Build your typeform

hi  - i wanted to communicate to prize winners what they have won but not via a boring email. how can i use typeform for this kind of non survey communication

I have an “A” and “B” end page already created.  I have a qualifying question at the start of the survey and I want the people who qualify to take the survey to get a different END page than those who do not.  When I go to the LOGIC for that question, it ONLY gives me “SUBMIT FORM”.  How do I select the right END page for survey takers based on the qualifying question?

I have a free version, trying to upgrade to the monthly professional version.  I’m in the U.S., paying with my Discover card.  The card is valid, not getting any error messages.  I click on the “upgrade now” button and it does nothing!  GRRRRRRRR

Hey,So when a customer fills out the Typeform and ends on the ending slide. I currently have a button where I send users back to the front page. Is it possible to make a button link that just closes the Typeform? Instead of sending them to another page?  Your help will be appreciated :-) Best, Andrew 

I want to use hidden fields in my form for a person’s name, but it's recommending marketing services, and I wish to use it with excel, can you use an Excel file with peoples names with hidden fields? versus having to use an external marketing program? and if so, is there any instructions on how to do it I could not find it in the help centre. Thank you in advance for any answers they can help.

I have built out a pretty extensive set of questions, numerous @’s to recall responses, some logic, and various jump to’s in a Question Group.  I have now duplicated that group (I need to duplicate this 20 times). On my first test run, I noticed that the @’s in the second Question Group were still referencing responses in the first Question Group.  I assumed that Typeform would intelligently update these within the Question Group, for every duplication.Is this not the case, or did I do something incorrectly?Unfortunately, if this isn't the case, I’m going to have to correct all of these within every (20) Question Group, with approx 40 questions in every group, and nearly every question uses an @ from the previous question to tie the entire form together coherently.  I’m really hoping I did something wrong in the duplication :-)Thanks!

I have mad before 2 typefrom and now it is classic version, how I can change it to the new updated version from the typefrom?? as it was built with a lot of the logic configurations 

This survey is for a client and right now when I share a link, it has my name in it.  I want to change it to the client name.  I have looked in this community forum and didn’t see the question asked, have looked around in the tool and I’m hoping I’m just missing where to make this change.Your help would be appreciated.

Ok so I’ve seen this done with Typeform but cannot figure out how to do it myself. I have an assessment that needs to provide an overall score and scores for 5 individual sections. After the assessment is submitted, I need to send a copy of all of the results - overall and each section along with some pre written feedback. It would look something like: Section 1 overall score:Feedback ….. Section 2 overall score:Feedback ….Etc. Does anyone know how to do something like this? I’ve been looking everywhere for hints lol!Appreciate any help.

Hi there - we are wondering if we can recall extensive, multiple entries of  information from a spreadsheet with unique identifiers for personalized responses. Can this be done? 

Hi,I have a typeform where it is impossible for me to remove redirect on completion. It asks me to upgrade my plan which I don’t want and don’t need to. I can’t publish either because I would need to upgrade.Any workaround? Didn’t find anything and can’t find a way to contact support. Can’t change it, can’t publish… This could also be due to the fact I am working on a duplicate from an old typeform in the classic builder that I now moved to the new builder. Thank you!

I’ve faced the issue that new layout doesn’t support hidden fields the way it was in classinc layout. I’m wondering if this option is completely gone or it’s moved somewhere else. I’m trying to find an effective API connection to my website. 

How can I increase the opacity on the Welcome Screen description? It’s not 100% and it’s a bit tough to see with the image I want to use for a form. 

Does Typeform allow Respondent to type their own comments

I’ve been using the New Builder recently and much prefer over the Classic Builder… However, I can no longer see an option to build in the New version and the default is Classic again. The only way I can use New Builder is to duplicate an older New Build survey and then amend - which isn’t perfect as my surveys are always so different. Have I missed something? Can someone help me resolve, please? Any help much appreciated. 

Hi, Would it be possible to redirect respondents to a different question if they are using PC (and not mobile)? For example, we can redirect mobile users directly to our mobile app (in order to assign them points to “thank them” for their response), while I would need to add an additional question before the Thank you screen for PC users for them to manually enter their email address (in order to be able to recognize them and assign them points afterwards).Any idea how we could manage this? Thank you so much for your help! Sophie.

Hi there, I will ask the email to participant and want them to introduce it twice to avoid typos. How can I set up that both questions/fields are exact match? Thanks in advance

My Survey Design does not carry forward once I link it to my website - it goes to the default setting though I have created it and see correctly on the Typeform platform

Hi everyone! Pretty simple ask yet I cannot figure this out…. I am looking to include a question (one slide) asking for both email and phone number IN that question. Without using Short or Long Text, is this possible? Thank you in advance!

Is there a recursion detection that stops infinite loops from happening? Warning - long, complicated post ahead:I have a survey where the logic is something like this: Choose a,b,c,d,e,etc... if ‘a’ is chosen, jump to dropdown 1 and answer the next 5 dropdowns after it. On the last dropdown (dropdown 5) there is a logic statement that sends you back to the choose a,b,c,d... slide. Then you have to pick a different option which will bring you to a new dropdown set. I want this to occur three times and then when the variable that I’m incrementing becomes 3, I end the survey by jumping to the last slide.The problem is that this is failing after it jumps back to the choose a,b,c… slide for the second time. Instead of jumping to the second set of dropdowns, it jumps to the last slide.I’ve tested this using a much simpler setup with two slides looped together, and it looks like there’s either a bug or some kind of recursion check because they stop looping after the second time as seen above.

Hi how do I stop people choosing an option they have previously chosen?

Is there a way to change the order of my answers in a quiz by just dragging?  Really don't want to have to reload.Creating a style quiz and would like the answers to be mixed up a bit in order.

Hello!So, I do have a question (no. 3) that provides a multiple choice amongst:A, B, C, DA should redirect to 7 (and it does)B to 4 (and then 4 to 7 no matter what)C to 5 (and then 5 to 7 no matter what)D to 6 (and then 6 to 7 no matter what)but currently 4 goes to 5 and 5 to 6 then to 7I’ve left the field empty and just populated the jump with the question number.What is wrong in the logic?------All solved. It was and advanced logic issue

I am using typeform to generate leads for local clients. I would like to add a different pixel to different accounts. It appears that if I add a FB pixel integration, it is included for all my forms. I have the professional plan.
