Hi team, I am am a coach, that uses Typeform as an application for intake.I coach both men and women,I have a different, seperate typeform for either sex…I am now building out an email sequence from my website to encourage people to fill the application…I am wondering if there is a way for me to:have a general typeform start point for BOTH men and women A first question that says ‘are you male or female?’ From that point forward, two seperate sets of typeform questions based on how they answer? This would allow me to then ensure I reply with a more personlised automatic sales video? Thanks in advance. Jase
Hi everyone !I have a short form with 3 questions. It can hard to respond so I would like to help my respondents with contextual text after 30 seconds of inactivity for example to show them some example. Is it possible ?I don’t want to display these examples too soon, to avoid the bias.Any suggestion ? :)
Is it possible to get multi-stage form responses?Specifically, I would like to create a form that collects submitted content at multiple stages. We need to prioritize the requested content in three stages. It would looks something like this:***Q1: Name (required)Q2: DOB (required)Q3: Rating Scale (required)Next sectionQ4: Rating Scale (optional)Q5: Short form answer (optional)Next sectionQ6: Short form answer (optional)Q7: Short form answer (optional)Q8: Short form answer (optional)***Is it possible to capture the information based on whether or not the section was completed? Q1 - Q3 is a priority, and we don’t want to risk not getting answers to those questions if the user feels the rest of the survey to too long/burdensome.Thanks!
Hello, I’m trying to connect two forms… the first one users are prompted to select / submit a score from 0-10 (opinion scale). Based on responses in this first form, I’d like to follow up with a series of questions in the second form. I understand the concept of hidden fields, however it doesn’t seem to apply to this particular scenario. If so, some guidance would be appreciated.
Hi, I’m trying to figure out if Outcome Quiz logic can be used with the granularity needed for the following use case.Specifically, I’m wondering how the logic is constructed where you “Link Outcomes to Endings.” I’m having trouble figuring it out via trial and error. When I select answers in the “Link Answers to Ending” prompt, is the given Ending associated with a set of answers selected if ANY of the selected answers are present, or only if ALL of the selected answers are present?Does this apply if I select multiple answers for a given question to be associated with an Ending? Use case:I am building a quiz with 8-10 questions from which 5 characteristics are determined about a respondent. Some characteristics are determined from 1 question and some characteristics require multiple questions. Each characteristic has 3-4 options.Based on the combination of 5 characteristics, I’m assigning an Ending. For some characteristics, this characteristic will determine the Ending you get, NO
I want to pass an email address value from my CRM to the typeform. Not to display, but to record the email of respondents passively. Is this possible?
Creating surveys in which you want to show multiple follow up questions depending on an multiple choice, requires a lot of repeated logic. Unless you can duplicate questions this takes a lot of manual work. When questions need to be changed or re-ordered it’s going to require lot’s of manual work again.I’m referring to an example like explained in: Use Branching and calculations in Logic to show relevant questions. The typeform below starts with a Multiple Choice question, and people can choose as many options as they like. Our respondents will only see follow-up questions relevant to their choicesIt’s clear to me how to do it, but I’m hoping Typeform can improve the workflow. This is a feature request. What if we could add logic per question that describes when it should be visible / included / skipped? Instead of describing where to jump to next per question, we describe per question whether it should be visible. This means that in the example use case described above, instead of defi
Can I add a Vimeo video that will autoplay?
Is there a way to get the file upload from Typeform form to Microsoft Power Automate?
hi, can I embed a PDF in typeform just like you can with a video? I would rather not send them a PDF download link and let them leave the typeform platform, but keep our customers on the typeform platform when orienting themselves and filling in the form. kind regardsDennis
Is there a way to easy jump to one side of the of the first answer without using Typeform? I want to have the first question on a website but that the next question is in Typeform? Thank you!
Hi Community! We are a consultancy firm with many clients that we build basically the same Typeform surveys for. We’d love to be able to build a template survey in our account to share with them. Do you know if this is possible? Each new survey must be under the client’s individual account, so essentially we would like to be able to copy our template over into their account. Thanks for any insight!Natalie at Everoot Consulting
I am creating a form where people can enter up to 10 things. I want to allow them to skip the rest of the list if they run out of options. For example the question would be list 10 animals you love. Answer 1 : CatAnswer 2 : DonAnswer 3 : Blank (now I want them to skip to the next section) and not see the option to enter answer 4 - 10
1. Now my test has been built and the logic is set2. My test is the picture selection button3. Now I want to change the picture, but there is no response when I click to change the picture. I also tried to change the browser operation, but still can't change the picture,or cannot be deleted.4. Do I have to delete this question so that I can replace this picture option again.
Is there anyway to not have numbers or letters labelling the multiple choice options, and just have the choices themselves? I have seen a request to switch from letters to numbers, but nothing at all would float my boat in such a big way.
Hi !I’m losing my mind for a logic jump about multiple choice question because then it leads to multiple follow up question per answer. And obviously I can’t make it work like I want. Here it’s what it looks like :A → Question 1 → Question 2B → Question 3 → Question 4C → Question 5 → Question 6 D → Question 7 → Question 8 E → Question 9 → Question 10F → Question 11 → Question 12 → Question 13 → Question 14 → Question 15G → Question 16 → Question 17H → Question 19I → Question 19 They all have to go to Question 19 at the end, but what I’m trying to do, is that if the person choses almost all choices, how can they access all of the follow up questions ? Same if they chose only 2 choices like A and B, or 3 choices like E and F and H, or 4 like A and D and E and G, or 5,...No idea if that make senses…Thank you for your help anyway !EDIT / EDIT / EDIT / EDIT / EDIT Ok I have resolved it. It’s the same as when there’s only 1 follow up question each, but then you have to add the “reminder” on th
Hi,We do have more than 10 forms for a service request, so my question is there a way that we can combine multiple forms into one to seamless our user experience? Regards,Abdulwahab
I set up my Typeform so that participants can fill in unlimted awnsers. This is a conscious choice. If participants now fill in all the answers, the answer is always correct, because the correct answers are among the choices. This is of course not the intention. mostly there are one, two or three awsers right. How can you ensure that participants do not enter the correct answer when they click on all answers. I'd love to hear from you!
Hello!I'm trying to figure out if there is any way to track the last "START COURSE" button in my quiz?In the “RESULTS” tab of my Typeform Workflow, I don't see any tool to solve this problem! It's very important for me to know the number of users who click this button.Guys, can you help me?
who would like a person to only be able to respond to a typeform and only work for one response? I might have the answer...
Hello, I have made branching logic to change the text of the next question, therefore I had to duplicate that question to have two different text.Depending on the previous question score the next question says “happy to know, etc..” or “sorry to hear, etc ..” The problem is that I don’t find a way to merge the results of those two questions that the results basically the same, just the text of the questions isn’t. So in my typeform results, I can’t properly see the statistics. Am I doing it wrong ?
Hello fellow Typeform gurus!I have an issue with how my typeform appears on desktop. Is there a way to not have the top down scroll seen on the right of the screen in the image below? The page in question is - https://townly.com/project/apartments/balwyn-park-7-cherry-road-balwyn-victoria-3103 Happy to test a few different sizing options. The image above is with Supersize and the image below is without Supersize.Cheers!
I’m trying to perform search while creating logic and search is not working in any cases (list of item in multiple choices, questions or variables). I’m using Firefox 103.0.2, am I doing something wrong or the search is completely broken?
HI, we are using the chat widget as a traffic director. We are wondering if the box can be expanded somehow as it is very small compared to others. Also we want to add a pic like a normal support chat. Lastly, for custom launch options which plan do you need. We have the business plan and do not need the any more bandwidth, but we do want the custom launch? Custom launch is not noted as a feature in the price comparison chats.
