Your typeform results

Hello everyone, we sent a questionnaire via email and SMS, but with the same link. Is there somewhere in the typeform that allows you to see where the respondent accessed the link?

I have a form which I need to duplicate and send across many admins to further distribute and collect response. However I need to collect responses received from all forms into 1 sheet. Is this doable?

Hi wondering if you can helpI embedded a form on Shopify and the questions render but the results of the quiz for the customer do not. It just jumps back to the homepage  Any idea why this might be happening. I tried both standard and full screen methods of embedding Any help appreciated Alice

Hello, all! I am running a distribution where participants sign up using our Typeform. I need to be able to close it the day of and reopen it the day after the monthly distribution so that I can collect responses after it has happened, but not during the event. This will help to ensure people don’t show up who we don’t have the resources for. All this to say: Can I close and then reopen a Typeform? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

I am trying to track who I have sent my questionnaire to, so I don’t send it to that recipient more than once. Is there any way to do this please?

Hi there,I understand how to add any variable collected from a Typeform on my redirection url, this one is quite simple.But, the “@” on the url is converted in symbols and I would like to keep it.For instance, test@test.com becomes test%40test.com on my url.Any idea how I can keep it?

What will be the consequence if I change the order of questions in my already published form with some responses? All else remaining same. Use case: there is a big drop-off on a certain question, I want to move it down.

I never had an issue but lately none of my responses to a form have been forwarded to me...why?

Hello @ll,  I know that subject has already been discussed but I've something strange with my Typeform notification sent after form submission. The WhatsApp link worked well before, but without any change in the notification template, it does not work any more. Syntax look OK as I've tested in a test HTML and it works well :<a href="https://wa.me/[Telephone Number in the form]">Open a WhatsApp conversation with the customer</a> The link appears in the notification but there is no action when I'm clicking on it one in my mailbox. Could you please help me on this ?  Thanks in advance.  Baptiste

Hi there, I have a question. Is it possible to save an answer triggered by users click on specific icon on a website?My case: User decides what is his/her opinion about search result and pick one of emoji. The icon which he/she picked up triggers an answer on the first step of survey and user sees the second page. (I want to avoid a case when user has to answer twice the same question). PS. I know that is possible with other similar tools, but I want to stay with my fav one (typeform <3). Thank you for your help

We are an accounting firm and we use Type Form for our end of financial year client questionnaire  It’s extremely important that we know who each respondent is.  There is a compulsory What is Your Name question in the form.   We have received a completed from from somebody who has answered the “what is your name” question with “myself”.  They have uploaded documents to the form, but unfortunately the uploaded documents don’t shed any light on who it was that actually filled out the form. Is there a way for us to figure out who it was that submitted the form?  Can the Typeform technical team go into the back end and see the email address from where the Typeform URL was clicked?? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I have cerated a form and connected it through calendly to book the date.I received meetings fixed confirmation from Calendly to my email and do not see filled in form by the those clients, though the fields to fill are mandatory.May you advise where I may find their answers?And how to receive a confirmation email from typeform that somebody filled the form?Thank you.    

I need to create a visual chart that is graded based on responses the user selects, and rates, and the value system that we give to the pie. E.G. Work box Value: Work should bring money, and one should use their talents accordingly and invest working hours correctly. User selects: Ability 1-5 Time spent 1-5 etc etc and then they get a rating chart of that circle IS this something you can do? Hi!I would like to do an integration with a Slack channel. But since the channel should be public, I can’t use some PID there. So I want to also integrate it with Google Sheets. But I can’t find how to change the list of questions that are being sent to Google Sheet to include phones and emails there. Any suggestion how I could do that?Thanks in advance.

We thought some tracking was being passed over to let us identify responses back to our subs base (email address, find location off the back of that, etc). That isn’t happening, I just have the random unique identifier tag from the TypeForm data, and can’t match that back to any of our records. We didn’t ask for email address in the survey (again, thought we could match that back somehow).So my question is, with the random identifier that TypeForm has given each response, is there ANY way to match that back to who clicked the links in our emails, which we can then match to records on our base, and layer up subscription data?Thanks so much for any help.

Good afternoon!  I have a typeform that collects responses and sends these responses to a Google spreadsheet but the questions/responses are not in the same order as they appear on the typeform.  How do I fix this?I’ve tried fixing this by moving the columns around but this breaks the mapping of the questions/responses and duplicates them.  Please let me know!
