Hi, yesterday i got the plan account and i want to remove the typeform branding. I cant publish my typeform, if the typeform branding is removed - i can only publish my typeform, if i use the typeform branding.what ist wrong? In the plan account there is the “Remove typeform branding”.

Hi,We are using the hook web integration to send the user reg data back to our backend. After the typeform submission, we redirect to our landing page, which does a look up in our database on the user reg data to perform further action. My question - is it guaranteed that the web hook submission happen BEFORE the redirect? We are seeing a weird rare issue when we get to the redirect landing page, the data is not there yet - but later when we go back to the same landing page, the data then appears. Hi,This is what I’m looking to do. Wondering if it’s possible:We need to create a form that will be filled out by our event facilitators. This form will need to capture data about the event. (Event name, venue, date, etc) After submitting the form, an email should be sent to the facilitator containing the information from the form as well as a QR code. At the event, the facilitator will ask the event participants to scan the QR code, which will take them to some sort of landing page containing another form to capture the email address of the participants. Once the participants submit the form, en email should be sent to each participants containing a link. The link will take them to a booking form with possible integration with Calendly. Once this is done, we need to then periodically (monthly) send reports (Google Sheets) to the facilitators containing all the data collected from steps 1-4.Any suggestions on how this can be done? How do I set a logic to make sure end date is after start date?

Hey guys, I've been browsing through several topics regarding this issue and I'm still having the same problem:When debugging directly from my Typeform link, GTM fires TypeformSubmit normally. However, when debugging from the website, when visitors click on the button to launch typeform (i'm not embedding on the website, it's an external link), GTM stops debugging and doesn't fire form submission.  I've created a trigger on GTM called TypeformSubmit and linked to my GAds and GA4 contact form submission tags, but it's still not firing. Any ideas why this might be happening?

I’m looking through the create api https://developer.typeform.com/create/reference/create-form/ under the logic > actions > conditions. The condition “op” doesn’t include “and” and “or”. From what I’m seeing in the API, if you use “and” and “or” then the “vars” contain nested conditions.Am I missing something, or can the documentation be updated to reflect this?

I have seen emails that include a smile and sad icon for use with the question, how do you rate this email? Can icons be added in the free version?

I have designed a 10 question assessment related to trauma that generates 1 of 3 different TRAUMA TREATMENT PLAN reports based on participants’ answers. The reports are all 15 page PDFs. I am wondering what the best way is to build this using Typeform? Thanks!

Hi, I added a hidden field using the Logic session and I am passing a value to it in my React app, but I don’t see its value in the form’s result. I can see the answer in the results, but the new hidden field column is missing and I can’t find where to add it (I do not see it in parameters). Hidden field React app Not visible in results​​​​Table settings​​​​​​Best regards, 

Hi Community, im trying to config my GTM for GA4 and get data out from Typeform for each Step. Normaly Typeform sends over three different Events:TypeformFirstInteraction TypeformQuestionPassed TypeformSubmitBut mine didn´t. It sents after each question the TypeFormFirstInteraction twice. Thats it. How could i fix this? And how could i get more data into the dataLayer to identify each step. Universal Analytics is not a solution. Especially if u use more than Analytics. Is there any help pls?

Hello!Looking through the Responses API documentation there doesn’t appear to be mention of a way to request Responses filtered by the presence of a particular tag.  The tags themselves do appear in the response data from the API, so wondering if there is a way to filter for them as part of a param in the API request?Thanks!

 Is there a way to check in the "Insights" or "Summary" section how many individuals completed at a specific ending?Since Summary displays the breakdown of all user choices, I assumed it would make sense to be there, but I don't see it there.I mean, I'm sure I can figure it out by examining the responses and user filter logic, but I'd prefer a more straightforward approach.

I am preparing a recommendation engine (via typeform quiz).  The “right fit for you.”There are over 420 outcomes or possible answers.  Is there a way to do a bulk upload of that?And...how would you map to the the sequence of questions?

hello all. i created a typeform (typeform 1) that needs to split the survey users into two groups, group A with anserwing “yes” will continue in this typeform (no#1), group B with answer “no” will forwarded into another typeform (typeform no#2) where they face another question. based on their answers there again “yes” or “no”, they need to be forwarded again. If answering “yes” i want them to forward back into the typeform no#1, but there right into a special question (question 5) and not want them to start the whole typeform no#1 again. I know there is a possibility to forward user from one typeform into another with preselect answers by using by using the block references for developers in options menu, but only if the question is multiple choice. The question no.5 in my case is a simple short text question, not multiple choice, so i cant use the possibility of preselect answers/questions cause it seems only working with multiple choice questions!?https://www.typeform.com/help/a/pres

When we embed the typeform, i an scroll and other webpage elements are scrolling over the typeform. and header z index is higher. i m never seeing X button to close. i couldnt find z index for our theme header. so i need to understand how to increase zindex for the typeform we are using. 

Hi, We have a form that posts to our API and creates a subdomain for the user. Example: abc.domain.comOur API checks to make sure the subdomain is not already in use by another user. If the subdomain is already in use the API will return a simple response like “false.”Is there a way for TypeForm to notify the user of this error and have them choose a new name?  Cheers,  Hayden

I’ve just completed the same Webhook process I have done hundreds of times using URL from Power Automate. For the first time I am now receiving this error “local error: tls: no renegotiation”. Any ideas what has changed?

I have just upgrade from an old subscription (Profesionel) to “Plus subscription”  Now one of my form is giving this information when I try publish it.“Upgrade to publishThis typeform uses trial features that aren’t on your plan. To publish it, upgrade your plan or remove these trial features.” It doesn't make sense, since I have paid more for the new plan, and didn't change anything beside removing the Typeform logo from the form, and in my other forms, it is not a problem to remove the Typeform logo. The form that won't publish I can't find what is trial mode, so can't change it, anybody no how to find what is wrong with the form? And also explain why a more expensive plan doesn't give acces to the same as the cheaper one?

Hi,I use Delete responses API to delete responses and limit the number of included_response_ids to 250 ids per request, Typeform’s limit is 1000 ids.It has been working fine for years now. But during the last 2 weeks, it occasionally fails with 502 Bad Gateway. So I try to reproduce the problem using Postman and voilà, whenever the response size is over 1 KB/1000 B, it will throw 502 error.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Is there some recent change in the API that would cause this? Maybe I should lower the number of responses to delete to 100?
