Hi, Cannot see that there are any cookies set on main domain, where a quiz form is embedded as a slider. Tracking works in Typeform admin for this implementation.When checking in standalone mode for this form I get the list of cookies set.Are those the same cookies that need to be allowed/informed about on the site where the form is embedded?Could you help to resolve my confusion and explain/advise?KR/astrid

Hi,  IOS14 changes within Facebook are coming up now, and using (custom) conversions, companies need to verify each domain we're using. I'm currently running Facebook Ads where the conversions are when someone filled in one of my Typeform's. Unfortunately, I'm not able to verify domains within Tag Manager, and I have no access to the back-end of my Typeforms. So, my question:  How can I verify my Typeform domain? Thanks!

Hello,I use Typeform this way: the Typeform is embedded in a webpage (iframe https://www.ridingmatch.com/questionnaire), responses are analyzed in google sheets and a personalised recommendation is then automatically sent by email to respondents through a google apps script. There aren’t any preset recommendations. All recommendations are different and change all the time.Now I'd like to replace the email process by displaying the personalised recommendation on a webpage of my website. So the respondents would fill the form, send it and after a few seconds the personalized recommendation would appear on a page on the same website where the typeform is embedded.How would you advise me to do that? Hello! I integrated Activecampaign and Typeform. After filling out the form, the contact enters the system AC, but the form on the side of Aktivcampaign does not record it. The fields are mapped correctly, there are no errors. How to fix it? Thanks.

Hey there! I have my Typeform embedded into a Wix site, and Wix is not passing along the UTM parameters to the form. I’ve got everything enabled on both sides- is there a workaround for this? 

HelloI have a typeform with 50+ questions. When I am mapping it to AirTable, I am required to map it field by field - which requires me to go into AirTable and create a header for each individual question. This seems quite cumbersome, is there a faster method that I am not figuring out? Secondly, what happens in the future if an additional question was added to typeform - I assume without it being mapped, there would be data loss. I am doing this for a client and need to ensure best practices. Thanks in advance. 

Hi, I am new, I just integrated Stripe payment. When I get my payments report from Stripe, my typeform description comes across as a LONG code rather than a product name. Is there a way I can create my own description?  I was able to do that with Formsite but it’s not very user friendly here. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I’ve set up an integration with Excel online to export my quiz result data into a spreadsheet. However, the names and emails are not being exported along with the rest of hte data. Why would this be happening? It makes the integration basically meaningless. This is extremely frustrating.

Hi there,I’m running into an issue where text that is in the logic jump isn’t validating in the actual form. The logic jump is created in Zapier, so I imagine something is going on where Typeform isn’t able to match the two together because of the source.Overview of the issue: A solution would be much appreciated. I need the Zap for the form to be valuable to my business. It’s also taken a lot of time to figure out how to build the Zap that it scales, so I’m not open to moving to a different integration solution like Make any time soon. Thanks in advance

Hi friends! I have created an Outcome Quiz in TF and have successfully connected my required email address responses to Klaviyo via Zapier (according to Zapier tests), but I am unable toget new email addresses to show up in Klaviyo (outside of the Zap test email) and set up the proper Action-Filter in Zapier to assign each email address to the proper list.Regarding #2, the Filter Data is to complex for me to understand what data connects to the corresponding Outcome, i.e. in order to filter the email address to the proper list. Therre is no transparrency on the TF side (that I’m aware of?) to help me identify this…. I’ve worked on this for hours at this point and feel that I’m very close to getting it to work… I hope I don’t have to eff with webhooks?  PLEASE ADVISE 🙏

I had a form with four questions integrated into Slack and it was working great. I added a new question as the first question (so the original questions became questions 2 thru 5). Now questions 2-5 still are returned in the Slack integration but the responses to the first question aren’t pushed to Slack. You can clearly see the responses to that question in the Responses section of Typeform, but it’s not showing in Slack.I turned the Slack integration on and off and re-copied the embed code from Typeform into my Squarespace website to try to fix. Still not showing up.Appreciate any help. Thanks.

 We need to create a form with the purpose of validating our clients informations database.We have to send this form to 1.000 clients asking if they can make sure we have the right info or, if not, if they can fill with the correct ones. I’d like to send a really small form asking to confirm name, email and cellphone. I’ve imagined 2 ways of doing that:1. How can we set personalized questions for each user, recalling information from an outside database?or2. How can we set personalized answers for each user, recalling information from an outside database?Examples of structures:1. Greetings, ask the CPF (brazilian id number)2. ThanksAll the words in bold are specific fields that can be filled by locating the CPF number in a outside database. They can be shown both on the question or as answers.Is it possible? 

I’m struggling embedding a form on my website. My website is built on a photography specific platform called APhotoFolio. Is there a HTML / CSS version or anything else that I can look into. Thanks for anyones help! 

I followed all the steps, made sure I was the owner of the Google Form and it was only in my drive and allowed Typeform access to Google Forms. It showed up in the options of which form to upload, I selected it and named it, clicked “create form” and the button spins and then the Google Forms importer pop up disappears and my new form is not created. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hello everyone,I recently have created a form with Typeform and wanted to put it online on one of the webpage in my website. After embedding the form into the page, unfortunately users need to accept all the cookie consent related to GDPR compliance in order to even see the cookie consent of Typeform. If users just ignore or deny the main cookie consent, there will be just a blank area where the form supposed to be. Has anyone experienced this before?Thank you for reading,Huu
