Typeform conversations

I’ve looked through the forum and do not see a solution to turn off auto-advance. Does anyone know if this has been solved or if there is a work around? I want the respondent to have the opportunity to review their answer before moving on to the next question. 

Hello guys, I need your help.First of all, I was not able to -even though I have deleted all my browser data like three times, to get to the customer ticket area. That is why I am contacting you here and I really hope you can help me because I need your help.On Thursday I have had a workshop session where I have let 20 people fill out the survey. On Thursday evening, as a newbie, I have realized that my responses were not saved, that is why I have upgraded my plan. Unfortunately, I have not seen new answers and I am very sure that at least 17 have answered them. On Friday I have had another workshop where some people filled it out. No one who has send it in on Friday counts to the 20 people from Thursday.  These are very important leads for me and I really hope it is possible to recover them, just like the AI agent said. But I just can’t find a way to a normal person yet.  Thank you very much in advance.

We use the typeforms embed on our domain. Most of them, but not all. Some only on typeforms own domains assigned to us. When I check where the TypeformSubmit event happens, it does ONLY on typeform domains, but not on our own.  Since I’m running an A/B test on our site, I can’t check the form submission rate on GA4, because it just doesn’t happen for the segments that are visiting our domains. It says No data for this combination of segments. What type of problem is this?  

Hi, I’m keen for advice about ranking questions in the downloadable data spreadsheet for analysis purposes.When I design the question to rank options A to F from 1 to 6, when the data is downloaded into excel or csv, it lists the responses in one column in a string. This is not an analysable format if I want to work out an average rank for each option for sub-groups in the survey.I tried spliting the responses into columns usign the text to column function in excel however wthile this splits the responses into six columns (rank 1,2,3,4,5,6) the cell is filled with text (Option A to F) rather than a numerical value so this work around is also not analysable. Is it possible to design the ranking question so that the columns in the data download are for the options A to F and that the cells for each response is the rank (1 to 6) which would then allow for averages to be calculated.Of is there another way to achieve this?Thanks in advance, Lisa  

I’m integrating Typeform with a custom API using webhooks, but I’m facing an inconsistent issue where some form submissions are delivered correctly while others never reach my server. The form itself works perfectly and all responses appear inside Typeform, but the webhook delivery seems unreliable. I already confirmed that my endpoint is public, uses HTTPS correctly, and returns a 200 response almost instantly.I tested the same endpoint with Postman and other webhook testing tools, and everything works normally outside of Typeform. However, during real submissions Typeform sometimes reports timeout or failed delivery errors even though my server logs show very low response times. I also recreated the webhook configuration and simplified the payload handling logic, but the problem still appears randomly.Another issue is that duplicate webhook events are occasionally being sent for the same response ID, causing duplicate entries in my database automation workflow. Hi All, is it possible in Typeform to automatically delete responses that are older than X days ? - We have a survey running through typeform that does collect some personal information. We transfer some of the key results to our Marketing system using Zapier so I don’t need to keep the results in Typeform longer term and would like to avoid storing the personal data there. Ideally I would like to delete responses from typeform automatically after X days. We currently have 2700 responses over past 6 weeks so doing this manually is going to be a real pain. I can only select/delete 100 responses at the time. I just realised I can’t use the filters either because we have more than 2000 responses so that means I have to individually select 7 x 100 responses and then I can use the filter to select 100 at the time to get rid of the other 2000 -- not really a workable ongoing process.Any ideas ?  @Liz , any chance there are some features in the pipeline for this?   

I have set up my typeform for customers to buy tickets for different events with different cost. The logic is set up and works perfect. I’m connected to Stripe. As they go through my form at the end it shows their total price and they have the option to pay by credit card or charge their account with us. When I go to the Results page it shows which options they choose (what event and how many tickets) but there isn’t a column for price (that calculates the total price). Their option is to pay by credit card and it charges their card the right amount but it doesn’t show how much each person was charged on the Results page. How do I get this information?I did create a content quote page saying “Your total is @price” and it shows it to our customer but again, nothing shows on the Results page.

Hi there I’m encountering a reoccurring issue with my Typeform - Airtable integration.I successfully managed to set up my Typeform - Airtable integration which works perfectly at pulling the data from the Typeform into the Airtable, until somehow the integration breaks down. I’m not sure what happens but after a day or so the Typeform information stops coming through. At first, I thought maybe it was because I hadn’t set up the Typeform extension on the Airtable (so it’s communicating both ways) so I set that up too. With that extension I can import new responses that have been missed but unfortunately Airtable doesn’t quite match to some of the data sets in Typeform so it can only import certain data sets and I have to manually match up the rest. My theory is that the integration can only handle so much data coming through at once? Please can someone give advice on how to keep the integration connecting smoothly? Hi! I saw that this was asked appx 4 years ago but wasn’t possible then…Is there a way to remove the “ok” or “submit” button when there’s a multiple choice? I feel like it’s redundant since they already select their answer and then have to click that, too (it also covers the text on the screen on mobile on mine).Thanks :)

Is it possible to remove OK button after every questions, some i need but some i dont need OK button. it’s annoying for our respondent to have OK button everytime Can i also remove the hint button that hovering on the options? 

We use Typeform to collect information from therapy-seekers to then go on and pair then with the right therapist for them. We have recently done some user research and the biggest piece of negative feedback was about the ‘typewriter animation’ because apparently sometimes it’s very slow and so the questions take ages to load. I would like the questions to load instantly but can’t seem to find a way of turning it off. Is this possible? If so, how?

I have an Airtable based used to track faculty members and the courses they teach. In my base, there’s a table for informaton about the faculty and a table for information about their courses, and the tables are linked. There does not appear to be a way to use an Airtable form to update information from two tables at the same time (such as a questionnaire to faculty members asking about their personal information as well as the courses they teach). Can this be done with Typeform? I’m new to Typeform, but it seems as though the integration only allows you to map the Typeform responses to a single table in Airtable.

I’ve been working on a survey this week which is already published and receiving responses. Today I needed to go in and fix up a typo in one of the response options, but the publish button has disappeared completely. I still get a notification at the top of the screen to say that my form has unpublished edits and I need to publish to see them, but there is no way of publishling. I see this error has occurred before due to a TF bug, which was fixed, but can’t figure out if it’s that, or something else I’m doing wrong? (FYI I’m on the Pro plan so my subscription shouldn’t be a problem either!)

Hi Typeform Community,I have an issue with the form results, I have a question in the form that is multiselect and mandatory yet in the results it seems like everybody was able to skip it and not responses have been recorded.When i filled out the survey again I realised it recored my responses and test responses but the rest are still empty.How can I get to my data for this one question in particular?Thanks in advance

I have a mundane ranked choice problem with multiple winners. I don’t need typeform to pick the winners, but I would like the group to each rank their choices and I can (arduously) pick the winners manually.Context: My wifes’ college friends are visiting Philadelphia this fall for a few days. Including us, that’s 11 people. There is too much to see and do and too little time. For arguments’ sake.I want them to rank 10 of the activities and I will pick the top 5 in terms of rank choice.At the least, I hope Typeform can just get the survey of 10 choices by individual. At the best, I would like it also to pick the top 5. Is this possible? Is it clear? Thanks, Paul

Help I loved using this website to collect data for our first event but we are hosting a different event which requires a second completely different form which I have created. I am using the upgraded subscription but it is not allowing me to publish the second form it keeps asking me to upgrade which it was my understanding that I could create unlimited forms

I have a list of 17 different workshop sessions - after choosing 5 sessions - how can I get them to rank their individual choices in order of importance?  I added the @ to get their choices to appear in the next question - but how can I have THEIR choices appear in a list to be ranked.?

I’m trying to see if this is possible in Typeform. I need to create a form where there’s a choice of 3 products, to select a different quantity of each one - the user can enter different quantities of each product. Similar to this… So, for example, the user can type in the quantity fields before each product image:100 of Product 1250 of Product 2500 of Product 3 This will need to be identified in the data that we download, so for example:PRODUCT 1 QTY = 100PRODUCT 2 QTY = 250PRODUCT 3 QTY = 500 Can anyone please point me in the right direction? I’ve done similar forms in the past where you select one of the multiple products, which then takes you to the next page where you can enter a quantity, but ideally we want to be able to enter quantities of all 3 products on one page this time!
