Hey, I have a quick question about the Facebook Domain verification:I noticed that the suggested domain name from the Typeform Facebook Connector for the verifcation looks like ‘XXXXXX.pro.typeform.com’. In contrast, when I open the Typeform I can see that its hosted on XXXXXX.typeform.com.Is the “.pro” an issue for a proper domain verification?thanks

Hi -- Can someone help us understand why the left hand column is still blank where there should be an email address displayed? The email question is set to required.  

My goal is to discount the standard @price by $1000 if they enter the correct coupon code, in this case “LUCKY7”…But it is not possible to subtract any amount from the price - the ‘from’ field is greyed out and not possible to use. How do I achieve this, or work around the bug (if it is a bug)?  

One of my surveys isn’t showing any insights - why would this be?

Hi, when I view survey results and filter by a custom date, in this instance Mar 31, 2024, I am presented with differing numbers for submissions (24) numbers under Insights tab and then results (32) under the Responses tab. Shouldn’t these numbers be the same? Then when I download the data for this custom date, there are other inconsistencies:Downloaded data in Excel format includes submissions from the day before custom date.Q: If the data is all presented in UTC time, shouldn’t the results I view on the website and in the downloaded data be consistent?

What is best current template to use? Based on the answers, they can receive their self sufficiency needs score - crisis, vulnerable, stable, building capacities or thriving/empowered? Based on the selected country, i want to ask user for the city. How can this be done?I am able to create a dropdown for country and also a dropdown for cities for all countries. But i am not able to do a logic jump based on answer.Any help is appreciatedThanks in advance

Greetings,I tend to find myself in a more enjoyable flow when I can create questions while working through logic.Example below.Using Logic as we go: Do you prefer email or text messages If email selected: What is your email address if text selected: What is your mobile phone number. On to the next question.Within Typeform, it seems I have to think up the questions first and then go into logic to connect them.Typeform method - Type out questions then connect.Do you prefer email or text If email…. If Text….Maybe it’s just me (likely me), but rather than typing up multiple questions and then going back to connect, can we type up question one, and then use the conditional logic to create question 2, 3, etc? Thanks,       

What’s the best way to get connected to a third party provider or Typeform partner who can help with a project to automate cloning of typeforms. 

Here’s my goal: Embed a Typeform form in a HubSpot email. When users select an option in the Typeform form, their names and email addresses are included in the Typeform responses. What I’ve done so far: I created the form and added Hidden Fields. I went to Share > Embed in an email and paired my HubSpot personalization tokens with the Hidden Fields. I then copied the embed code into HubSpot. (Thank you to HubSpot for the amazing video and tutorial here!) The issue: When I send the email to myself (it’s a live email, not a test), the default Email and Name values show up in the Typeform responses, instead of my name and email address. Any idea on how I can get the actual names and email addresses to populate?  See attached screenshot (I’ve redacted a few things for confidentiality).

However, so that this is not repetitive, would it be possible to automatically take the answers from the questionnaire and add them to a Google review? This way the customer would only have to validate.Thank you

Hello We're trying to integrate a 100% discount on our typeform and have it set up in the logic, but every time we apply the discount code in the form and try to go through with the payment, we get this error message. We've tried different forms and it's always the same. With other discounts (-20%, -50%) it works fine. Is this a Stripe issue or are we doing something wrong with our form? 

I have created a archetype quiz with logic so that depending on answers when they submit the form they get 1 of 3 ending pages.  The ending page has a few sentences on showing them their archetype and giving them a bit of information about themselves.  I then want to ask them if they want to recieve 3 easy steps to…. they can submit their email address.  I then want to them receive follow up emails via Typeform (or Mailerlite) depending on their archetype result.  I cannot see a way of the individual giving me their email address once the quiz has been completed.  I really want to be able to give them the brief information to show that they dont’ have to give me their email address to get that bit of insight.  It shows me as someone better than just a personal data gatherer.  Any workarounds?

How do you map the File Field to Salesforce and have it save your file? If that is not possible, then how do you or can you connect google drive to pick up the file loaded in the file field in a form that is mapped to Salesforce as well? Thank you to anyone that can help!

I have a form that is going out to two areas of a business - retail and head office. Once users choose their business area, they follow the same path. However, once they reach a question in section one about their function within the business, we have two separate lists - again one for retail and one for head office - that they have to choose from. Am I able to branch again so that those who previously answered as a retail employee, or those who answered as a head office employee, can ONLY answer the question that is determined for them, before they both rejoin the same path? If so, I’m unsure of where to include the branch and how to format it.
