Your typeform results

Hi Everyone, I am Emmanuel Katto. I’ve set up a survey in Typeform and tested it several times. However, I’ve encountered a problem where, after users complete the survey and click 'Submit,' their responses are not being saved. The confirmation message appears, but when I check the results, their answers are missing.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Could it be related to form settings, or might there be a problem with my account?Thanks in advance!Emmanuel

I have a lot of people (over 600) viewing and starting my form, but only about 200 responses. How can I use Typeform to remind all the starts and views to complete the form?

Is there a way to make the results of certain forms private? We have multiple people logging in to our typeform and certain responses need to be hidden. I’ve tried creating a private workspace but it still seems to be accessible to everyone that can log in. Thanks

This was my first time buidling a survey and I thought the results would automatically pull in the persons email who clicked the link and filled it out.. but that is not the case. 1  person has filled my survey out but I don’t know who it links to.  How do I figure this out?For reference this survey is being sent direct to clients for feedback on closed projects.I updated my survey since and it will capture name / email / project but for this 1 response I have no idea who it correlates to.

Hello friends, not sure my problem has been solved here (I have checked). I want to use the ranking question type to my Airtable. I don’t know how to display a ranking in Airtable. Any idea how?

Hi everyone,I’m currently having issues with my Typeform responses, as some of them seem to have required fields blank. What’s weird is that some answers seem to have that field completed while others do not. I considered that it may be a logic jump issue but I tried following the same path as one of the responses with the blank field and I was required to answer all questions. Does anyone know what the issue may be?Thank you in advance for your help!

Hello Typeform Friends.I would like the subject line of the email being sent to our team to be recalled from one of the multiple choice questions in the form.Is this something that can still be done?It looks like the Email Notifications feature has been replaced with Follow-ups that does not support the subject line option?Do we have another way customizing the subject line? Tjamls,BB/

In my multiple-choice quiz with 4 different endings, it only shows the ending with the highest score at the end. I would like to see the results of all 4 endings. How can I do that?

Hello,  I’ve been trying to get answers to my ending results on the logic for my main quiz. I had to downgrade for a short time to trouble shoot - to find an audience for my quiz. I would like to know if there is a limit on the ending options for the free plan as I had 3 options for the paid. I cannot find the answer in the library or threads. I would greatly appreciate directing me to an answer. Thank you

Hello! New to Typeform.I am creating a quiz with the purpose of getting more email subscribers for my website. Ideally, I would like quiz respondent to provide their email at the end of the quiz to get the results mailed to them, and not see them on my website.Anyone know how to do this? And does this work in the free version?xx

I’ve created a quiz and want the respondent to receive an email with the correct answer and their own answer. I’ve created the email action, but can’t figure out how or what to add so that the person can see what their answer actually was vs the correct answer.

Hi together,I am placing my Typeform quiz on:home: as a pop-up after 30 s FAQ’s: as a pop-up after 60s  on dedicated page as a full-page embedBasically I would like to evaluate the drop-off rate especially of the 1st page of these 3 placements individually. Any idea how to achieve that?The reason for doing that is that now I have an average for the drop off rate but maybe there is a placement that annoys people totally. Hi Team, I’ve created a survey with a single hidden field (JobNo) so that we can track respondents. We’re seeking feedback on quoted jobs. I’m delivering the e-mail via MailChimp. The link works correctly and will provide each recipient a unique link depending on their job no. In MailChimp I import the recipients and have created a custom field in there which contains the link from Typeform. All contacts have a name, email address and web link (to the typeform form). Example: nh1tdtug777.typeform.com/to/[uniquesurveyno.]#jobno=2829960 The issue I’m having is only some responses are capturing the hidden field (about 50%). All the testing I completed prior to releasing live worked 100%. Each example of a completed survey resulted in the JobNo being captured in the results. I require all responses to retain the job number as we need to know who’s responded. I have checked all the contacts in Mailchimp to ensure the link was imported correctly and this is correct. Please help!

Hi, Never had an issue on TypeForm before, so I'm hoping someone can help me out with this one. Basically, I issued a form and my dashboard shows that it has been 48% completed (roughly) which is fine, but when I try to view the responses, I'm unable to see them. All I'm getting is a message that says "Question Drop Off Rate: Find Out Exactly Where You're Losing People" with a link to upgrade my plan.  Now, I don't need to upgrade my plan as I don't need to find out this information at the moment and the plan I have is more than sufficient for the amount of responses I receive. When this message comes up, it completely freezes the rest of the screen and I'm unable to go back or exit the message to see the results. Additionally, the stats on the results page (that I can only see in the background behind the message that pops up) are different from the ones on the dashboard. For example, it says 2 responses received rather than 48 and gives a completion rate of 100% instead of 48%.  Has

Hi, I wanted to know If there is a way that I can prepopulate a field in typeform or set a default value.If a field has multiple values available in Type form which are different from Salesforce, is there any way that we can change that field value to specific value.for example for a field ‘services required’ there is one of the value ‘Book a Free In-Home Consultation’, which is not available in salesforce, so is there a way we can convert the value into ‘Supply only’.

I used typeform for a couple of years back.But i did not like that you need to connect zapier to send typeform responses to email (like gmail or outlook).  Or is it integrated in typeform nowadays?

Is it possible to get the NPS for a certain month? I only see the possibility to display the NPS for the whole time. But this makes no sense to see if the NPS in increasing or decreasing.

I’ve been reporting on surveys that we offer our clients for years. All of a sudden, my Responses page doesn’t offer the option to download responses or create a summary report. Is anyone else experiencing this? What’s the solution? Help!This is what my Responses page looks like now:
