Your typeform results

Hello, I understand currently we can customize content and title of confirmation email under “Follow-up” section.  I wonder can we add images, header, footer for the email instead of just text?

Hello, we want to automate the computation of averages for all responses. Our question choices have different “strengths” (i.e., All=100%, some=50%, few=0%), and we can’t get the average from the Typeform summary because it only provides a percentage of how many people out of all responses have selected one of the choices.Currently, we are doing manual computations in Excel, but this method is not efficient when we have to compute averages for 100+ orgs in the future.What is the best way to automate this process? Should we use Excel, Microsoft BI, or some other tool? Thank you in advance for your suggestions and assistance.

Hi, I was running a survey from my free account and when I was close to reaching my 10 responses per month allowance, I received multiple emails saying:“Your typeforms will automatically close to new responses if you reach the limit before this date.”and“If you need more monthly responses, you'll want to upgrade your plan.” So, I upgraded my plan. Now, in my paid plan, I have lost my original survey and all the data. How can I get it back?

I have already searched through older posts to see if I can find answers, but nothing I’ve found seems to quite fit what I’m trying to do. The thread that came closest is 2 years old, and the options suggested by the best responder, no longer exist.I have created a quiz that contains 5 Question Groups, each containing a different number of questions. I’d like the scoring for each group to be individual, and not integrated into a total. The scoring for each Question Group respectively would indicate the need for a specific nutrient, but I would like my readers/clients to not have to take 5 separate quizzes, as the nutrients are of the same category.  Is there a way to score each Question Group individually?If so, how?If so, is it possible to create an End Page with multiple results? 

How can I delete the Slack integration in my Follow Up action? I used to have my Slack integration under Connect, but removed it so that I could add it in a Follow Up, but the Follow Up path doesn’t work as it can only be used once. So I want to reconnect Slack in the Connect section again. But it’s greyed out because it’s still loaded in Follow Up, but there is no way to *remove* the Slack integration from my Follow Up –– seems like a bug. I revoked access, but there is no red trash bin to delete the Slack action, so it remains unaccessible in Connect. Help!!  

Hi! I’m conducting an entry/exit survey at a film screening to help assess changes in viewers knowledge, understanding and feelings around an issue. I’m therefore drafting 2 short questionnaires. One that is pre-screening and the other post-screening. Is it possible to carry out a comparative analysis of the two questionnaires? Thank you for your help! 

Hi, In the form we ask for the submitter’s name, and mark this question as required and even say that they need to fill this. Whenever we try, it does work and we need to fill something to continue the form. However, in the published version we get result with an “-” from this field. This specific question for the name I added later to the form. Could that be a reason? The link to the form is updated and cannot be the reason.  Thank you!

I have follow-ups setup to send all responses to an email address. These are being sent twice at different times, with a minute or so in-between each duplicate.Can someone tell me why this might be happening? The email address is only entered once.

Hello, I use typeform for my clients to complete check-ins. I need to send them the questions asked and responses given to a typeform so they know what they have committed to in a given week. This is what I want to get from Typeform. I know you can download a CSV and send that but this is difficult to read for the clients so something like this would be much more user friendly. Any help here would be awesome and appreciated!  

Hey all, Any chance the product team can add to the responses which ending a user landed on?There are different logics i’m using to decide which ending they’ll see, and being able to easily filter the results/responses to see how many users reach a certain ending would be amazing :D  If there is a way to do that already, it’d be great if you could share instructions. Thanks 

Does anyone know why when I go under the “share” tab and copy the link via email...when I send the link to myself to test, the form is already filled out with answers..? I created a proposal questionnaire form - 1 form meant to service many. How is it that prefilled answers are showing up? 

I see there are quite a few emails around this request even so, my question remains unanswered, except to be reinforced that this is a common issue.I set up my account with a personal email and now that I have decided to adopt this product in my business, I tried changing the email. I even added my biz account as a team and after verifying that new email it would not allow me to select my own biz email for notifications. Then I tried changing my account email to the biz and it said that email was already in use. Then I deleted my biz email from team status and I am in a loop going nowhere. Please help. I want notifications to go to my biz email so I really dont care which one I log in with as long as notifications go to my biz email (which I have not added back as yet).

Yesterday al of a sudden we stopped receiving the responses once the form is filled in and completed. We also get the responses emailed to the email address in the notification section.  Please can someone help me!!!

Hello everyone,Is it possible to receive respondents’ answers to an Outlook email, rather than Gmail???

 Hello! I have linked two typeforms so that when a user completes the first one (registration data), I collect their information and instead of ending on a final screen, I redirect them to a URL that is another typeform where they can select an option. I have programmed both typeforms to automatically download the responses to a Google Sheets. My question is: is there a way for the response to the second typeform to be linked to the first one so that I can identify which user has selected each option? Thank you very much!

Hi all,I am running an employee satisfaction survey for a company with roughly 70 employees. I see 45 starts since a couple of days but only 9 submission came through. The last question is mandatory and therefore everybody has to close the survey with submission.Anybody an idea what might cause submissions not getting through? What triggered the participants not to finish the questionnaire with pushing the send button?

I created a form that was limited to 24 responses. 2 of the responses were incorrect, so I deleted them, which in theory should have left 2 more responses available. However, what the form continued to accept additional responses beyond the 24 response limit. Has anyone else come across this?

In the responses grid, only the acutal responses are entered.  Since we have multiple endings, I would like the ending triggered to come up on the grid as well.  This will make it easier to respond the the customers, and also to ensure that the ending is accurate (since it is so easy to make a mistake when setting it up).  How can I do this to include the ending the the responses worksheet?

Hi, Is there a way I can edit my tags, for example if I want to re-label a tag, so all instances of it are updated. Also, in a similar theme, is there an option to delete unused tags?

I have a multiple choice question with the option select multiples enabled. I also have the “Other” option enabled. However, if someone responds with “Other” and writes a response, I am only receiving that response and not any of the other options they selected.Example:Select all that ApplyABCDOther If someone selects A, C, AND Other, I am only getting Other in the responses and do not see that they also selected A and C.

I am looking for help with my Typeform survey to be able to score sections of my quiz individually on a section by section basis. For example if my survey has 5 sections, I want each of those sections to have its own score. At the end of the survey the results will show each section’s score.

Is there a way to find out whose answers are coming from a questionnaire I took?
