It can not change "picture choice"

1. Now my test has been built and the logic is set2. My test is the picture selection button3. Now I want to change the picture, but there is no response when I click to change the picture. I also tried to change the browser operation, but still can't change the picture，or cannot be deleted.4. Do I have to delete this question so that I can replace this picture option again.

Multiple choice labelling

Is there anyway to not have numbers or letters labelling the multiple choice options, and just have the choices themselves? I have seen a request to switch from letters to numbers, but nothing at all would float my boat in such a big way.

Multiple choice question with multiple follow up questions each (but not all)

Hi !I’m losing my mind for a logic jump about multiple choice question because then it leads to multiple follow up question per answer.And obviously I can’t make it work like I want.Here it’s what it looks like :A → Question 1 → Question 2B → Question 3 → Question 4C → Question 5 → Question 6 D → Question 7 → Question 8 E → Question 9 → Question 10F → Question 11 → Question 12 → Question 13 → Question 14 → Question 15G → Question 16 → Question 17H → Question 19I → Question 19 They all have to go to Question 19 at the end, but what I’m trying to do, is that if the person choses almost all choices, how can they access all of the follow up questions ? Same if they chose only 2 choices like A and B, or 3 choices like E and F and H, or 4 like A and D and E and G, or 5,...No idea if that make senses…Thank you for your help anyway !EDIT / EDIT / EDIT / EDIT / EDIT Ok I have resolved it. Logic with unlimited answers (Quiz)

I set up my Typeform so that participants can fill in unlimted awnsers. This is a conscious choice. If participants now fill in all the answers, the answer is always correct, because the correct answers are among the choices. This is of course not the intention. mostly there are one, two or three awsers right. How can you ensure that participants do not enter the correct answer when they click on all answers. I'd love to hear from you!

Merge branching questions results

Hello, I have made branching logic to change the text of the next question, therefore I had to duplicate that question to have two different text.Depending on the previous question score the next question says “happy to know, etc..” or “sorry to hear, etc ..” The problem is that I don’t find a way to merge the results of those two questions that the results basically the same, just the text of the questions isn’t. So in my typeform results, I can’t properly see the statistics. Am I doing it wrong ?

Unwanted scrolling that appears on picture choice

Chat Bot

HI, we are using the chat widget as a traffic director. We are wondering if the box can be expanded somehow as it is very small compared to others. Also we want to add a pic like a normal support chat. Lastly, for custom launch options which plan do you need. We have the business plan and do not need the any more bandwidth, but we do want the custom launch? Custom launch is not noted as a feature in the price comparison chats.

Video appears on half the page for 2 seconds then only full page.

We have a few videos in the background of our typeform. The issue we’re facing on multiple devices is that there seems to be a pretty long load time. The video appears on half the screen for around 2 second then stretches across the whole screen. Any idea what we need to do to fix this?

How to Output a Price Range?

Hello! I was wondering if anyone had any luck with the logic flow/formatting on how to output a “range” in the calculation. I can easily get the price (@score), but want the final slide to look something like this. Thanks for taking the assessment. Your estimated price for this project should fall between X [@score x .95] AND Y [@score x 1.10]. Does anyone know how to go about this?Thank you

Optimizing for dark mode

Hello,can i somehow optimise my typeform for people using their devices in dark mode?I created a wonderful typeform in the brand´s colors, but using dark mode it looks terrible… the color of the text and the buttons switch, but the background stays mainly the same… it is hard to read the texts and sadly it is not the right brand colors anymore.Thanks in advance!Hanna

Auto Generate Promo code based on verfiying questions

I’d like to create a Typeform that generates a code based on submissions. Is there a way to auto verify an account ID, and output a code for the person filling out the form? All account IDs that are allowed to receive the code would be on the backend, and if a code submitted matches, a promo code is provided to the person filling out the form.
