Your typeform results

I have a decent size questionnaire set up for all new customers to fill out prior to our initial phone/zoom outreach. There are a lot of different types of questions related to certain products or services we offer and I have set up logic to bypass certain sections if it does not apply to the person filling out the questionnaire. Recently, we have had a few forms submitted where we’ve only received part of the questionnaire and it’s in a different spot every time (even if there are required fields that follow). We need a lot of the answers to questions that come later in the form. Do I need to make every question required? Are people able to skip ahead in the form at the statement slides? I double checked my logic and it looks like it is set up correctly but maybe I’m missing something?Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Hi, I have a research survey consisting of 2 forms, a baseline form followed by the actual research questionnaire a few weeks later. I need to connect the data from the baseline form with the answers from the research questionnaire to get meaningful results. Example: I need to see how many % of the people between 20-40 answered question 1 with “no”.I know about hidden fields, but I do not want to actively use the data in the second form (e.g. not want to address the users by name), I just want it in the report and I want all the baseline data.I also know about the options to integrate both into 1 google sheet, but I don't want to include Google sheets in the process as it’s very sensitive data .So my question is, is it somehow possible in Typeform to collect all the responses from 2 surveys in one combined report?  Many thanks!

I have a Yes/No question in my typeform survey and when I export the responses, the answers are listed as 0 or 1 in Excel. Is this something I’ve done wrong or just the way it is?  

Hi,I want to create nice looking reports on individual answers that I can share with the one who filled in the form.I think the report summary has a nice layout but then it is a summary of all answers. I want individual answers.If I use PRINT on individual answers it is a rudimentary report.

I just created a 60 question health assessment.The questions are based on 5 health categories.To make the questions flow I could not write the questions sequentially to fit the 5 categories.I’d love to be able to privately tag the questions so that the results show up broken down into these 5 categories.Is this possible?if not, is there a work around?

I found this solution, but cannot understand how to implement. Any step by step guide? I need to know the exact URL/page where the form has been filled, shown on the email contact details that we get with the answers. Thanks

Hello, I'm doing an NPS survey that I'm sending directly from HubSpot. Is it possible to display their answers directly on the file of each of my customers so that as soon as I open a customer file, I can see their answersThank you so much !  

As screenshot below, didn’t know that free account is limited with 10 responses hence I’ve gone ahead to run a workshop with 30+ people. Only figured about the restriction when I was told by participants that they have submitted the responses but not shown in my “results” page despite of refreshing the page. Anyway, I can see that 36 people has started, but not sure if they managed to submit the response eventually? Do i get to see the responses if I upgrade my plan now?

Hi,I created an email that includes a link to my Typeform survey.Is there a way to get the user emails address that is connected to each survey and view it on the results tab? I need this information in order to monitor the users’ details without asking them to fill in their email address. Thanks!

When I created my type form I made it to be like a quiz and depending on what you answer you get led a certain way. When I view my type form I can't answer all 7 questions I wanted to ask, it just makes a conclusion quickly. Is there any way to fix this?

Hello! If someone writes an answer to a question in a survey or selects an answer in a quiz, can their answer (whether they write in text or select a multiple choice answer) be stored in my CRM (assuming I connect it via Zapier)? Thanks! 

I am currently thinking of using typefrom as part of pour briefing process and I would like to assign a job number to each typeform response which will be sent to the person filling in the form and again on our trello board. How would I go about doing that?

Multiple choice questions does not allow user to select multiple options .. Then it can be only a single choice question. Any solutions for this to place multiple choice quesions?

I hid a column in my responses by mistake, how can I restore that column?

Just testing the system to check it’s still working OK (yes) I noticed on the email sent to me as the guest for a zoom meeting it shows 2 emails: My gmail, with (organiser)The guest’s email I’m confused why it’s showing my Gmail instead of my Typeform email? To login to Typeform I use my normal biz email and I would expect it to use that for the organizer, but it’s showing my Google Gmail address?I don’t see anywhere to change that?And as I type this I now wonder what address I use for zoom, and maybe that’s why it’s showing that? Mmm.. I checked and I do have a zoom account with my biz email, so how to change the one that these emails are showing?Thanks!  

I upgraded my plan to 1,000 responses and im at 104 and its still not letting me access the results of my check in form I created for my clients.

Hi!I would like to know the level of satisfaction of my clients when they finish the form. Is it possible to add a “Rating” question at the end of the typeform or some kind of CSAT. I’ve tried it, but it is only possible in the content, but not at the “ends”. And I would like to have the rating at the very end. Can you help me?Thanks!

hi there, We are creating an embedded form in our own app using typeform. Originally we just planned to use conditional endings based on the totally collective quiz score results people got:1. Pass - continue (show CTA to next step) 2. Pass in top 10% (show CTA to next step and see other message) 3. Fail (under 60%) - retake tes  Option 3. Requires showing a link to a URL to the beginning of the test. This wont work because we are in our own enviroment and we dont want a public URlL that can be shared outside of our project for security reasons. Can some legend please help solve this without needing to use the redirect URL on the conditional ending page that could be use publicly? Another option is that the user who fails the overall score (<60%) would automatically be shown their fail and errors across all questions after submitting the last question (of 10) and then they could fix those in line, get above 60% and move to 1. or 2. pass state and progress. But I cant figure out how

I’ve shut off email notifications yet still receive whenever a survey is complete. Just emailed 4K customers the survey, so I would love to resolve this. Thanks! 

I sent myself a test message of my typeform questionnaire.  I notice the email has a “thank you” message that needs to be edited.  I have not found a way to do that.
