I need to collect questionnaire data which is anonymously separate from the respondents supplied email address. Ideally they fill out a single survey and the resulting reporting is of only email addresses and the reponses without any ability to connect the data (university research privacy). Is this possible without creating two linked surveys? Thanks
Hiya, We have a typeform embedded in our Wordpress site. It is working well. Except when the respondent chooses the “Other” option in a multiple choice question. Usually they should be allowed to type in text and then it should be saved. However, this is not happening any more and typeform is not capturing the response. Has there been some typeform updates that have impacted this? Many thanks!Bela
My forms no longer send to my email even though i’ve not changed one thing in months on my end. I can see them when I log onto my account and look at each form under Responses. However, they are all set to send notifications of filled out forms to my email and none are coming through. I even went to fill out my own form for myself and it doesn’t work with myself either.
Hello, I have a excel calculator i’ve built that takes customer inputs across numerical values such as revenue and advertising spends, pushes them through formulas, and outputs potential increases, margins, etc. Is there a way to use a Typeform to ask customers for the inputs we would need for the calculator, and then at the end output the results that would come through the calculations? I was thinking maybe if I put them in a Google Sheet and had the results go through there, but that seems not feasible based on what I’m reading. It seems like Typeform has basic addition calculations built in and stuff, but not the ability to run excel formula type calculations. Or maybe there is a solution I’m not seeing? Like if Typeform results can integrate with another program that can generate dashboards for customers/leads? Not really sure here what the solve would be. Thanks!
I have typeform that I want to send a link via email for completion. I want to send this link with some answers already filled from answers on a previous typeform. I know to use hidden fields but cant seem to wrap by brain around the how. Is this possible?
Hello, I am new to Typeform. I have a likert scale survey, with a 1-5 range. In the typeform, I have assigned a numerical score per text answer. However, when I export a CSV report, and then kick it into Sheets, I notice that answers are still in text, not in a numerical value. Is it possible to generate a report that includes the numerical result for each selected answer (per submission, per question)? Otherwise, I will have to do it in Sheets. Thank you, Nicole
Printing the results or having to go in manually to copy screen shots of rankings, ratings, etc is quite cumbersome. I can deal with the excel data easily enough, but it is the visuals driving me nuts. I thought there used to be a feature on here where responses could be converted to a PDF and downloaded. If I’m mistaken, then is there a way to easily get the visual data representation material?
Hello, I’m trying to export a PDF for an individual response. I’ve exported all others and it’s worked fine. Last week I tried to export a new response and it won’t let me export it to PDF. When I hit “save” it gets stuck as shown in the image below. Not sure what to do here. I need to export the individual response so I can send a copy of it to the respondent. Appreciate any help!
Hi There - Im brand new to Typeform - but love it so far! I need to gather data/input (20 questions) from users on a monthly basis for 6 months and be able to present a consolidated “table” view of the responses- month by month. Does Typeform have a way to to this? I saw the connect form feature but I do not think it will solve this use case. If it is not solvable in Typeform, I will export/connect Zapier and manipulate the data in Google Sheets. Your help and guidance is very much appreciated.
Hi thereFirst time user here. One of my Typeform questions asked respondents to rank ten items in order of importance. In the summary, I can clearly see the items in order that they were ranked, i.e. the most popular on average is at the top and the least popular is at the bottom. However when I go to generate this as a report, the items are presented without the ranking, simply each item shows its own individual bar graph of how many people placed it in which number ranking. So the viewer of the report will have to scroll through all ten items and do the maths in their head to see which one ranked highest. This seems counter-intuitive, so naturally I assume I have done something wrong. Can anyone please advise? Many thanksPC
Is it possible to set it in a Typeform number field to require a user to follow a specific pattern? For example, the user must require to follow this sample pattern like this 3 numbers followed by a dash then 3 numbers e.g. 123-456. If the user inputs like this 12-46, it will not accept the answer and will prompt an error. Is this possible?
I have created a Chatbot format survey.I see that there are 217 participants started the survey and I have 53 responses, so I assume there are 164 participants dropped off from the survey. However, from the table below, the total number of users who drop out by questions is below 10. I wonder if there are glitches in capturing the drop-off by questions in ‘Chatbot’ format. Besides, the number of ‘Views’ for each question is also so much lower than the number of participants started the survey. Please advice whether the numbers are reliable. ThanksFlorence
Hello,I was wondering if we can use Typeform in all countries worldwide? Or are there countries that the software doesn’t work yet? Also, is it possible for the people (from around the world) who have access to connect and check the results? Your help is much appreciated ! :) Thanks!
I am a big fan of Document Studio and how it works with Google Sheets to merge Typeform responses into Slides/Doc templates, convert to PDF and send an email with the attachment. Someone sent me a note yesterday that they had not received a report from one of my sample forms and it had been over an hour. I checked to see if there was an issue and, lo and behold, Document Studio was not running OR EVEN PRESENT as an add-on in that Sheet. I checked all the instances where I use Document Studio (over 200 active typeform-sheets-document studio processes) and they were all ‘missing’ the add-on. I have reached out to the developer(s) at Digital Inspiration and here is part of the message that I received: “My name is Amit Agarwal and I am the developer of Document Studio. I am really sorry for the inconvenience since Document Studio is temporarily not available in the Google Store. We are working with the Google team to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. We will have an update for y
I would like to create a survey where individual responses are recorded. I can see that this is possible through hidden fields, but it looks like hidden fields need to be manually populated. We will be sending this survey to thousands of people, so manually creating unique URLs is not feasible. Has anyone found a work around for this? We use Campaign Monitor to send the emails, so integrating with MailChimp or HubSpot doesn’t work. Are there are other platforms or integrations that we can use to automatically create unique links, or is there a way to do it within Campaign Monitor directly? Any help or insight is greatly appreciated!
