Thanks you guys for helping with questionsIs there a way to send the user to completing Videoask question flow from a specific question ID or order if he didn’t complete the whole flow?I know that Videoask is sending a webhook whether that flow is completely answered or not. So maybe I can do this based on thatSaw also that it’s available for typeform, but my question related to VideoaskThank you

VideoAsk doesn’t provide a user interface for creating a new Form - unless you do it via Admin dashboard OR create a UI that grab’s person’s video recording manually and create a Form via the API. So the “hack” I resorted to is essentially keeping a separate form - say “ToUpdateForm”.So let’s say UserA owns FormA.I ask UserA to submit answer to form “ToUpdateForm”. My server then calls the endpoint to PATCH question media with submitted answer media.The result is that UserA’s FormA now has the updated question video. Is this the right approach I’m taking or does VideoAsk provide a cleaner interface to create a form so I can just plug that to my user?

hi before the 02/11/2022 the refresk token expire in 86400 seconds  and after the 02/11/2022 the refresh token, expire in 3600 seconds . It’s normal or do you have the bug ?  I can’t see this updat in the documentation.Thanks for you help Cédric

Hello,I’m looking to for a way to automatically share VideoAsk responses with external leaders. For example: let’s say there are two leaders I work with at two different organizations: Steve Rogers manages Marvel, and Ash Ketchum manages Pokemon.When Tony Stark and Thor Odinson submit their VideoAsk responses, I want an automated workflow that forwards those responses to Steve Rogers. Same goes for when Misty and Brock submit--they should go to Ash Ketchum. I do not want Ash Ketchum or Steve Rogers to see the responses from any other organizations, besides their own.I imagine Zapier is the answer somehow?  

Hi,I am trying to record a video using the webcam in Firefox.The recorded sound is terrible with a lot of crackling noise.Has anyone experience this? I Have tried multiple times and the webcam is 100% fine as I use it for meetings all the time. Many thanks

I have a video ask that I’m testing before we shoot all of the content - and it has a contact form on the second step.I keep testing inputting different email addresses in the contact forms, then clicking out of the video ask - I see that they become registered as contacts, but not as an interaction?It says an hour, but I’ve completed clicked out of the browsers and nothing is showing in the interactions at all for them? Is there possibly a setting I’m missing?

Hi friends, im working on a monster Video ask with nearly 100 possible responses. Im trying to export those to airtable so I can drive customized reporting to the customer. I know I can do this manually but just wondering if there is a way to export them with zapier into the field in airtable?  Thanks! Kirsten

Hi,I created a Videoask flow and at first moment, the videos are being displayed correctly. But after checking them out on Safari, all the videos end up having zero length.Unfortunately, I discovered this after the fact and I have so many candidates to interview but they saw nothing from the videos. Is there anyone having the same issue? How did you solve?

Hi there community! Im trying to build a quizz on videoask, so each answer will have a score and I present different answers regarding each user final score. Im very excited to know that this is possible in videoask. But everytime I try to set up the advanced logic for this, attributing a score to each answer on a given step, the information wont save. I fill everything up, hit done, and whenever I go back to that step none of the advanced logic configuration is saved… it's all blank. Can anyone share 2 cents on this? Cheers! Thank you all!

Hello Community :-)  I would like to translate my respondent’s answers into a visual presentation using Google Slides. i.e. I would like to pull any text, images, videos and audio clips that are submitted into a unique slide deck for each respondent. These are the steps I’ve taken so far:Using Zapier, I created a Zap that creates a new slide deck from a template when a response is submitted  Using Zapier, I have pulled through the text into the slidesI then ran into a couple of issues. I can only pull through the URL of the any media that is submitted, rather than the files themselvesThere was no URL available to pull through for images - only answer ID, Answer timestamp, Question overlay text, Question title and Question type. Can anyone advise me on the most efficient method for automating the embedding of images, video and audio into the slide deck?  Thank you

Hi, As I launch the video recoreder, I get this message regarding camera issue but every access seems to be granted…Screenshot is from Chrome but I am used to using Edge, same story. I deleted cookies...I closed every other applications likely use camera...I am stucked !Thanks for your help !

I’m interested in customizing my Video ask exactly like this because I want to put one on my website thank you page to collect data.  However, I don’t know what plan one needs in order to write text on the form itself like Step 1, Step 2, Etc…or something like “Welcome To Freedom” as a big title. I don’t see how to do this in the free version, and when I look up plans, I don’t see this feature mentioned anywhere. I only know how to add the text overlay on the video itself.

I have tried, just testing create a video in portuguese. But it didn’t work well. The videos was not loaded and only a picture showed at the app. Now I wish to know if it should work in portuguese languages like it does in english?  Thank you very much!Romulo

Can anyone help with the question below ↓I want to fully set up Videoask for my users to have a full control to create and manage their accounts and set up questions logic, etc. on external web-site via API. Is there a possibility to do this and have a full-management mechanism through API calls?I just need to provide a possibility for users (employers) interact with flows without re-directing users to Videoask web-site. In order to them to be creating and managing question flows for their candidates etc.

Are there video ask coaches?  How do I find them and are they reasonable to help with my new projects?

When I try to log back into my videoask profile it comes up with the message' Before continuing, please help us make your account safer.’Check your inbox to verify your account. But I claim this account for my client and have also obtained the login details from this client. And this notification appears there every time and don't want to bother the client all the time for this.Does anyone know how I can solve this problem?

WOW, I am absolutely blown away by the tech built by the Typeform team with VideoAsk - I’m SO excited to deploy this!I’m especially interested in having my sales team try the “LiveCall” feature - but a few questions:What happens if we get dozens of calls an hour? Is this manageable or is there a scalability issue? We have 4 reps, and they could all be logged in and grab calls when they can When the sales rep does pick up, is there a way for her to be able to view everything that’s been submitted thus far on the VideoAsk? Our videoAsk has the user complete an application for a phone call, and of course the information entered by this point would be helpful for the sales rep.Thank you! I’m trying to pass the “Score” to my CRM from my Video Ask, but in Zapier, the score doesn’t seem to be passing through? Am I missing something?
