Typeform conversations

First, I have to say it is ridiculous that you cannot pick up with phone and call to ask a question.  VERY FRUSTRATING.Second, what I need to know is if I embed a link to the survey on our website, can you upload passwords for our members to use?  About 70% of our members do not have an email address and 35% do not have a cell phone. We post to our site and then they enter their member ID to access the survey so we they can only fill it out once.  We have no problem with them editing the same survey but we do not want them to do it multiple times. Then we do the same information on ratification votes, and we only allow them one vote. Typically, we send flyers to the local union hall, and send our business reps out to the job sites and give them flyers to reach as many members as we can but because of this we need to have a limit of one use per Member ID and we need to identify who that member is by that number.Our current provide does this but we are looking for a change to do more wit

I embedded a type form yesterday on our site and sometimes it loads on the page load and sometimes it does not load and you have to refresh the page 2-3 times to get it to load. I’ve cleared cookies, cache, everything I think of and it still happens. I’ve even loaded it in an incognito browser window to test...same behavior. Any thoughts on why this woul be happening? Dear all,I am trialing TypeForm currently.  I have a number of forms that I need my potential clients to complete and sign.  A couple of the forms are Tax forms and need to be signed by hand / wet ink. Can I have a hybrid solution where I can collect certain information and have them complete / sign the TypeForm forms online but also have the ability to download the Tax forms and send back in the traditional way?Thanks,Andy.

Can you use video and images while in a trial?  Is there a time period on the trial?

I’m trying to put a quiz together that has a series of 12 yes/no questions and 24 possible endings. I need advanced logic but I’m not seeing the “and” option-- I need something like “If 1 is yes AND 2 is yes AND 3 is no AND 4 is yes or no AND 5 is yes AND 6 is yes AND 7 is no….” then it ties to a single result. Each result basically needs to have a very specific profile. In looking at the Advanced logic options, I’m not seeing this sort of specificity. Any ideas? 

Hi, today I’m working with typeform logic jumps and I need to know hoy to start the same form from diferents stages ( I mean, the user accesses the form from a QR code that must be synchronized between the users who can access at different times (all must answer the 10 questions but not necessarily start from the same) my question is how to make a callback from a specific question and also assign each user a consecutive id).

Hi there, We’ve run into a problem with using Forms. It is not really responsive and I can see on mobile devices a scroller. So the resize does not work or does not even exist?. We are using “Picture choice”. Once you have 4 pictures to choose from, there always appears a scroller on mobiles.  Ist there a way to use “resize” ? For example this JS-Lib (http://blog.apps.npr.org/pym.js/) wich must be integrated on both ends?  Or having a callback if integrated with JS like :(https://developer.typeform.com/embed/modes/). Can anyone help me out here?  Best Tobi

Hello.  I’m hoping someone here can help!  I want to have a client build their own budget.  In reviewing a few of the videos and questions, I think this is considered “scoring”???  But I cannot find exactly how to do what I want.  I want to build a total dollar amount based on the summation of each answered questions.  The questions are based on a “good / better / best” scenario where all“A” answers are Good “B” answers are Better “C” answers are Bestand each  individual A/B/C answer has an assigned dollar amount. The user would pick one answer from each question and the final page would show them the total of each of their answers.  Can I do this??  I’m new to typeform and checked many of the templates but didn’t see this type of thing.  I started the form so could share (if that’s possible). Hello Everyone,The company i work for has been in business for 35 years and has produced 1000’s of products, a vast majority offering a great limited lifetime warranty.   Each item comes with its unique identifier number, so that when warranty claims come in, we can find the right replacement.My Goal:I would like the form to ‘Autocomplete’ the identifier code as it is being typed. Similar to what google search does as you start typing. Eventually I want to see if I can make an image appear after the product identifier code or part is selected so that the customer is certain they are requesting the correct item/part replacement.From google definitions:‘Autocomplete’ finishes words or phrases while typing, and autocorrect automatically fixes spelling mistakes. Autofill is a software function that automatically enters data in web forms and spreadsheets. I can’t figure this out, and I’m new to both Zapier and Typeform, so not sure if it’s me, or what I want isn’t possible.I’m trying to use Typeform “long paragraph” answer to collect email addresses (listed separated by a comma or semicolan) that the person provides.  In other words “Give me the emails of your friends you want Klouf to reach out to on your behalf.”  I want to then send THOSE people a separate email (it’s a passthrough function) immediately. I got excited that I could set up a Zap that would send those people an automated message, but I keep getting an error in the “to” function. I dragged in the right question (give me the emails...), but  it’s not working. I’m wondering if maybe you can’t include more than one email address? or is there a way they must be formatted?Thanks so much. Hi Typeform Community, I’ve tried contacting Typeform support and have not received responses to multiple follow ups. No idea why. (Is this typical of Typeform support?) But I do love this community support function. Currently my company uses Formstack (formerly WebMerge) to create Forms that merge to Documents that are then sent for Digital Signatures and finally, the completed documents are saved in a shared drive and/or emailed off to the appropriate people.  Is this something that Typeform can accomplish as well using merging, API’s and integrations? Does anyone here have first hand experience in creating these workflows and merges? Thanks for any help!

Hello,I have connected GA to typefrom and tested filling out the form to see if the events/users are showing in GA. That worked but I am wondering if typeform passes the demographic or interest data along to GA. I had 5 people fill it out. I made an audience to filer the page containing the typeform ID. But no Demographic or Interest data is showing. It does show Geo, Technology, & Mobile.I am trying to get out of asking demographic questions within my survey if they can be tracked automatically.Any help would be appriecated.

Hello! I have a type form which requires a payment and there is a discount code which sets the payment to $0. I made the payment section required but users can still bypass it and use the rest of the form. They just can’t submit it at the end. But in this case even those who use the discount code and the payment is $0, they still can’t submit the form without filling out their credit card details.I would like to make it so when it is $0 it can be skipped, but when it is not the user cannot move forward without making payment. Is this possible?Thanks!

Hey all, Trying to set up a Customer Satisfaction Survey and I want to use the question; Overall, how satisfied are you with (product name)? Here I would like to add a 5-point scale with labels for every point; Very dissatisfied, Dissatisfied, Neutral, Satisfied, Very Satisfied.I can’t seem to find a way to have more than 3 labels, is that right?  Thanks! 

I want to add answers of all typeform questions in my survey to the redirect url. We use a form to capture clients details but the form is filled in by a member of staff. I push this data to Hubspot to create a client record. Problem is Hubspot sees the cookie and attributes the clients to the same company due to the cookie from the one member of staffs computer.  How do I stop this? 

In the middle of my questionnaire I have made a logic jump, but right after this question I get a submit button which I cannot seem to get rid of. 

Hi there,  GTM is blocked if you have a Stripe account linked to your Typeform. Does anyone have any work around or 3rd party services I can use on my site for setting up a conversion event on people who check out?  We were using the native Typeform GTM integration but IDK if there is another way of tracking this.  -Nicholas

I have thought about using a tracking web service (OnewebChange, Wachete,...), but I don´t know if there is an easier way, like a back up copy or a register (log) of the changes that a form has had. Can you help me?
