Hello Community,How can we add title to the first page of the form(Question 1 page), I am looking to add a title with my organization name and text that says ‘This Survey is Confidential and Anonymous’. Can I set a form to accept more than 1 file  as an upload eg 3 or 4 photos - As long as it stays under the file size max

Hi, I have a simple question branching after a multiple choice. After that I have a Text field input where the response doesn´t matter for the logical jump. I want it always to jump to a new position later in the chain. BUT I can not choose ALWAYS from the list it is just (equal to, not equal to…..).What to do?

Hello everyone,I’ve been trying to do the following in Typeform but with no success so far, the objective can be described as: when the user is facing a multiple choice question, he/she can have instant feedback by clicking on the different answers. Some kind of “cheat sheet”, in a way.Example: Question: What is true about the city of Paris ?Answer A: It is split between 20 districtsAnswer B: It is crossed by 20 metro linesWhat I would like is, as soon as the user clicks on “Answer A”, to display: “Correct ! And this is why...”, without clicking on the “Next” button ! My intention is to let the user navigates between the answers to really understand why A is the correct answer, not just try and be lucky (these will be really tough questions 🤓).I called it “Instant feedback” but I’d be very interested if someone could tell me if that exists or how to develop it. Thank you!Tristan

Hi, I’ve used a template to build my quiz and have embedded it on my website.However, there seems to be a large gap at the top of the form between my first piece of text or image and the rest of my web page.The area circled in red is the gap I’m talking about in the first image.The second image shows no such gap on the build page.How can I remedy this?Thanks 

I want to make a typeform with for example 50 questions, of which a person filling in the questionaire gets 10 random questions of these 50. Is this possible?

Hi there! I need to know if I can do a quiz where a person answers let’s say 8 questions with a selection of A, B, C, D choices. Here’s the logic I am considering:If she answers with 4 or more As, she gets answer 1. If she answers with 4 or more Bs, she gets answer 2, and so on. First of all, I assume this logic is possible. What do I do for the people who answer an assortment of A, B, C, D?Would there be then 5 possible outcomes - 4 or more A, B, C, D and then an answer for people who have an assortment?What do I do if I want to have more possible outcomes than 5? Increase the number of questions?Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

I have a logic jump quandary which probably has a simple solution that I am drawing a blank on. I will use the attached image to give some context. What I would like to have happen is…#12 (multiple choice) leads to either #13, #14, #15 or #16 depending on the users answer.#’s 13-16 are short answer and allow the user to enter a unique answer.I would like to have the user go from #13, 14, 15 or 16 directly to #17. However, if the user is sent from #12 to #13, after answering they would have to trickle through 14,15,16 before landing on 17. How can I resolve this and make it so #12 leads to 13, 14, 15 or 16, and when the user completes the one they were sent to it would leap directly to 17. I have a hunch that it has to do with the short answer criteria asking “contains” ends with” begins with” etc… Thanks for the help! 

I get an email when someone replies but only on some of my typeform, and I cannot find where to set the email notification ON. I do not see the email symbol that I read on other publications….

I have a 7 module online course, with a quiz in each module. I’d like the user name and email address for each respondent to pass through from one quiz to the next. They will probably be logging in and out of the course site between quizzes.I cannot see how to enable this with hidden fields within Typeform create mode - is it possible? (or does this require additional integrations or programming expertise? thanks for your help! Use case: I start the course, provide my name and email on the first typeform, and when I get to the next lesson, the next typeform ‘recalls’ my name and email and says “Welcome back Fred” etc.

Hello everybody, I want to build a relatively simple questionnaire, but I think I still don’t know typeform’s functionality well enough to make it.Q1: So I have the first 12 questions which will define how the survey is going on. They are grouped in 4 groups, 3 questions each. I want to compare the score that the user got in the first 2 and last 2 groups and the winners from those 2 comparisons define the next  questions. I managed to compare them in the variables, but I believe they don’t store information from a previous question? Q2: The next phase of questions are 15, grouped in 3 equal groups. I need to compare the 3 groups and the highest should be showed as your result in the end. If you have any idea or an example I would be very grateful! Thank you in advance!! 

I’m pretty sure what I’m about to ask for is NOT possible - but it sure would be a nice feature.I am building a lead-gen form and I would like to use graphical options in my answer, with easy to understand text - and map them to product names in Salesforce.For example: Easy to use point and click tool → Product 1A script based tool → Product 2 Etc. - where “Product 1 and Product 2” are pick-list values in Salesforce, and the text versions are the text options in Typeform Is this possible? ThanksWalter 

I’m making a quiz, but I’m not sure if there is a feature for this certain type of question I would like to ask. I’ve included a photo for an example. I would like them to be able to enter an answer for each letter without making it an individual question for each. I have several graphs like this for them to fill out and if their only able to answer one cell at a time, it will be a very long quiz. Please let me know if you have any suggestions!  

Hi Everyone,I am building a form looking like a quizz and I am facing a challenge that I am not able to address. I thought I could use your help and experience for that.Context : I created a Quizz where I would like several respondents to answer the same instance of the quiz together (with one instance and not sharing the link twice). The mechanics I would like to implement : The respondents enter their names (maximum 5) before entering in the form. For example : Player 1 and Player 2 The default use : when you answer a question, the response in the same for Player 1 and Player 2 If the “ * “ is pressed on the keyboard, we can toggle between Player 1 and Player 2 and the answer goes for either Player 1 or Player 2 depending on the toggleWhat I tried :I played a bit with Logic Design but the thing is that it is not adapative. Everything needs to be decided before.It will be awesome if I could use your experience and give me some insights :) Cheers,Spike

Hi, I’m trying to create the logic that in question 1 I have multiple select choice question (say they chose red, pink and blue but not green or black) and then I want the answers they selected to come back as the columns in the next matrix question. Any idea how to set that up? Thanks! Aske
