Your typeform results

Hi I have a typeform that generates a quote for the user. I have it set up to send the @price to the user in an email. However whenever I test it the email says 0 instead of the price. So it appears the price variable in the email is not working at all. 

Is there an option for this, or a zapier integration that can do this?  I’ve had email issues and would like text notifications about leads so I can get back to them right away.Cheers,Kevin 

Hi, recent submissions from two of our forms are missing. We received them and some of them were even downloaded in an excel sheet. However, they are not visible in the responses now. Can someone please help. We are missing 5 responses in one of the forms and 30 in another form. The submissions are recorded in the insights but are not available in the forms anymore. Thank you for the support, and awaiting any help!    

How to use typeform to study 

This column isn’t auto populating. How can I fix that? I need my google sheet to record when the surveys are submitted. 

I am trying to determine if Typeform is the right product for my needs… I want to be able to filter and visualize my data by different responses. Is Typeform able to do this in its reporting features? Or will I only get visualizations that summarize the full data and have to export to Excel, etc to create graphs filtered by response?  (Ex: Visualization/graph for question 6 but only for those who answered (A) to question 5)

Hi all! New to Typeform, appreciate your help. :) I’d like quiz respondents to see their results displayed in a bar graph at the end of the quiz. It’s a financial literacy quiz in five areas; want to display their rating visually for impact. Can I do this just with the typeform app?I’ve seen the geography results list display option, but it’s not the visual display result I’m seeking. Respondents will also have this information automatically emailed to themselves. This will be done online, and also in guided groups setting. Appreciate help in advance! 

hi there, I wanted to know if by using Typeform, I am able to answer to what the user voted or wrote directly from Typeform or if I shall send this info to my CRM tool. Does anyone has experience with it?

Hi there!I need to make a questionary where you will have as a result 2 roles maximum per person, that would be calculated after add all the scores from 6 questions. For instance:Which behavior I dislike more:1- Discussion between workmates : (number from 0 to 10)2- People not involved in the project: (number from 0 to 10)etc…Then this points have to be added with other question related and I will have a rank of different roles. There is some calculations that i have in excel but it is not easy for me find the solution here.Any help please!!! ???

Hi! HELP PLEASE! Trying to get an automated calendar invite once i go through my form where if I pick IN PERSON, I will get a specific invite, and if I select VIRTUAL, I will get a different link. Google or Zoom, doesn’t matter - it’s more of a calendar block.

Hello, Our webhook will only receive the payload for a form field if the answer does not contain any spaces or special characters other than a dash. It uses this information to create a subdomain for users. Is there a way to validate an answer to make sure it does not contain special characters or spaces other than a dash? 

Is there a way to see the exact date you created a Typeform? Right now I can sort them by date but wanted the exact dates.

I am new (an hour into playing with Typeform) and in need of some help. I am trying to create an online assessment with 4 sections to it. How do I stop the logic or control it so it only shows for the first 5 questions.  I know its small but as you can see, Endings A, B, C, D, and E are all tied to the 2nd set of questions.I want A,B,C attached to ONLY the 1st set of questionsI want D, an

I created a Ranking question with 9 options and ten people filled out my survey.  Some of the results in the report display only 5 different votes, while others have the expected 10.  Looking at the results view, it looks like each entry has each option ranked, but the results don’t show the complete data. 

At the end of the quiz, I just want to show the percentage correctly answered questions, and I want to highlight all the increectly answered questions.  

Hi All, I have a very long survey over 100 questions and someone answered it twice so my results summary page is not correct. How can I delete theis specific response? I can not delete it from the Responses tab because the survey is too big. Thanks,Alex

I am asking DOB and when I download responses I get this format2016-03-03T00:00:00.000Z How can I get this data to be only the date without having to manually remove the time stamp? So it becomes this?2016-03-03 Thanks

How can the email notification contain the name of the client who completed the type form? 

Hi all, I just need to find the way to link one of the responses to the respondent. The question I try to link is one where the respondent has uploaded a file, but when I downloaded it, it come in a ZIP file with a long reference but nothing related it to the respondant it self. So the problem is that at the moment I have 100 responses but I have to review individual video/photo to find out who belongs too- Is there any way to download the video or attached knowing who did the submission? Thanks in advance 

I downloaded the responses in the csv file, but I see the multiple choice answers are on the first row as the questions. How I can solve this. Your help is appreciated.  ThanksSophia 

Hi TypeForm,I hope you bear with me with this issue. This is not an error, but I need advice.I have connected my TypeForm to Excel.  My client does not accept Google Sheets into their ecosystem. Also we could not filter the Google Sheet on the other end. So, Excel seems to be what we currently have if do not find a third alternative.On the first row of the Excel document that TypeForm sends its responses to, there is a line that says:I'm a beautiful table, do not change me and I will keep receiving responses. The problem with this is that we need an extra column in the Excel sheet that tells us whether or not we have processed this row at the destination system before. The destination system is limited in the number of rows it can read. As of now, it can only read a mere 256 rows every time it takes the sheet rows. Therefore, if we do not have a column that says e.g., “ThisRowIsProcessed = 1”, we end up fetching the same rows every time. If we have this row we can tell the destination

Is there a way to add tags to the results in typeform in bulk, i.e. upload a csv?

Hello,I wonder if it's possible to URL encode the answers of a Typeform on the notification email.For example, if I need to create an URL based on the responses:https://mysite.com/submissions/?name=My%20name&email=myemail@gmail.comI know I can put @ and select a field and put it there, but if the user inputs spaces or something, that URL would break.Thoughts?

Hello TypeForm,I have connected my TypeForm to Excel (using a MS Authentication to the same account as the TypeForm account.)When I look at the answers that is sent to this Excel, I noticed that:The question texts (the header column in the Excel) do not change and they still have the original questions. This is when I have changed the text of the questions. The new questions I have added to the TypeForm do not get a new column in the Excel sheet. The hidden field I added to the TypeForm does not get a column in the Excel sheet.Do we know why this happens? I used Google Sheet before, but now I have to send the answers to an Excel and it is no longer my choice.
