Hi, I have an important technical problem with Typeform. Today I have launched a form after testing with it but now it isn’t working correctly. I've made another but it doesn't work either it has the same failure. When respondents try to respond to the form on a mobile phone, the screen cannot be swiped to see all the answer options…Is it happening to someone else? Thanks

Hi there,I’m trying to build a “wizard” to help my users chose the right product(s) among 17 options.So far I’m using multiple choice questions, and depending on the answers they are proposed with different endings with one recommendation each time.But we can’t link user answers to multiple suggestions. The issue is that the predefined answers can’t be recalled in later screen, nore can they be cumulated in the ending, so we can’t propose more than 1 product in the ending screen. For instance, we wish that if user select options 1, 2 and/or 3, then one ending is “based on your answers, we believe products A, B and/or C are right for you”.I imagine I could build a rather long list of endings to foresee any possible combination, but 17 powers of 17 = 827240261886336700000 :)

I launch my form from my web app using the embed API. I am then hoping to trigger some action in my web app based on the response to the form (for instance, apply a discount).Using the onSubmit callback, I can do this, but it skips the End Screen, which has some critical information. Is it possible to either move the end screen inside the flow or only trigger the onSubmit event after the link in the End Screen is clicked?

Hello everyone,I am making a test to study for an exam. But my logic jump is acting weird and i don’t know why it is doing that.This is what i want it to do:My questions are all multipe choice questions with 4 possible answers. Only one is correct and then I need to jump to a “correct” page, if I click one of the 3 wrong answers i’d like to jump to a “incorrect” page with an explanation why it is wrong. This is what it does now:If i click the right answer it goes to the “correct” page straight away, but if I click the wrong answer it goes to the “incorrect” page and after that it jumps to the “correct” page. While it should be jumping to the next question. I made a screenshot to explain myself a bit more, please let me know if you know how to solve this. Thanks in advance.Mirte 

Is it possible for typeform to automatically allocate a reference number that is advised to the applicant in the email they get acknowledging they submitted an application?

Hello,Since the new typeform version has been installed, I cannot manually change some key buttons. In multiple choice > “other option” . I cannot change the word to french “autre”.Same goes for the “START” Button in the front page - I would like to change it to “COMMENCER”Can you please help me ? Many thanks,Edwige

I’m using the Picture Choice option (I want users to review two images and choose which one they prefer) and but even when Supersized the images are too small - is there a way to make these even bigger or for users to click on them in some way to zoom in?

Hello everyone! I am new to TypeForm so could really use your help. I created this form and embedded this on my website (Go Daddy builder). But when I publish the update, the Typeform doesn’t show up. Does it take a few days to propagate onto a third party website? It’s been over 24 hours! Is this normal? Please advice!

Hey all, we are currently manually sending all customers who complete the typeform an email with more details about a particular topic (and inputting some of their answers).I’ve tried to do this automatically using Zapier but it wouldn’t let me format it and so looked really bad.Does anyone know an easy way to do this? The red button on the results pages is not working. It appeared to only work the first time and then didnt work.  Is there a way for the pop-up (to make a call) to appear each time the user selects the icon?

Hi, I have a specific need that I hope someone can help me with. I want to create a form to handle submissions from sales agents reporting their results, and I want to make it as simple as possible for them to use.I want one form with one submit button, and there will be "sections" within the form. Upon submission I need each section to appear on separate rows of a spreadsheet. Each section will relate to an item being sold, let's use cars as an example.So the form is called "Car sales". The sections look something like the following;Title of section - (prefilled text that cannot be edited) Registration number - (text entered by user) Result - (list of options - Sold, Not sold, Withdrawn, Passed in - User chooses one option) Sale price - (text entered by user) Comment - (text entered by user)A dividing line appears between the sections and there might be 10 or more sections, so it’s like forms within a form.When I download the results I need a spreadsheet that shows all of the sections

hi - noob here. i’ve done one typeform integration to google sheets, and it works great. i did my second one, and i have problems. i started with a sample quiz, removing the two sample questions and adding my own questions. the google sheet still shows the two original questions, to which there are no answers. is it safe to delete these columns from the google sheet? the first three questions are name (short text), email, and phone. these do not appear on my google sheet at all. this is the most important thing i need to get besides the score. the columns on the sheet do no match up with my questions. i can live with this, but it’s weird. what do i need to do to get the name, email, and phone answers to show up? is there something embedded somewhere i can’t see? do i need to start over? it’s a 79 question test, so i’d rather not have to start over! thanks!

If i have a question for file upload, do the user has to connect with an account before fill the questionnaire?(For example, on Google Form the user has to connect with a google account to fill it. )Thank you very much for your help!

I know this grid is unruly, but it it possible to create this question in typeform? It needs the option to only select one choice per numbered line. Thank you in advance.Grid 

Hello guys,I am working on a typeform that will be submitted in an  African country - Cote D’Ivoire/Ivory Coast - and they just had a change in the number of digits in phone numbers. From 8 numbers to 10 numbers. The typeform is not allowing respondents to put their 10 digits numbers - seems like the system has not been updated. Is there anyway I can get help on this ASAP? Is there a way I can change the format myself or is it a task for Typeform Inc themselves? That could make or break our survey.  Thank you

In a current assessment typeform, I have 8 question groups - first one is to collect personal ie name and industry sector, question groups 2 through 8 are a series of questions, all of which are mandatory.at the end of each question group, i have a yes/no question that displays the responses of the current section and asks for confirmation that they are correct before going to the next q-group. a tester of the typeform (a co-opted friend) pointed out that she left one question blank on purposes in the middle of the form (scrolled by the one question) and was informed at the very end, on submit, that there was a missing response and had to cycle all the way back through the entire assessment. Is there a way to ‘force’ validation of mandatory questions/responses at the end of a question group rather than at the end of the long assessment? without having to resort to the API/webhooks that is.. Workaround seems to be that I would have to create a separate typeform for each question group,

Hi there, I’m new to typeform. I’m trying to show a different thank you page based on the total score range. How do I set that up? So basically they get a point per yes and 0 for no but I want scores ranging from 1-10 to say some thing. Then scores ranging from 10-20 to say another and 10-30 to say something different. Is that possible? Thanks!

I use one form/quiz across five different websites and want to be able to track events in five different Google Analytics accounts.Is this possible?We currently have it set up in one, which is okay but all five markets are really important from an analytics POV.
