I want to change my name in this forum, how is this possible?

Sometimes when trying to go to Typeform or when I am testing a form, I get redirected to Maximus, which seems to be a mens health website. How can I fix this?

I want a Typeform that works for everything. If my business is to share cooking recipes, then I can do it in Typeform. Complaint reception channels? Also. If I work in human resources I can create the proforma for the resume in Typeform. If my production process requires that the incidents of a certain process be recorded, I could create data capture by Typeform.Registration for courses, home delivery requests for small businesses, return requests.Customer satisfaction surveys, training course exams can be created in Typeform.The digital menu for restaurants is perfect with Typeform! The product catalog of a medium-sized business too.If I am an independent professional, the initial case request can go in Typeform. Lawyer? Dentist? Psychologist? Architect? When I try to press the respond results the system wont load anything.  Can someone help? I've already shut down computer and reloaded. 

I used to be able to see my responses in a table form. Now I can only view them if I download the responses. 

I’m trying to gather data from a survey I made, and when I try to view the results, the page won’t load; it’s the same for all the other ones I’ve made also. I don’t know what’s going on, please help!!

I’ve scoured for solutions for a simple date collection feature or function and the fact Typeform lacks this BASIC feature is enough to make me switch providers (and likely will by the time this gets any traction if at all). Please thumbs up to get additional date field functionality to include:“Simple date” collection options (excluding day) =  MM/YYYY  Ability to customize format (currently limited to aesthetic separators and position of MM DD YYYY…) Check box, drop down, scroll selection for the above with date validation

I keep getting this message trying to purchase my plan. I would pay for typeform before with this card, I dont understand why it is not working now. It is a regular USAA Visa card, it should work right?

Holy heck, this is expensive! I can do without the branding and all that, but I need to be able to link somewhere at the end of the form, and that costs over $700! We will probably have less than 100 responses. Looking for another suggestion or a plan for small businesses.

On the bottom of the screenshot you’ll see the error. I have money on all my cards and tried using 4 different debit and credit cards and 2 different web browsers. I need this resolved quickly, I sent out an email campaign to over a 1,000 people and now I’m going to lose out on thousands of dollars because of this error. I need help ASAP. The billing team is unresponsive.

While the increased resolution is fantastic for clarity and detail, I've noticed that my surveys don't always look as crisp and professional as I'd like them to on this high-resolution display. I'm sure many of you are experienced with both Typeform surveys and 4k monitors, so I'd love to hear your insights and tips on how to optimize my surveys for display on these screens. This is a fairly minor annoyance, but one that I get feedback on from respondents somewhat frequently.On a mobile device when you click in a field to enter a date, a date picker window pops up and lets you tap on the calendar to select a date while, on desktop, you have to manually type in a date.Manually entering a date is one of those things that everyone just puts up with, but no one really likes.It would be really great to have a date picker window pop up on desktop as well or, alternatively, have a button that says something to the effect of “select today’s date”.I honestly don’t pay a lot of attention to what day it is beyond monday, tuesday, wednesday, etc. - I just wrote 2021 on a document yesterday…  That little calendar popup saves me a lot of mental energy when needing to enter a date on a form like this and would help to improve user experience.Thanks!

Why does it appear tha all the “inspirational examples” on https://www.videoask.com/examples are no longer using videoask?? 

Hello there, a few weeks ago, I was able to download the complete survey results in PDF format, which was incredibly useful for analysing the data quickly in ChatGPT. It also saved me a lot of time, reducing the report creation time from several days to just a few hours. However, I have noticed that we can no longer download the results in PDF format, and can only download them in an Excel spreadsheet, which cannot be read in ChatGPT.I would like to understand the reason behind this change, as it is causing a lot of inconvenience and slowing down the analysis process. Currently, we can only download a summary of the results,  in PDF format which is not sufficient for our needs. Is there a possibility of restoring this feature again?
