Hello dear community I'm James and I'm a community content specialist here at Typeform. Since you made it here to our community I'm pretty sure you're doing some neat stuff with Typeform – or at least you're planning to. We'd love to hear what you've been doing with Typeform, so we can elevate your creations along with your tips and insights to inspire and educate our community. We'll be sharing the most amazing 'typeform stories' here in the community and our social media channels. It'll be a great way to get some virtual back slaps for the hard work you've put in – and expose your business to our community. We may also be interested in featuring your story in a blog article, podcast, webinar, or even a documentary! Examples of the sort of cases we've featured before:* How Typeform's Support team creates automated ticketing reports * How Rostr saved four hours a week by integrating Typeform and Automate.io * Meet the lead generating quiz that reshaped CurlMix's hair care business*
I’d like to know if you can display an entire form at once for users?Similar to how Airtable displays all the info at once?I wouldn’t want this for every case.. But I’d be curious to test.. even A/B test which approaches are better.Cheers,Connor
We’re back at it with Office Hours! Nico and I are hosting an Office Hours session April 29th at 8am PST, so bring your questions! Office Hours are your chance to ask questions to the Typeform team live and learn from others who are using Typeform, too. Not sure what to ask about? Here are some ideas to get you started: Get your technical questions answered: tell us about your quandaries around APIs, embedding, integrations – or whatever is puzzling you. Show and tell: built something cool with Typeform? We'd love to see your solution, so feel free to come along and share Ask us anything: Curious about anything Typeform-related? Ask away! Drop a comment below if you have anything you’d like to learn this week – or if you want to share something you've built with the crew for feedback. You can find all the event details, including how to join, here.
Hey Community, This is @David Leon and me, coming at you with some pretty cool news about a new project we're working on at Typeform: SHIFT! So, what is Shift? We're glad you asked. Shift is a new Typeform series that sheds light on Typeform customers that are doing great things for their community and in doing so, making the world just that much better. The Shift series will pair short and powerful documentaries with long form articles that will offer a truly reflective narrative of our customers and their journeys. Why are we doing this? We want to learn what it takes to be a truly meaningful brand and offer those who are working through this, a stage in which to share their stories and inspire others. Creating a shift in someone’s perspective can be hard work. We chose to name this series Shift because it signifies the change the people we will portray want to see in the world, or the personal struggle they have overcome by shifting their outlook. It's also the result we would lik
Today is International Book Day so I thought it might be nice for us to share with each other the books we’re reading at the moment What is it about, what so you think of it, and who would you recommend it to? I’ll start: the book I’ve got on the go (which was a Christmas present – I’m a slow reader) is called “The Midnight Library” by Matt Haig. It’s about a woman who dies (not a spoiler alert, she dies at the start) and is offered the chance (by a mystical librarian) to come back and jump into any version of the other possible lives she could have lived had she made different decisions along the way. It’s quite a funny book but also gets you thinking. I started wondering what the version of me who jumped into my version of his (or her?) life would think about my version. I came to the conclusion that they’d probably quite like it, which made me feel very grateful for what I’ve got. Now, had they jumped in a few years ago that would have been a different story...they would have proba
Hello and welcome to part three in our series on Meaningful Conversations—our free, virtual, two-day event that’s happening in just over a week on April 20 + 21, 2021! If you want to start from the beginning you can read part one here and part two here. And if you want to register for our upcoming event—which I very much hope you do!—you can sign up for free here. This week, I’m excited to once again take you behind the scenes and share more about a parallel stream of events we’ll be running alongside the conversations we talked about last week. In addition to hearing from individuals and thought leaders on a range of topics that we feel are worth discussing, given everything that’s been going on around us for the last year plus, we’ll also be hosting a series of interactive workshops that aim to teach our attendees about our products—Typeform, VideoAsk, and/or Chat. These will all be taught by Typeform team members, customers, or a combination of both. Read on to see what community me
This is the coolest one I’ve seen till date :-D
What would you think of a business aimed at the monthly savings of mothers and fathers or future mothers and fathers, with the concept of clothing and footwear kits for returning to school, initiation of prenatal clothing, change of season among other occasions and even situations, would it be beneficial?? And possibly with a monthly subscription with a variety of articles? Obviously always doing a study of the "rival" market to give the best prices to customers and personalized service ... Tell me what you think, especially those who have children or are about to have
I spent 15 years working in the food + beverage industry. I’ve been a server, a line cook, a bartender, a greeter. I’ve worked in catering, on a food truck, built restaurants from the ground up. I’ve written about food in print and online, and even briefly hosted my own cooking show. Perhaps you’re reading this and thinking, “She must really like food.” Well, that’s true—I do. But that’s not why I was so drawn to the food industry. Many people who work in the F+B industry don’t do it because they love food—it’s more personal than that. Food brings people together. Great conversations happen around great meals. There’s a special kind of joy, a wonderful closeness, that emerges when people connect around a dining table. And that is why I was so drawn to working in food. I have always believed, deeply, in the power of conversation to forge connections. When I was younger, that took the form of bringing people together over food. Now, I have the chance to do that at Typeform. If you’re st
Hi Typeform Community, This is Kabir from the Partnerships team at Typeform. Our team is working on an exciting new integration with Microsoft Teams and we could use your help testing it. The first version of the integration is designed to send notifications to a Teams channel of your choice when someone fills out your typeform. The integration can be used by a variety of teams - for example, your Sales team can use it to stay on top of new prospects that express interest in your product, or your HR team could use it to stay notified of employee engagement feedback, among many other potential uses. If your business uses Microsoft Teams and you’d like to be one of the first to try out our new integration by beta testing it, please provide us some basic details via this typeform and we’ll notify you once the integration is available for you to use: Thanks!Kabir
Hello and welcome to part four, the last chapter in our series previewing Meaningful Conversations—our free, virtual, two-day event that’s kicking off TOMORROW, April 20th! If you want to start from the beginning you can read part one here, part two here, and part three here. And if you want to register for our upcoming event—which I very much hope you do!—you can sign up for free here. This week, I want to shine the spotlight on what’s happening—and has happened for the last 4+ months—behind the scenes. This event would not be possible without the incredible, awe-inspiring team that’s dedicated so much time and energy to bringing this baby to life. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart. An event like Meaningful Conversations takes a village. Typeform has no formal events team, which means that we all did this in addition to our full time jobs. I mean this when I say it—this is an event that comes from the heart and I hope it resonates with you too. I've kvelled about our speaker
I’ve just signed up and I’m trying to do something very simple: ask my friends to choose which of two videos they like more, and randomize the order in which they see the two videos. The videos are on YouTube. Is this really impossible with TypeForm? The Picture Choice question doesn’t allow video, and doesn’t allow hyperlinking the pictures. The Multiple Choice question doesn’t allow hyperlinks in answers either. If you click them, you choose one of the answers. Apparently only the classic builder allows adding video or hyperlinks, but the documentation doesn’t say how to access the Classic builder. I thought about randomizing the order of questions in a section, but that’s not possible either and we only have a hacky workaround. PS: the videos are short enough that they could conceivably be embedded, at lower resolution. Not sure if that helps. Video 1, video 2.
Hiii 👋 Me and my friends are working on a new platform for no-code/automation experts to connect them with enterprise-level customers and help streamline freelance work with portfolio, invoices, payments and other free tools. You can learn a bit more here, we are still in stealth mode but are planning to launch soon. Typeform is one of our main areas of focus as per demand we are seeing in. Is it something that could be valuable for anyone here? Curious to know your thoughts!
When I use the Desktop version of Typeform (Mac, Brave browser), I had a hard time with the + Button to add content initially. I see 6 options by default but needed to scroll to see the rest of the options. There isn’t a scrollbar on the right of the popup/modal like elsewhere on the web, so I had to find out to scroll serendipitously. Seems like a big UI issue for new users and worth fixing.
We have our form integrating to other platform but often fails because user can enter a past date or with two digit year even though it’s set a four digit. Frustrating you can’t even open a support ticket as well.
Ah-ha! You've unlocked the secret...Find out how Typeform can breath life into your forms, surveys, quizzes and so much more… This should say: BREATHE not BREATH;-)
Hello, have anyone implemented a digital platform in their organisation and managed to evaluate the engagement levels before and after implementation?

Howdy!March went really fast, it kind of slipped through my fingers which I guess it means we have been pretty busy here at the Typeform Community HQ. Here are some community achievements that I’d love to share with you all: We’ve reached 3,000 creators - woohoo! We are not far from reaching 1,000 community conversations! (aka topics started). On a weekly basis we have about 1,500 visiting the community already - keeps going up! Google is loving our community - at the moment our community content gets about 1,000 impressions a day on Google. Let’s remember we only launched about 10 weeks ago, As usual had some great engagement from the Typeform team, including: Meaningful Mondays -@paul started every week on a meaningful note with his thought-provoking discussion points.Webinar: The art of outcome quiz engagement -@amy.carlson ran a live workshop explaining how to use logic to build engrossing quizzes.Integrations Digest -@rachelmkalt gave an update on a couple of interesting
Well, well, well. Only after 64 days since launch date, our lovely Typeform online community has already reached 3,000 creators And that deserves a Cartlon Banks dance. Im super grateful for everyone who has joined so far, we are growing and have plans to grow this place even further to help you all connect and - As @James - be badass at making typeforms. Creator 3,000 was either @jnewnam or @WebCars Group - can’t be 100% sure about it. Anyhow, thanks both for joining!Keep joining folks, we can’t wait to see what you are building.
Last week we announced that our upcoming event, Meaningful Conversations, was officially live, and to celebrate I shared a bit about my why—why I do what I do, why I ended up at Typeform, and why I’ve poured so much of my heart and soul into our Meaningful Conversations event. If you missed that article, you can read it here. This week, I’m excited to take you behind the scenes and share more about how we’ve organized our event, and what conversations we’ll be having across the two days of Meaningful Conversations—April 20 + 21, 2021. Some months ago, a core group of us gathered around a virtual white board for 4+ hours to begin to workshop the event. All that we knew coming in was that we wanted to host an event that was called “Meaningful Conversations”...and that was basically it. We started the workshop by openly sharing our most memorable conversations. Some of us talked about hearing the stories of people who’d come from a rough past and, through sheer willpower and mental fortit
I just upgraded to Professional and changed my email … now I cannot log in. Any help would be appreciated...
Hello everyone :)Please help!I have set up form in the classic builder, with a multiple choice (with multiple selection) which links to a question group for each option in the multiple choice. When testing the form the multiple choice works ok, and allows me to fill in the information based on the options I selected. However, other options appear that I have not selected, how do I hide these?
Hey everyone. Wanted to share a quick message: And here's a link to the podcast. Enjoy.
Hello lovely Community!I hope you are all well and enjoying your Tuesday afternoon.I’m looking for cool examples of typeforms where videos from our built-in Pexels library are used, because I’m writing an article for our blog about our Pexels integration, and would love to include real-life examples from our customers / free users.Have you used (or know someone who has used) the Pexels video feature in their typeforms to achieve a certain effect, or to make it more engaging / entertaining / visually appealing, etc. ?I’d appreciate any tip! Cheers,Nasia
