Your typeform results

I want to call some function in app once user submits the typeform. I know submit returns the  result callback in onSubmit() but how can I receive callback in app using this function name only? I checked the documentation but could not find anything related to mobile apps integration.

Hi,  I'm encountering an issue with button links. When users complete my survey and proceed to the results (end screen), clicking the button opens the link in the same window as the results page. Consequently, users are unable to return to their results once the link is opened. Upon refreshing, the result is lost, and users have to retake the survey.Is there a way to configure the button link to open in a new tab or window (like how the social share icons work), ensuring users can retain access to their results after clicking the button?

Hey everyone,  Have you ever found yourself wanting to know what percentage of the same answer is chosen in an open multiple-choice question? Suppose the question is: What are your hobbies? You can then give an open-ended answer to this. Many different hobbies are then answered. But I would like to know how you can quickly see how often the same hobby is chosen. For example, walking is chosen 10 times, cycling 3x, etc. But in typeform you can't see this automatically, does anyone know how I can see this or how I can set a certain column when downloading via excell? Thanks in advance for all your time and help!

Error msg: "This typeform isn’t live yet. Go to the "Create" tab and publish your typeform before creating follow-ups" -It’s just not true. Mine is published.Any ideas?

Hello guys,I would like to create a questionnaire.You know the psychological tests?The ones where you answer the questions and, in the end, receive a report describing all your character traits?I would like to do something like this.I thought about this structure:50 or 80 questions with answers (opinion scale) from 1 to 5.1: I totally disagree2: I totally agree.At the end the email is asked to receive the report.My questions are:How can I automate the process of sending reports by email?I don't want to send each report manually.Second question:I would like to combine a score for each category of questions and for each category, possible descriptions.Example:Character:1 to 10: Shy10 to 20: Shy but who lets himself go with loved ones.From 20 to 30: Social.Etc...Then all the other categories.Is there a system that brings together possible descriptions based on scores?All in one report / single text? Thank you so much to everyone who will answer to me.

Hello. When social sharing my quiz result, the image associated with that result doesn’t show up. How do I get it to show? 

This new feature “uploaded files public access links will be available for 7 calendar days after which period the link will expire”, is causing lot of trouble to our agents, who are unable to work on old documents collected via Typeform. We urgently need you to turn off this feature for our account.

Hi, I can’t seem to locate how I can download the answers with the associated question, is this possible. With just the answers I have to go back and forth manually to see the associated answer relative to the question. Appreciate any help with unlocking this feature. Thanks

Hi, I am currently trying to create a personality test using 31 Opinion Scale Questions (1-5) and in the end, I want to show the score for each type in one Ending. Each Question is realted to one of the 3 types, and therefore I created a variable for each type as well. I also added Score (1-5) already and a logic.For instance: IF Question 1 is {greater than 0}. ---  (so between 1 and 5)then {ADD} {Score} to {Type 1}In theory, it shoudl work, but in the ENDING, where I list all 3 types and put the @variable next to it, to display the added up score, the value I get is in the hundreds. What did I do wrong? Cheers,Matt

so Im trying to find the notifications settings so I can get an email when a form is used, but my settings menu does not show the notifications menu...Im on a free account. 

Dear community,One of our forms is having this issue: some people have been submitting the form properly BUT there is no trace of their record, nowhere. There is no record in the results section in Typeform, no email notification, no automation history in Zapier, no record in our Airtable base where the form is supposed to be sent.According to Typeform support, it can be due to a network issue, ad blockers, VPN, firewall, proxy, etc, but they didn’t manage to reproduce the issue.We also did a series of tests on different browsers, public and private modes, different devices, but it’s not concluding.FYI: Those people don't come from one organization, they are individuals, most of them located in France, who are trying to apply to our program.Is someone, by any chance, having the same issue? Hello  I can see I have 29 responses to a type form but no data is available in the response tab as it is with all other forms. Does anyone know why? and how I can get the data please? Kind regards, Craig

Hello!I have a quiz with more than 3K responses by now, and is basically a quiz that will give you a personality type profile.You take the quiz, and in order to see your results, you leave your email and then we set up 3 endings depending on your score.I can see every response but not the final ending per user and I need that information. Is there a way that I can see it?  

How do i know who has responded or not if the survey has been populate via a link on whatsapp? 

Right now, when I receive a response from Typeform, I receive the text of every answer so am wondering, is there a way to configure the response to include the number/letter of mulit-choice (type: choice)?Example:Question 1:A - Answer 1.B- Answer 2.C- Answer 3.So instead of receiving say “Answer 2” to be the answer to that question, I’d receive the letter “B”.Thanks

Hi! I am wondering why there are no longer “token”s listed in the emails? I am talking about the emailed responses after someone enters a response in your typeform. There used to be a “token” in white lettering at the bottom of the email, and it made it super easy to track your responses. For example, I have all of my responses connected to google sheets, and next to each one Typeform would list the token, then I could copy and paste the token into my email search bar and it would bring it right up. As of 10/17/23, there are no longer tokens. This was actually a huge selling point for me to use Typeform.

I can not download all images that respondents uploaded, but a few of them.
