Hubspot property not showing up as an option to connect to my question

Did something change since mid-november in the Hubspot/Typeform integration?Since then, I cannot (re)connect some of my question’s answers to the properties I created for them in Hubspot. Their name is simply not showing up in the options to connect. e.g. the question is “Share the link to your website”, the property I created (and which was getting populated before mid-november) is “website-survey-1” for instance. But in the “Connect” setting, while granting access to Hubspot and wanting to connect the answers to the question to the property, the property is not showing up as an option… Why? Any clue?

How can I change the form event category name in analytics?

Getting data in GA which is great, but the form category name is just an ID. We will be running multiple forms eventually and need a better way to name them. Can this be done in TypeForm or will we need to set something up in Analytics to map form ID’s to an actual name?

UTM parameters for Embed SDK script

Why is my hidden field causing my Airtable connection to error out?

Hi there,I’ve been using the Typeform Airtable connection for months without issue. Now, I added a custom field to my form and the connection is breaking. The custom field is just text. I have tried mapping this field to a short form, long form, and even an email field in Airtable. I get an error each time. I tested my form and can see the hidden field populating correctly in the Form results. I read this support article and it says that hidden fields must be mapped to either short form, long form, or email fields in Airtable (which is why I tried all three). I know for sure that the hidden field is causing the connection to error out. Any ideas why this might be happening? Thanks in advance!

Airtable integration won't save (unhelpful error message)

I have completed all the steps of the typeform → airtable integration, but when I try to save the integration I get the below error saying “We couldn’t save your integration. Please try saving again.” I have tried clicking ‘Retry’ multiple times and even started over and rebuilt the mappings, but I end up with the same error. How do I troubleshoot this?

Sending typeform responses to Google Sheet after deactivation

Hi, I have a Typeform <> Google Sheets integration that was temporarily turned off. We received a new form submission while the integration was paused. Now that I’ve turned the integration back on, the form response that was submitted is not populating the Google Sheet. Any advice here? Thanks!

Typeform Hubspot integration creating multiple companies

Hi, I’m creating contact, company and deal records via Typeform native Hubspot integration. Everything is working flawlessly except that the form creates two company records with the same domain name.I feel it creates the first company record from the user’s email and another record when submitting the company information.

Calendly is hurting my Typeform submission rates - simple fix?

Hi! Our team has noticed a significant problem with Typeform’s otherwise awesome Calendly integration.The submission of a calendar event causes many of our users to THINK they have completed their Typeform when they in fact haven't, and have only finished scheduling their appointment (the last step in our Typeform in question, which asks other important questions). This has plummeted our Typeform completion rate, despite people successfully scheduling a Calendly appointment.As a simple and elegant fix, Is there any way to submit a Typeform scheduling question automatically once the user confirms their Calendly appointment? It seems reduntant to have them schedule via Calendly, then click Submit again outside the Calendly box to advance that given question.Thanks very much!

Facebook Ads and TypeForm Submission Tracking

Hello! So I just upgraded to the business plan so I can integrate with Facebook and Google Analytics. I have multiple Facebook Ads running. I was hoping by integrating with Facebook, I would Be able to track which Facebook Ad a specific form submission(lead) is coming from. I am already tracking how many conversion an Ad is getting on facebook, but want to make sure which ad is actually getting us the serious submissions. Thank you!

Hi there!I’m trying to connect my Typeform quiz to Mailchimp and always receive an error message on the “Configure” step: ‘We didn’t find any Mailchimp Lists (just tumbleweed) Make sure you’ve created a Mailchimp list—so the emails you collect in your Typeform have somewhere to go’. Screenshot attached. I have 2 lists in Mailchimp, so no problem with that. Also, I connect to the Mailchimp account owner’s login.Does anyone has the same issue, has any suggestions, tips on how to solve it?Thanks!

How to send calculated variables to my website landing page?

Hi I want to use the new Typeform feature of redirecting users to my website on completion. Although my typeform works like the following - It calculates a score for the user based on each question and presents the score on the end page (currently). What I want to do is to transfer this score somehow to my website so my developer can dynamically display the score on the landing page. Is this possible?
