Hello community,I am looking to create my own WhatsApp Link generator using Typeform. I know it is possible, since Callbell made one that sends the generated link via email to visitors.My questions are:Can this be achieved without using any integration?Will the actual wa.me link be made available for easy copying in Typeform?Is it possible not send the links to visitor emails? Are there other options?What kind of data do I get on my side whenever someone generates a link?Every comment is welcome, since there seems to be very little info about this topic. Thanks!

Hi, I had hoped to be able to use a matrix question with dropdown options instead of radio/markbox options. I read in the Q&A that that was not possible 10 months ago. As I did not see it yet in the question’s options, I take it is still not possible.Is there a workaround that is doing better then ‘split the questions up’ :) ?I have the same question for allowing respondents to fill in their answers in the matrix -- this wasn’t possible 8 months ago. Any workarounds? I would have to ask 12 questions + jump logic instead… Hoping for a better solution...

Hi there, I am adding my company logo on to our form but its massive! Its a circular logo and takes up SO much room on the page and quite frankly looks ridiculous.Can I make it smaller at all? We ideally just want it in the top corner. I understand that the system re-sizes it to fit onto either a desktop or mobile screen but can I make the image fill 10% of the screen rather than 50% ???TIA

Does typeform monitors image upload problems? We have noticed that there is no clear reason, but our form submission lately has dropped, also we noticed multiple clients reporting problems with image upload, testing some cases we also get an error on image upload. Hi,  I like having the group questions to cluster questions and have the header in sub-questions. However I do not need the first actual group question screen (waste of a screen) rather only the header and have the questions start immediately. (i.e., hide the first “group question” but have the header in all subsequent questions)Is there a way to do this?Thank you!

Hey Typos’I am attempting to create an order for that would allow someone to choose an item, a quantity of that item and then either complete their order OR add on another item with various quantities .I’m having trouble figuring out how to add that second item to the order once they have worked through the natural logic flow on the first item. For example, in Typeform’s example of a pizza order, how would you create a flow in which someone could lock in their entire pizza order, size an all - then add another pizza with its own attributes without having to submit and restart the form ( I would like to spare my customer the undue process of entering their personal and payment information all over again ).Currently my form gets through the order and prompts “ Would you like to add another item… “ Y/N .If No, it ends.If Yes, it links back to the original item selection form. Unfortunately I believe this is changing their initial answer not adding a new one ?Thank you for any ideas !

Is it possible to create bi-lingual questionnaires on Typeform? I want to start a new questionnaire, where the user can choose in the beginning, if he/she wants to answer in German or English...

HelloI’m trying to use TF to build a gamified scenario workshop. While it works ok at the moment, we want to add a few things and wondering if anyone has tips on these:We have 5 teams of 6 people each. In each team there are 6 different roles they will play and they will see different information depending on which role they have (Person A in team 1 sees the same thing as Person A in team 2, but Person A and Person B see different info). Is there a way to preassign people to these teams & roles rather than just asking them to select their team and role? Using a passcode or something? We have set times that they need to complete certain sections and move on, Is there a timer or clock function to force them to continue?Thanks!

If I have a text (or long text) question that is optional, can I use logic to branch from there (if they answered, go here; if they didn’t answer, go there)?   How can I do that?  I’m not looking for any specific text in the answer, just for whether or not there is an answer.  Thanks!

Hi!I have 10 questions in a sequence, each question is unrelated to the next. I want to do a display logic where a question will only be displayed if a previously defined variable is of a certain value. For example, my questions are…Do you like apples? - display only if variable a = 1 Do you like oranges? - display only if variable b = 1 Do you like strawberries? - display only if variable c = 1 ...Is this doable with Typeform? Thank you!

Does anyone know how or even if it is possible to create a wholesale apparel form on Typeform.  The issue with this, is one product will have size sku’s with qty on the side, which should be done together.  Any help would be great! 

We’ve have noticed that Duplicate form button doesn’t fully duplicate everything.Doesn't duplicate messages, e.g. we have translated, updated them to our own needs, but on duplicate they reset to default, need extra time to add it. Doesnt duplicate notification settings  Doesnt duplicate connected integrations, e.g. upload to google drive etc… Probably doesnt do more, is that what typeform planned or this is something stil needs to be improved?  

I’m re-using the same form to collect feedback about several products. I track products by using a hidden parameter, e.g. #product=productA, #product=productB, #product=productC, etc.Sometimes, I want one user to submit feedback about several products in a row. I use different Endings to redirect a user to the same form, but with a different product as a hidden field.For example, when a user submits a response for productA, I use an ending to redirect to the same form for productB. When a user leaves feedback for productB I redirect that user to the #product=productC URL.Most of the time (I’d say 8/10) it works fine, just as I described. 😊Now and then, a user who submits the form, with the hidden field #product=productA, is redirected to the original URL, i.e. the one with #product=productA, instead of the URL with #product=productB (despite seeing the correct Ending).This is hard to reproduce because it only happens sometimes! We have an ordering page built using logic.  So for example some items that clients will order have some follow-up questions.  But when I enable the multiple choice on the product selection page it doesn’t take to each relevant follow up question, just the first.  Here is a super simple way to see what I need to happen (Not type form but something similar (https://tripetto.com/help/articles/how-to-repeat-follow-up-for-multiple-selected-options/)Product SelectionBusiness CardsLetterheadsFlyersPostersFollow Up QuestionsBusiness Cards--→ How many business cards do you need?Letterheads--→ How many letterheads do you need?Flyers--→ How many flyers do you need?Posters--→ How many posters do you need? It should show the relevant follow on question for each product selected. I'm really stressed out right now maybe that's why I cant think straight, but I'm having trouble with my survey's logic. So I have to randomize people by their date of birth ( if born before 30.06.YYYY Jump to question 3, all other cases jump to question 4). I have made the logic and it seems fine but it still wont work when I try to preview it. I can't find the mistake. The problem is that any date of birth i put in will jump to question 3  

Hi. Pictures aren’t working on our typeforms, e.g. in some forms it doesn0’t work on the starting screen; never works on picture questions.  Are we the only ones with this issue? Is there a quick fix? We are scheduled to go live tomorrow with this particular one…...

Hi, The questions I wrote in the typeform editor are not accurate/up to date when someone goes to fill in the form. But the questions are up to date in the editor. Hi!All of the images in all of my most recent typeforms are missing, I worked on one of them last monday and have never encountered this issue before (user since 2019). Images are not loading, but their names are. Are they not found within the service? Also, when I look in the “My Gallery” none of the images I’ve used load.All of my typeforms are dependent on the images, both as buttons and to visually present options making the typeforms void until they are fixed.Replacing the images by hand is not an option, because of the sheer amount of time that it has required and would require to do again. Hello. I'm building a form and I want to re-direct people to a Paypal page once they've submitted it. It works properly on my laptop, but not on my phone. I want it to re-direct to this page: https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/munimpact/[@euro]eurIf I submit it from my laptop, it goes to the right Paypal page with the correct amount and correct currency (Euros), but on my phone it goes to a page with the amount changed and in the wrong currency. For example, if someone owes 127.5 Euro...on my laptop, it will re-direct to a paypal page with 127.5 Euro pre-filled. If I do it on my phone, it re-directs to a paypal page with 12.75 USD pre-filled. Please advise!
