Welcome to another edition of our Member Spotlight series. Today we catch up with another familiar face to Community regulars – Matej Lednický - AKA @mathio. 😁 Matej has always been excited about the web and its technologies. Ever since he first connected to the internet back in the early 2000s he knew he wanted to build for the web. At the time he had no idea starting with simple HTML websites would turn into building full-featured applications like Typeform, but his journey was already set. Matej loves building open source software. Here at Typeform he is responsible for the Typeform Embed Library, which he rates as his favorite project.  You can find Matej's occasional posts about work, side-projects and technologies on Twitter (@mathio28).  Summer is finally here! There may be heat waves across the world, but you’ve all been heatin’ up your forms by asking plenty of questions in the community. You’ve posted some tricky issues, like this one, and shared how creative you're getting. It’s been a joy to see some of you using both Typeform and VideoAsk to grow your businesses, so let’s keep the summer fun rolling into next month! In the meantime, let’s dive into the numbers from last month.  Since June, we’ve had 951 new folks join the community, bringing us to a total of 16,104 members. 193 of you were VideoAsk users - yay! That’s almost twice as many new VideoAsk folks here. Likewise, if you’ve thought about embedding your typeforms and decided not to, we'd also love to know why.  Our product team would like to know more about what embed types you’re using and why, any pains or frustrations with the embed process, and why you’re not using certain embed features we offer.  If selected, you’ll speak face-to-face with our product managers for no longer than 30 minutes via Zoom. If you've been hanging around our Community, you probably noticed his presence. Darnell is based in the USA and uses both Typeform and VideoAsk. The man is pure charisma! Every day, he brings a lot of positivity into this little corner of the internet. That's why we decided to feature him in our Community Member Spotlight!  Ladies and gentlemen, I'm proud to announce… Darnell Brown! 👏🏽  What do you use Typeform/VideoAsk for?I'm currently using Typeform for feedback surveys and soon I'll be using it for quizzes. For VideoAsk, I'm using it both for lead generation and lead qualification, as well as for shopping guidance. So, when someone is visiting a website it offers an experience like when you go to a clothing store and the vendor asks you "May I help you with something?" It's basically being able to guide the visitor to where they need to go on my website.  Which Typeform/VideoAsk feature can’t you live without?For Typeform, it would be conditional logic. I can't live without that!

Congratulations folks 🎊10,000 is just a number, but it gives us the perfect excuse to pause and reflect on all the amazing moments and the hard work we’ve put in this year. Community growth isn’t about adding more members - although that’s always a good sign!.
