Your typeform results

Hi,I’m using Typeform and asking people to vote for something.I’ve asked for their email address and plan to email them afterwards with some marketing materials. My question is: can I do this? I’ve added a page before my survey (quite basic) - saying smt like “we intend to use your email… to send emails… by continuing with the survey, you agree…”.Just want to confirm that if the respondent proceeds, it means they agree and I have ownership of the personal info so legally, I can send the emails?

Hello again!I connected my typeform with google sheet, to have my respondents scores. I did it successfully, but i just have a global score and I would like to have each response’s SCORE (that I set in logic setup) by a number instead of words on my google sheet receipt.I would like to send my respondents a formulaire with score details , chapter by chapter.thanks to help me :)

Hi - does anyone know whether it’s possible to create a report or somehow export the data about the drop offs from a Typeform survey? I know it’s possible to see which questions have the greatest % drop off, but would like to be able to export this data. Thanks in advance!   

Hi guys, I am trying to to manipulate number outputs from in Automate.io to send them to Notion. The problem is not all my questions have required answers, and Automate.io does not go through with my bots if the value does not exist.I still need Typeform to send something (ideally the value 0) when the form is sent, even if the question is left unanswered. Is there a way to achieve this ? Thanks !

Since the free plan allows 10 responses per month, what happens when an 11th response is done? The person cannot submit it? Or they can but I’m not able to access the answers? 

I’m trying to use Hidden Fields to see which store the results are coming from.I don’t want the user to know that I’ve tracked them this way.I used the hidden fields feature in the logic section and put all the fields in for example @store3Then when I send the survey to myself I added #store3 to the end of the URLI did the survey but when I downloaded the results I don’t see any reference with the hidden field.Any guidance would be helpful

Is there a way for a quiz taker to print their survey results upon completion?I know we can do it on the back end but we want the quiz takers to have this ability.

Absolute noob here.  I see similar questions/answers, but just want to make sure I understand correctly.  My company will soon be going live with our first survey *ever*  There will be an introductory email from the President to all the potential respondents.  The email will contain the link to the survey. It’s a sensitive survey, so if we cannot guarantee anonymity, we may get zero responses.  But the catch is that the Prez wants to make sure that everyone the survey is sent to responds.  I don’t see how really we can do that and maintain anonymity.   Pulling my hair our over here.  Thank you for your help!  

Hello!I have created a form that includes personal information (height, age, weight etc) and an assessment with scores (overall + sections). For each individual who takes this form we will need these results to develop their individual program. Due to it being quite a long form, we don’t need all the answers from the assessment just their final scores. Is their a way to easily export + display this info automatically ? Which integration would be best to connect to this? I see with excel that the only option is to export all the answers. This leaves it very hard to view the important answers we need.  Thanks a lot in advance!! looking forward to hearing a response. Gemma

Hey! We run a sales team that would like to give out the link to the same typeform. We have created 6 different pages on our website and embedded the same typeform on each of the pages. How can I tell which customer came from which sales person’s URL? Example: CJ puts out the link www.mywebsite.com/cj and the customer then proceeds to fill out the typeform from that link. Then Fred puts out his link www.mywebsite.com/fred and another customer then proceeds to fill out the typeform on that link. How can I track which customer came from which link using the exact same typeform?   

Hi - I understand that Typeform cannot combine all multiple choice answers into one cell while exporting. However, do you have any recommendations on how to manipulate the data once it is in Excel so that I can connect the right questions with the answers? Right now, it just looks like a big mess of data without any logic to it at all. 

The response of the typeform marked above disappears, When I checked it 2 hours ago, there were more than 600 responses, but after refreshing, only more than 560 were left, many responses disappeared without any reason.

Hello all, I am long time user of Typeform and first time visiting the community pages. Thank you in advance for any help and advice you can offer. The question I have is linked to the Results Summary report. It is missing the Avg. field shown in the image below, highlighted in the orange box.The Avg. field is shown when I access the Results menu and select the Summary menu. However when I click the ‘Generate a report’ option the Avg. field is not shown. Is there anyway to turn the Avg. field turned on please?I’ve had a look at the articles and the community and not found an answer as yet.https://help.typeform.com/hc/en-us/articles/360029577071  Many thanks 

I received a Typeform message for which I need to know which form instigated the message. I searched for what I thought was the form name, but came up empty.How do I track this down?

Hi, we have set up 4 email accounts to get notifications for new Typeforms, but the results are only sent to 3 of those accounts. Do you have a suggestion how to fix this?Thanks! Jeroen  

HiI have created an application form.  It has 7 Questions and one welcome screen and no ending.But it will not let me publish under the Free Version it comes up with unlimited questions.  Meaning I am exceeding 10 questions.  Please can you help.RegardsAbbey 

I want to automatically send an email with attached PDF showing the individual results of the recipient. I got to the point of connecting Google spreadsheets to Google slides, using Document studio. Ultimately, google slides will be converted to PDF and then send to the recipient. Now, how do I automatically create a bar/chart in Slides, using the data in spreadsheets? E.g., I have several questions answered by a 1-10 score. In stead of showing the answer as a number, how is it shown as a chart? It has to be on individual level. Thank you!

I have the problem with multi-select questions, the downloaded csv file does not include the question. Am I doing something wrong? or is this just an absurd flaw with typeform. I have to say I am used to using Qualtrics and first time using Typeform ie started at a new company.

Hello, I have a question about reading the results of a quiz. I want to see the END result, which END did the answers lead my clients to.Is it possible to see this without reading every answer from every client? I want to send END -specific information to each client and going through the question-answers is time consuming. Could you help me? Thanks in advance!Angela

I have a simple assessment/survey built and the questions are scored. It’s scored 1-6, forced choice, all completed and working properly. What I cannot figure out how to do is have Typeform deliver an average score on the ending screen rather than the full point total. Currently a total score (a sum total) appears on the ending screen. What I really need is an AVERAGE SCORE to appear on the ending screen. So if the survey has 4 questions, I want to divide the total score by 4 and have the AVERAGE SCORE appear on the ending screen. Can this be done? How?  Thank you.
