Could someone explain why I keep getting anonymous replies with no videos. I signed up and created an account yesterday. I sent the link out to loads of people. I've had a few actual videos but the rest keep coming back with the anonymous.response Â
I have a video ask that is getting a good amount of traffic. At the end of a tiktok lead form I push the user to record a video ask using the video ask link. Some of the videos come through but a majority of them look like this in my dashboard. Is there a fix for this? Â

Hi.When I redirect to a URL, it redirects the current tab.I want it to open a new page tab so you can go back to VideoAsk and continue.Is this possible?

All my videos start playing automatically with no sound (instead of a still image) and then when I click the “play” button, the video starts playing with sounds form the beggining. Notcied this was just added in the past couple weeks. Anyone know how to turn this off?  I tried using the “Pause auto-play” toggle switch under advanced settings and this didnt have any change.Â
Hello, community. How can I remove the Ask video watermark from my Ask videos?
Hello. Can I turn off the “record screen” option at the top of the video replies? I am working with senior citizens and I need the options to be minimal so people don’t get confused easily. I understand the need for the other options to let people upload (I educate them about this option), and change their microphone or camera. But the “record screen” option has created confusion. If there is a place to unselect this as an option on my VideoAsk, I can’t seem to locate it. Thanks for any help.
I wanted to know. Does the AI chatbot in videoask work like chatgpt? as in if the responder asks anything from it, then would the avatar reply just like chatgpt? or do we have to put in the keywords ourselves and store in that information then it performs like that?

Hello, I’m having an issue with a VideoAsk. When I press "play" in preview mode, there's a glitch that causes the first syllable to repeat. You hear "he-hello" instead of "hello" as it should be. My video file is not the problem.Can someone help?

Hi,I’m creating a videoask flow for parents who have just arrived at the neonatal intensive care unit with their preterm infant - the goal of the flow is to help them understand what they can do in the coming days and how to be the best parents for their critically ill child. I have a script for a strcutured conversation with a few segments - a video at the beginning/end of each, and a few questions. Is there a way to integrate a dynamic video response based on what the parent answers? (for example, I would ask: “can you share with me how you what you might find challening?” and then the bot would reflect/affirm that experience). Thank you!

Having a lot of issues uploading. Using the same camera, same format. Some videos are uploading, some are not.I’ve been trying to upload a few 30MB .mpeg4 video file for the last few hours.It says “video file OK” and after it’s uploaded I keep getting this error:Oops, something went wrong…I have cleared my cache, restart my computer, etc. Tried Chrome, tried Safari. Hi. My landing page is https://gabrielesartori.myclickfunnels.com/vls-t-e3fc0rr On google ads I then add the ?utm_source=PMAX or ?utm_source=YTADS to that link to split users depending by the campaign they come from. At the end of the timer on the landing page a button appears with the direct link to the videoask I followed the guide on your website and added the #utm_source= at the end of the videoask direct link, but the utm parameter doesnt appear in videoask contact profile. The problem is after the = in the videoask url, there should be a dynamic code to pick from the landing page url the utm source, but there isn't...  How can I setup the direct videoask url on the landing page to pick up the utm source and passing it on the lead contact profile? ThanksÂ
I think VIDEOASK is a great tool but I’m very busy and don’t have time to create workflows or learn the tool. I’m looking for an individual who can do a workflow for my business. Anyone interested?
