Do you know why this is happening? Thank you 

On the TypeForm sign up page, they have a TypeForm that only loads on HALF of the page. Meaning the form is on one side with all of the questions and it’s own unique background, and on the other half of the screen there’s an Image that looks amazing. How can we do the same in our TypeForms?

Any chance there is a way to change the view of the actual editor itself? The old version of the form builder had the editor/design/logic pane taking up a lot more real estate than the new version. I know I’m an extreme case of size of monitor, but for me I have vast acres of negative space that I don’t need, while I can barely identify my questions because so many of the words are truncated.  

Hi. I would like to include a text ( an explanation ) on two “pages” it only seems that a statement is available. Have I missed something ?

Hello everyone,  I have a questionnaire which should lead to 5 different buckets (thank you screens).The underlying logic is that there is a set of questions that contribute to a score (simple addition of score values) which define 4 buckets of score ranges. To lead to the fifth outcome, I would like to combine a the score and a specific answer to a question. We have had hundreds of users using our questionnaire and we have now found out that logic doesn’t work for this mentioned outcome. The logic I am using is if the score value is below 18 AND the answer to question XYZ is yes, then show thank you screen B. (see screenshot)Unfortunatelly, it doesn’t work. Looking forward to hearing your ideas how to fix this issue!Thanks already :) 

I was just working on my questions when I suddenly lost all the questions I was writing for the past 1 hour. Any ways to retrieve it.I tried checking on history but seems to not be there.

Hello,My first question here, because it's just not that clear to me, yet. Can I detect duplicate records (i.e. two or three responses from the same person) via the Network ID? Or asked another way, does Typeform detect if a responder is using the same computer?Would like to check the results of my online-questionare to exclude multiple responses from the same person.Many thanks in advance,Eric

I recently added a typeform survey to my website and it loads perfectly when you first go to the contact page. When you press on a different page, then go back to the contact page, the embedded survey is gone. Each time I refresh the page though it appears. Hi guys!I am looking for a simple and quick solution for sending the results of the typeform to my client.I use the template for an intake and i want to send them the outcome as an document or inside the auto respond when they finish the test.I know you can generate an report but that is with all the outcomes, i just want a single one for a specific client.Does anybody knows the trick? Love to hear from you!Sanne

Hello,I need to find the wrong (not expected) answers in a typeform test and then set actions on another app through zapier.Is it possible to meet this requirement through zapier? I mean, every question in my typeform has 3 different possible answers. I want zapier to detect these answers and set a specific action depending on which answer the user selected.

Case: Exit survey embedded on our website.I need to know user's name and email who is filling in the survey. Obviously, we have this data.So, how can we send it to the Typeform to get this information in the report when someone finishes the form?  

Hi!I would like to know how my respondents’ data is processed?What I found on this topic in the privacy policy is only an answer to the question ‘Who processes my respondents’ data?’. Could this be clarified to me please so I wont be asking people to use my survey without knowing how their responses are processed or used by others than me? Thank you! Btw, their is no tag named ‘privacy’.

I have an essentials account and since the last time I made a survey I have lost all of my advanced question types, no matrix no question group, no legal…What is going on?
