Typeform conversations

Hi! I’m creating images in Canva to use on a typeform survey but they don’t resize correctly.The images on my typeform survey are either cut off or off center - maybe they are too large? Thought typeform auto resized images so they fit no matter what devise they are viewed on. In the editor, they look great - but when I preview the survey (as smart phone or desktop) they don’t lay out properly. Help please?!

I’m creating a self-assessment that will email each person their responses upon completion. However, I’d also like the responses to be anonymous to me (in other words, I love the summary data that comes in the reporting section collectively, but would love to be able to strip the data field that includes their email address in their individual report). Is this possible, or are their any other workarounds (i.e. print results at end where they would not need to give me their email address to get their responses)? Thanks in advance!

is there an opportunity to publish the survey with the essentials package or do i need the professional package?

Hi, I’m offering different printed assets to buy on my typeform. The user should be able to choose from different assets, sizes and materials. My question is: can I add different variables on my payment form so it changed the amount that it will be charged?

Hi all! In setting up a sub-question as multiple choice, because the question is long, the configuration button gets hidden behind the main question header. Attached is the screenshot. Sub question configuration is obscured  As you can see, for question 7a, I need to set it up so that my users can choose more than one answer. But to do that, I need to click on the “Multiple Choice” box in the upper right hand corner, which is at the moment, hidden behind the “7 → All About Data” header. I checked this issue in more than one template; here is something similar in a different template. Same problem with question 2a’s “Multiple choice” being hidden behind “2 → Thanks! Lets look at social Issues”. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,  I have begun analyzing a survey that had 2-3 open-ended questions that turned in to responses that were lengthier than I initally accounted for. The survey became an incentive for a sweepstakes we were doing to gain more entries, so it was taken by 5,000+ respondents.  With all of these responses and the various lengths in responses to certain questions, does anyone have a tool that they recommend to make anlayzing the responses for these open-ended questions any easier than manually going through 5,000+ and aggregating, organizing, etc.?

Hi there !  I am building my typeform and I would like to do something but I don’t know if it’s possible. I have 6 same questions and 6 same answers. You have to choose one answer for each question.When you chooses an answer for the first question, I would this answer erased for the next question etc etc etc. Is it clear ? Could you help me ?Thanks a lot.

We’d like to pass additional data to our Typeforms via the url. We’d like to be able to modify a form url like https://form.typeform.com/to/ABC123 such that additional data from this url ends up in the results when the form is completed. That is, the data would appear in the CSV per row when the results are exported.It would be fine if the url auto-answered questions that the person sees. It’d also be fine if the data populated fields that were hidden.Now, according to the documentation, there’s supposed to be an option to add custom hidden field data via an embed. From the code snippet, it looks like this data is in the url, which is what I’m looking for. But, I followed the documentation exactly, and I don’t have any “Advanced” section in the sidebar for a standard embed, and for the other embed modes that do show the “Advanced” section, I don’t see any “Hidden Fields” subsection. I didn’t see anything about it in the pricing plans either, so it’s unclear if it’s not available becaus

First, I have to say it is ridiculous that you cannot pick up with phone and call to ask a question.  VERY FRUSTRATING.Second, what I need to know is if I embed a link to the survey on our website, can you upload passwords for our members to use?  About 70% of our members do not have an email address and 35% do not have a cell phone. We post to our site and then they enter their member ID to access the survey so we they can only fill it out once.  We have no problem with them editing the same survey but we do not want them to do it multiple times. Then we do the same information on ratification votes, and we only allow them one vote. Typically, we send flyers to the local union hall, and send our business reps out to the job sites and give them flyers to reach as many members as we can but because of this we need to have a limit of one use per Member ID and we need to identify who that member is by that number.Our current provide does this but we are looking for a change to do more wit

I embedded a type form yesterday on our site and sometimes it loads on the page load and sometimes it does not load and you have to refresh the page 2-3 times to get it to load. I’ve cleared cookies, cache, everything I think of and it still happens. I’ve even loaded it in an incognito browser window to test...same behavior. Any thoughts on why this woul be happening? Dear all,I am trialing TypeForm currently.  I have a number of forms that I need my potential clients to complete and sign.  A couple of the forms are Tax forms and need to be signed by hand / wet ink. Can I have a hybrid solution where I can collect certain information and have them complete / sign the TypeForm forms online but also have the ability to download the Tax forms and send back in the traditional way?Thanks,Andy.

Can you use video and images while in a trial?  Is there a time period on the trial?

I’m trying to put a quiz together that has a series of 12 yes/no questions and 24 possible endings. I need advanced logic but I’m not seeing the “and” option-- I need something like “If 1 is yes AND 2 is yes AND 3 is no AND 4 is yes or no AND 5 is yes AND 6 is yes AND 7 is no….” then it ties to a single result. Each result basically needs to have a very specific profile. In looking at the Advanced logic options, I’m not seeing this sort of specificity. Any ideas? 

Hi, today I’m working with typeform logic jumps and I need to know hoy to start the same form from diferents stages ( I mean, the user accesses the form from a QR code that must be synchronized between the users who can access at different times (all must answer the 10 questions but not necessarily start from the same) my question is how to make a callback from a specific question and also assign each user a consecutive id).

Hi there, We’ve run into a problem with using Forms. It is not really responsive and I can see on mobile devices a scroller. So the resize does not work or does not even exist?. We are using “Picture choice”. Once you have 4 pictures to choose from, there always appears a scroller on mobiles.  Ist there a way to use “resize” ? For example this JS-Lib (http://blog.apps.npr.org/pym.js/) wich must be integrated on both ends?  Or having a callback if integrated with JS like :(https://developer.typeform.com/embed/modes/). Can anyone help me out here?  Best Tobi

Hello.  I’m hoping someone here can help!  I want to have a client build their own budget.  In reviewing a few of the videos and questions, I think this is considered “scoring”???  But I cannot find exactly how to do what I want.  I want to build a total dollar amount based on the summation of each answered questions.  The questions are based on a “good / better / best” scenario where all“A” answers are Good “B” answers are Better “C” answers are Bestand each  individual A/B/C answer has an assigned dollar amount. The user would pick one answer from each question and the final page would show them the total of each of their answers.  Can I do this??  I’m new to typeform and checked many of the templates but didn’t see this type of thing.  I started the form so could share (if that’s possible). Hello Everyone,The company i work for has been in business for 35 years and has produced 1000’s of products, a vast majority offering a great limited lifetime warranty.   Each item comes with its unique identifier number, so that when warranty claims come in, we can find the right replacement.My Goal:I would like the form to ‘Autocomplete’ the identifier code as it is being typed. Similar to what google search does as you start typing. Eventually I want to see if I can make an image appear after the product identifier code or part is selected so that the customer is certain they are requesting the correct item/part replacement.From google definitions:‘Autocomplete’ finishes words or phrases while typing, and autocorrect automatically fixes spelling mistakes. Autofill is a software function that automatically enters data in web forms and spreadsheets. I can’t figure this out, and I’m new to both Zapier and Typeform, so not sure if it’s me, or what I want isn’t possible.I’m trying to use Typeform “long paragraph” answer to collect email addresses (listed separated by a comma or semicolan) that the person provides.  In other words “Give me the emails of your friends you want Klouf to reach out to on your behalf.”  I want to then send THOSE people a separate email (it’s a passthrough function) immediately. I got excited that I could set up a Zap that would send those people an automated message, but I keep getting an error in the “to” function. I dragged in the right question (give me the emails...), but  it’s not working. I’m wondering if maybe you can’t include more than one email address? or is there a way they must be formatted?Thanks so much.
