Lend a helping hand

I’m having lots of TypeForm issues today (including being unable to raise a ticket) Latest issue is not being able to upload a new logo to a design. Anyone else experiencing this?

Tried on old forms, duplicated, and on different browsers.

It’s Miguel from Relomar. We have the same problem with uncompleted Date information on Partial submission that John reported time ago.  It would be helpful if Typeform populated this field with the form entry time — since the abandonment time isn't available — as it would save us from having to perform complex tasks to obtain that data. I haven't managed to retrieve it automatically yet, but I’m working on it.Thanks a lot, John, for your posts in the community.

Hi everyone,I’m working on a business setup consultancy website and using Typeform to capture leads and enquiries.Currently, we’ve embedded Typeform on our website for consultation requests, but I want to improve conversion rates and user flow.My questions: Is it better to use multi-step forms or short forms for high-intent users? Any tips on placement (homepage vs landing pages)? Should we redirect users after submission or keep them on the same page? Would love to hear what’s worked best for you.

Good dayTried to report:Signature element is not working currently in any of our forms.2026-10-19 09:00 GMT+2Warm regards, Pieter

I’m trying to translate my very short form now, and the AI translation is partially wrong so I’m trying to do the few necessary tweaks myself via the template download and upload. The problem is that no matter if I actually edit the downloaded file or not, when I re-upload it I systematically get the error message “Translation file doesn’t match form questions. Your new translation file has 7 rows of information. It needs to have 6 rows to match your form. Please edit and try again.”Funny thing is that if I delete a row (which I shouldn’t do because the original file actually has 7 rows), I get the same message but now it talks about a file of 6 rows instead of 5, so the issue seems to adapt to how long my file is and never gets resolved.

The payment field in our form stopped working more than 48 hours ago - after what appears to be an update to Typeform’s Stripe integration. We’re not the only users reporting this problem. We submitted a proper support ticket a while ago now and yet, we’re still awaiting a resolution. This issue is affecting payments, so it’s fairly critical, and the team really needed to have escalated and gotten it sorted out a long time ago.

My payment page comes in blank on the live site. User cannot fill their card details etc.Any recommendations. I’m using Stripe as a payment gateway

It’s been 3 days since my payment page is broken and it has cost me loose customers. No contact from support. This is horrible. My Question is typeform going to reimburse the losses i suffered. As paying that heavy subscription amount is no joke and getting no support.

Hi everyone, I’m new to Typeform and am building my first forms. I have troubles with removing the hint “press Cmd ⌘ + Enter ↵ ” that appears next to the button. I can’t find it in the messaging settings.   I’d appreciate any help!  Thanks, Anna

Hey there, I am trying to access support to fix an account issue but when I try to raise a ticket via Zendesk I get the following error message. I have tried deleting cookies, incognito browsers, Edge and Chrome as well as a few links I found on the community pages. This page isn’t workingtypeform.zendesk.com redirected you too many times. Try deleting your cookies.ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Hi. We want to send our VideoAsk answers to HubSpot using the HubSpot integration. Everything is fine until we have to choose an option to match with any HS field. This is the message that appears in the select field: “There are no fields available to select - please contact the integration administrator”We checked already that the contact form option is activated, and the email field is mandatory.  This is happening with all our videos.

I modified a form by mistake, instead of making a copy. Is it possible to recover the previous version and its results?

I want to create a simple calculator:I have these number questions which the user answers:Your Fabric cost (per meter) Number of metres Pattern cost Notion cost  Estimated hours to sew (optional) Hourly rate (only if Estimated hours to sew is greater than 0)The ending that appears on the screen is:The cost of your sewing project is: (v_total) with a summery of the costs belowv_total = (Your Fabric cost x Number of metres/yards) + Pattern cost + Notion cost + (Estimated hours to sew x Hourly rate)All optional questions do not require an answer and if they do not have one, then proceed to the next question. Except if Estimated hours is blank then it skips hourly rate and goes to end.I have created these custom variables, but not sure how to correctly link them to the number questions. I have had a go with logic branching etc...but don’t seem to have it right. Can someone help me create this in Typeform logic? Greatly appreciated, Jane

When  I finished the  5 response in  video ask  and  ready to response next question  the response are not saved  but questions started  in the beginning and not when I was  ,in 5 question! What can I do?

Hi,  Hope someone can help answering the following questions about the possibilities in Typeform-I am looking for a tool that can be used to find which style (variable) the respondent has, in order to offer the correct online course based on the result from the survey. I have an online course for each style in my programme. I don`t want the style to show for the respondent, but each answer (one per style) will collect the style/variable chosen and then indicate which style based on the tag of variables. Can I add a tag with a variable per answer, for each question in the survey? Is it possible to show a graphical presentation of the result, showing which style/variable got most hits, based on the answers, but also show the result for the other 5 variables (percentage..?)?

Hello everyone,  I’m trying to create a “how much would you save with us” calculator but to no avail. I’ve done thousand tests, tried setting numerous variables and the logic chart doesn’t seem to be responding adequately. Has someone done something similar so I can take a look at their breakdown to try and replicate? I’m on a deadline and these have been the most stressful weeks of my life. I’m certain my formula is pretty close to functioning but I obviously don’t see the missing piece. Help please!

I made a scoring quiz about leadership styles. It asks 10 questions, and each answer is assigned with a 1, 2, or 3. Then there are three possible ending pages the user is sent to depending on their score (i.e., a score of 10-17 = “needs to improve”; 18-24 = “making progress”; 25-30 = “looking good, here are next steps”). That all works fine. What I want is for all the users, whichever of the three scoring pages they are sent to, to end up on a final goodbye page. How can I do that? Thanks. And if the answer is to put the three scoring pages in the Pages section instead of the Endings sections, I can’t figure out how to do the logic to get the user to the scoring pages. Thanks.

A well-structured Typeform is all about keeping the experience simple and engaging. Clear questions, logical flow, and a clean design make a big difference. The same principle applies when presenting products online—I’ve found this approach works well for furniture collections too: https://houseoffurnishes.co.uk/. It’s always worth focusing on an easy, user-friendly journey from start to finish.

Hello Community, I am building a quizz like this one https://www.florahealth.com/pages/biological-age where you can calculate your biological age. I am adding score to every potential answer. My question is - how i can add all the scores from the answers in order to calculate the age at the end of the quizz? Thanks,

I manage a food-related site called Modern Food Catering, and I’m using Typeform to collect recipe feedback and small survey responses from users. The issue I’m facing is that the responses aren’t grouping correctly into the categories I set (like cuisine type or meal preference). Even with conditional logic, everything ends up in a single list when I export it.Has anyone dealt with this before? I’d really appreciate guidance on the best setup for organizing responses into clean, separate categories.

Does anyone know how the payment method works

I’m using VideoAsk to collect short job promotion videos from individual agencies. Each agency will submit a video response for a specific job opening, and I need each individual video response to include or connect to that specific job’s direct link.In other words, I don’t want one general link attached to the whole VideoAsk. I need Response A to connect to Job Link A, Response B to connect to Job Link B, Response C to connect to Job Link C, and so on.Is there a way to have each respondent submit their unique job link and then have that link stay attached to their individual video response when I share or embed it?Basically, I need every individual response video to have its own correct, unique job link connected to it.What’s the best way to do this in VideoAsk?

How to convert a URL parameter to a number so that I can pass price into the Typeform for use in the payment slide. I need to do Part 1 - an application which calculates price based on user answers.  Then I want to be able to branch to 2 separate Typeforms using URL parameters to pass the price.  Then use a Stripe payment slide for one Typeform that I have branched to and a Paypal payment slide for the other Typeform that I have branched to. (Typeform doesn’t allow both types of payment slides in a single Typeform.)However, URL parameters are passing data a character not numeric and I need to convert this calculated url passed price information from the original Typeform into numeric for use as price in the 2 branched to forms. How can I convert a passed URL variable from character to numeric?

I’ve created a short ‘check’, or diagnostic, about how our fitness trackers are influencing our behaviour. I would really appreciate it if I can find a handful of health and wellness coaches could spare 15 minutes to give me a hand. Please DM me or reply to this post and I will send you the link des
