Does anyone have any advice on how to use imagery that looks good on both desktop and mobile? Specific size or layout that tends to work best? Thanks for your help!

Is it possible to change the font color of a link in typeform so it pops? Typically HTML links are underlined and blue or a different color to contrast with the standard font color. However, my links appear black with my black text. There’s only an underline to indicate that it’s a link and that’s too subtle. 

Is there any way to disable the automatic keyboard popping up on mobile when there is anything to type in the typeform? I want my users to read the questions first before and then start typing once they tap into the text field. Right now they have to close the keyboard manually to read the whole question which is kind of irritating for some.

I am currently trying to make my form which is a simple Q&A form return the the beginning of the form without it opening a new window on submission. Ideally wanting to use this as an embed to go alongside a video. How do I do this? 

Some texts don’t appear properly on mobile device. How can we correct this in order to have the whole words appearing on the screen vertical? (attaching photo here) 

I’ve recently had to update our respondent notification due to staff changes. However, the notification that is being sent still has the old content. I can see the updated content in the wizard. I’ve even deleted it completely and started again, but it still sends the old content.Any ideas?

Hi everyone, I am using typeform to create subscription forms for trainings.As people subscribe, I need them to agree with the terms of the subscription : that they give me the right to use their image (photos from the training for marketing use, for example) and that they agree with how the training is going to be organized.Is there a way to add a ‘’check box’’ at the end of the form like ‘’when subscribing to this training, I agree to …. check’’. Thank you so much for your help, Laurline

We have a form that collects data from a visitor such as Name and Company Name. We use the Company Name in a custom field we send to Hubspot and we need to add some text after the company name. Is there any way to take the answer provided by the user to the company name question and add that to a variable?Is there anyway to then take this and modify another variable?Example:Q. What is your company name?A. Company ABC, LLCNow we want to take this answer and assign it to a variable.Once we have the variable the customer answers another question and based on that answer we might change the text.The new variable might look like this: Company ABC, LLC - XYZ Services, where the company name came from the answer to the first question.I have not been able to see how I can recall a question answer is the @ symbol. Thanks!Eric     

Hi there!Adding decimal separators like „1’000’000“ or „$1,000.23“ (depending on the language) would be super helpful for calculations in typeform and make the readability and possibility to quickly scan and understand numbers much better.I created a calculator für Conversion Rate Optimization and the result in savings could go into thousands and more, but all the users see are numbers with a lot of zeros :)Thanks in advance!Cheers, Dirk

Hello !I would like to create a calculator for profitability depending on the answer of 4 questions :What is your average monthly visitor on site ? What is your conversion rate ? What is your average basket ? What is your monthly media budget ?Then I would have a last slide saying your current ROAS is X, if you increase your conversion rate by 0,5% it would be X and you would make X incremental revenue. Formula for ROAS calculation would be 1 / (((website visitors x conversion rate) * average basket)/monthly media budget)Is that possible ?Thanks a lot !

I’d like to build a Typeform that will pull prices in from a Google sheet, and when the values change on the Google sheet, they automatically update in the Typeform. Is this possible?

How do I add multiple choice answers to a question and also allow the user to leave feedback on each question? 

Hello, I see that we can create Question Groups.   I notice that when the section changes a drop down will come from the top to show the current section but it doesn’t show all the sections.   Is it possible to show a menu with the different sections of the group? This would allow the user to see where they are in the form and also navigate more quickly if they need to go back and change something. Thanks!

I have been building 4 forms over the past month or so.  Last Thursday every time I would select Publish a popup displayed for selecting options for sharing the form.  Selecting anywhere outside the popup would close the popup, no big deal. The next day & since when I select Publish I now get the message "Oops Something went wrong, your form has formatting issues and we can’t open it.  Refresh page" Selecting the Refresh page button reopens the form & my latest changes have been saved and published. I get the same result on all 4 of the forms I’m building including the 2 that I haven’t changed the previous week. All 4 work as expected.  The impact of needing to refresh the page is that it goes back to the beginning of the form I'm working on which adds time while developing and testing.I accessed my account from another computer using Chrome & Edge, same result.I was using Chrome on my computer & tried Firefox & Edge, same result.Anyone else experience something sim

Hi!My company has a number of different online marketplaces and we are planning to use Typeform to collect on-site CSAT feedback from customers across each marketplace. The surveys for each marketplace are exactly the same, the only difference is that the questions, and sometimes the response options often refer to the name of the particular marketplace. I added a hidden field called ‘market’ to the URL and have figured out how to pipe this into the question text. However there doesn’t seem to be an option to pipe text into the multiple choice options.I feel like this leaves me with two suboptimal alternatives: 1. Create separate CSATs for each marketplace - this is annoying because then I likely have to merge  all the data files at the end2. Change the question wordings so that the marketplace is only referred to in the question and not the response options - I gave this a go, but now the questions sound a little weird to be honest. Does anyone know of any other solutions I could look

Hello,I’m trying to use the ‘picture choice’ function to rank a user’s selections. The order they select them is visible in the submitted responses but it is not clear to the user at the time of selection, which ones are 1,2,3,4,etcIf the user selects their choices without changing their mind then it is kind of ok, but people are people and change their minds! An ideal would be to have the selections numbered (just like say on FB when you select a number of images to post) - I assume this isn’t possible, but can anyone suggest a good way of ranking images?I’ve seen this post:  But I have 17 items to choose from, so that approach doesn’t really lend itselfAny thoughts much appreciated Lewis
