All my videos start playing automatically with no sound (instead of a still image) and then when I click the “play” button, the video starts playing with sounds form the beggining. Notcied this was just added in the past couple weeks. Anyone know how to turn this off?  I tried using the “Pause auto-play” toggle switch under advanced settings and this didnt have any change. 

Hello, community. How can I remove the Ask video watermark from my Ask videos?

Hello.  Can I turn off the “record screen” option at the top of the video replies?  I am working with senior citizens and I need the options to be minimal so people don’t get confused easily.  I understand the need for the other options to let people upload (I educate them about this option), and change their microphone or camera.  But the “record screen” option has created confusion.  If there is a place to unselect this as an option on my VideoAsk, I can’t seem to locate it. Thanks for any help.

I wanted to know. Does the AI chatbot in videoask work like chatgpt? as in if the responder asks anything from it, then would the avatar reply just like chatgpt? or do we have to put in the keywords ourselves and store in that information then it performs like that?

Hi, I have been trying everything for the past 3 hours to record videos, but the audio isn't working well. I am experiencing audio delay, no audio at all, or very disruptive interference. I have restarted VideoAsk, restarted my laptop, but nothing works. Is there anyone who could help me?

Hello, I’m having an issue with a VideoAsk. When I press "play" in preview mode, there's a glitch that causes the first syllable to repeat. You hear "he-hello" instead of "hello" as it should be. My video file is not the problem.Can someone help?

How can I edit the height and width of the multiple option buttons, so that all the options appear on the screen and I don't have to scroll to see the last options.Thanks,

For VideoAsk, how can I have a e-book automatically download after collecting email addresses?  

Has this been implemented yet? These seems like a pretty easy fix. Sometimes I just have choices and having an A or a B label applied makes no sense. 

Hi,I’m creating a videoask flow for parents who have just arrived at the neonatal intensive care unit with their preterm infant - the goal of the flow is to help them understand what they can do in the coming days and how to be the best parents for their critically ill child. I have a script for a strcutured conversation with a few segments - a video at the beginning/end of each, and a few questions. Is there a way to integrate a dynamic video response based on what the parent answers? (for example, I would ask: “can you share with me how you what you might find challening?” and then the bot would reflect/affirm that experience). Thank you!

Looking for a freelancer to create a VideoAsk sequence and to be on video (asking questions).  It could be an ongoing engagement.

Using the same camera, same format. Some videos are uploading, some are not.I’ve been trying to upload a few 30MB .mpeg4 video file for the last few hours.It says “video file OK” and after it’s uploaded I keep getting this error:Oops, something went wrong…I have cleared my cache, restart my computer, etc. Tried Chrome, tried Safari. Tried it on iPhone.What’s the issue?

And I got to the point where the page loads really slow, plus the mouse response is also getting very slow. What can I do to make the site loads faster? or is it because I have so many elements (or steps) that the site loads really slow? Thank you!

Hi. My landing page is https://gabrielesartori.myclickfunnels.com/vls-t-e3fc0rr On google ads I then add the ?utm_source=PMAX or ?utm_source=YTADS to that link to split users depending by the campaign they come from. At the end of the timer on the landing page a button appears with the direct link to the videoask I followed the guide on your website and added the #utm_source= at the end of the videoask direct link, but the utm parameter doesnt appear in videoask contact profile. The problem is after the = in the videoask url, there should be a dynamic code to pick from the landing page url the utm source, but there isn't...  How can I setup the direct videoask url on the landing page to pick up the utm source and passing it on the lead contact profile? Thanks

I think VIDEOASK is a great tool but I’m very busy and don’t have time to create workflows or learn the tool. I’m looking for an individual who can do a workflow for my business. Anyone interested?

Hi VideoAsk Team, I’m a new member of VideoAsk and would like to ask a question.In my project, I have 8 questions with possible answers between yes and no only, and I don't want the customer to skip a single question (meaning I made a linear logic for every step, because all questions must not be skipped).So my question is:Is it possible to not just make the final step the determining factor of which URL they will be redirected to. Because I want their answers to be accumulated, like which URL they will be redirected to depends on how many yes and no answers they get.  Please let me know, thank you!

A quick question on using the AI Chatbot function. If using this option, would the information be contained or held within a secure / closed environment? If I understand it correctly, this integrates the use of ChatGPT? I am just wondering about sensitive client information and making sure the information remains in a private and secure environment as opposed to becoming share in an open source environment. If so, I can look at just using the other options, but just wouldn’t mind learning more on this. Thanks!Ash
