Your typeform results

Why did they have to change they process?I am trying to access the results of a quiz my class did on Typeform.When I select the results I want to download, I then select the Excel spreadsheet, and now I get a message “the results will be sent to you when download is ready”  (or something like that).Email appears...I open it up and it says the results are ready…...OK, WHERE ARE THE RESULTS???!!??There is no link, no attached file, nothing!  the only live link in the email is for TypeForm, and that link is dead.This is not what I paid for.  Someone smarter than me(which might just be everyone) please help.

I created a questionairre that I send to all leads before I get on a Discovery Call with them.  I created it a few years ago.  The questionairre once completed is coming to 3 emails. mine and 2 employees that are no longer with my company.  For the life of me, I cannot find where to change the emails the questionaiire are forwarded to.HELP! 

Hello  For a week I have not received the answers to my forms. I come across the results page but I only have the statistics but not the details and the list of people who filled out the form. I don't understand because I'm on a paid plan. Thank you for your help  

Hi.We are using some forms to make FAQs. Whenever a user clicks on a question, they are shown an explanation (view). Since these are all views, and there’s no submissions, I’m not getting anything in the results:{ "items": [], "total_items": 0, "page_count": 0}Obviously, this makes sense since our form has 0 submissions:However, I wanted to know if there’s a way to still get those 66 views. That way, we could track what the most viewed (and therefore, common) questions are.Thank you

Hi everyone,  I created a quiz from airtable using the typeform extension. When I import the results on airtable I do have the answers that I put on the typeform quiz, however I cannot import the score.  Do you know why ??  Thx :) 

Hello,We used to have a “Plus” account where we had several surveys available. However, we stopped this subscription few days ago, and as a consequence, these surveys are not visible anymore into our “Limited” Workspace. Is there any way to pick up the datas related to the surveys linked to our “Plus” account before a permanent deletion? We really need to collect the results of these surveys, so any help would be much appreciated.Best,

Hi! I am trying to make a personalized skincare quiz for my website. But even though I put a bunch of endings/logic in, I only get one recommended product when I take the quiz, when I want to get multiple. How do I get typeform to give me multiple personalized product recommendations, instead of just one? I have no idea what i’m doing lol. Help Please! Each letter in the photo below represents a different skin product that corresponds to an answer for each respective question.  

Hello, I have a couple of questions about the result page. Can I create a custom report( can be PDF downloadable and email) based on end users answer through Typeform? Hello Everyone, Is there any way we can store data directly into some third party services Google Sheets and Excel without storing into Typeform database. Currently responses are visible in both the places Typeform and Third party services. I need to store into only third party service as data is confidential.

For the last week, I’ve had trouble Viewing and Downloading results from my Typeform.  This morning, I can’t even view them...it just shows a blank screen.  Before, I’ve tried to download the results into an Excel spreadsheet like I’ve always done, but I then have to wait for my report to be available and wait for an email with the link to download (whereas before, I could just download straight away).  Any ideas what could be going on?

Hi!, I’m really baffled as to why the customer details section which includes, email, (the main reason for the survey)  isn't showing up in the results pageinstead of the email, the field appears with information like this “d5kj9jzaxp6r8qggd5kj8jlx9o1lty4j”, same problem in CSV or ExcelThanks for the support!

I’d like to do a public poll and collect responses, then show people the total responses to date, at the end: you chose X and Y. 68% of people also chose X! 24% of people chose Y!Is there a way to do this? Seems like an extremely common use case, to show results at the end (Buzzfeed, tons of others)

HiI have question.Is it possible to set a maximum number of responses for each form?Or, is it possible to limit the number of responses by period?For example, 10 responses per day, 50 responses per week, 100 responses per month, etc. Thank you.

 Until a week ago, the responses to a Typeform were downloaded directly. Now I have to go to my mailbox first to download the file. How can this be?

Hey everyone! I just started using Typeform but I have the following doubts. When a user tries to complete the form they have an error in the questions where they need to upload some documents, Do you know why is this happening?   The other thing is that when a user completes a form we can’t see the response and we are sure that they have completed it. Can someone help me with these?Thanks!

 I've been using Typeform on Google Chrome recently, and I've encountered an issue where the responses appear as white blank spaces. This error persists and hasn't been fixed. When I view it on another browser, the responses are visible, but the fonts look strange, as if there is an error. The same font issue occurs when I access it on mobile as well. Do you know when this issue will be resolved? 

All of a sudden today, 5/22/24, the results from my typeform and not loading to view or download.  Anyone know if that is a me problem or a typeform problem?  I will need to download all of my responses with the timestamp tomorrow.  Thanks for the help!
