Multiple tags on a Mailchimp integration

I’m trying to set up an integration between a form and a Mailchimp list. The problem I face is that it just seems to allow one multiple choice question - tag added in the list and I wanted to feed it from 2-3 different questions. Is there any way to solve it? Thanks

Calendly - more autofill variables

Hi, I like the Integration of Calendly and I would love to use the full potential by adding also custom answers. At the moment I can only pre-fill the standard variables. Can you please provide the possibility to add custom answers. Passing through UTM data from LP to TF (non-embedded)

HI, We are looking to pass traffic source / medium / campaign data from our landing page (where it tracks acurately) to our TF URL that sits on a subdomain, so that we can split out form completions etc. by traffic source - currently tracking traffic on the TF URL shows as ‘direct’ I realise similar questions have been asked several times here but it seems they tend to focus on situations where the tyepforms have been embedded rather than living on a separate URL. e.g. in this answer “Passing UTM across landing page and then to TF” the eventual solution was to embed the forms and in this answer “How to see the traffic source of conversions” again the typeform is embedded I’m wondering if there’s a simple way that our source / medium / campaign data (nearly all of which is facebook / cpc, google / cpc, google organic, facebook / referral - can be passed into the typeform - I do have utm tracking activated for the typeforms - they currently show up as blank as I assume the utm data gets

Document Studio Reducing Image Quality

Hi Community I’m hoping you can help, I have a reporting structure set up for our Typeforms with Google Sheets/Google Slides and Document Studio. It was working perfectly pre-Christmas and was tried and tested. Now all of a sudden the images being pulled from the spreadsheet to the reports are massively reduced in quality, blurry and unreadable. I’ve genuinely changed nothing so I don’t know what has happened. Any tips would be greatly appreciated? After Before

Error 1 Message about Account Authorization when importing from Google Docs

Hello, Typeform Community When importing a google doc to TypeForm I recieve this error message: The account is not authorised to use some of the features---------Error #1. Description: The 'file-upload-storage' feature can not be used by this account | I have allowed all authorization to my google drive and google docs and am still presented with this message. Any ideas??? Thank you!!

Hubspot Integration doesn't create Company and Deal

Hi, I want to integrate Typeform with Hubspot. Unfortunately I can’t map the email field in TypeForm to the email field in HubSpot. Whenever I want to save it I get the error messages that there might have been changes to the fields in HubSpot and that I should retry. There aren’t any changes in Hubspot...any ideas what the problem could be? --- UPDATE --- Deal and Company creation worked out of a sudden, I have no idea why. My best,Stephan

Mailerlite integration for endings (outcomes)

Hi, Could access to typeform results (outcomes) be made available in the integration with Mailerlite? Currently only field data can be passed. The Mailerlite support team tell me the integration is built by the Typeform team not them. This small improvement to bring it more into line with the Mailchimp and other integrations would be very helpful and remove the need to use Zapier or Make. The cost-saving of moving to Mailerlite and not using a 3rd party integration platform (for us) is the equivalent of the typeform cost, it would pay for itself. Thanks.

Page Jumps to Typeform Automatically

Hi all, Thanks in advance for your help. I’m kind of new to web dev, so maybe someone here knows how to tackle this. I put up my Typeform on my page in order for them to download our One Pager: https://fiks.nl/voor-bedrijven/ As you will notice, the page automatically jumps to the box in which they can type their name. Do you know how to tackle this? If you enter that page it should load normally and not jump to the Typeform. Thanks!!

Exact setup for GA

Hi, we connected GA to our typeform https://stepfix.typeform.com/book-a-repair but I am not sure how to exactly set up the filters for the Typeform only view. I used an exclude hostname filter that excludes our main domain stepfix.co. Could someone verify and share exact setup to exclude the main website traffic in this view and vice versa, how to exclude the typeform traffic in a website only view? Thanks!

Hubspot Interation - multiple choice answer "other" can't be integrated

How do I link the answer to "Other" in a multiple-choice question to field I have created in hubspot. I have linked all other selection options but "other" is not visible? in the question selection panel. Is this a limitation?

Chat Style is not redirecting to URL on mobile

I set up a conditional redirect to URLs and noticed: Desktop Chat style and “standard” embedding redirects as expected Mobile “standard” embedding redirects as expected Mobile Chat style submits answer but does not redirect on IOS Safari (only device I tested) but is stuck on the “typing” animation Typeform Mobile embedding Chat and Standard that does not work. http://nailvision.de/nagel-symptomcheck Looking forward to a quick response :) Best Nataniel

Partner Program vs Individual Accounts for clients

Our clients outsource their recruting and bookkeeping needs to our company. We handle everything for them. We will create forms that have to be specific to each client. So they would not be logging into anything, we would be doing it all for them and charging them through our management fee to them. So, are we better off with individual accounts and logging into each with a diff user name/password, or better off with the Partner Program?

Webhook Thank You Screen

Yesterday, I was experimenting with webhooks and thankyou_screen_ref was blank. Today it’s being populated with the ending screen reference. I don’t think I changed anything in the form. What might have happened? I’d like to use the ending screen to trigger an action on my side and I’m wondering if thankyou_screen_ref is a reliable field.

Select form in Power Automate missing

Hi, I’m looking to connect my Typeform to Power Automate. However, the exact form I am looking for is missing, all my other forms are there though. I’m looking for Customer NPS and it’s the only one that is missing in the dropdown. I’ve searched all settings for the form in Typeform, tried logging in and out etc, but can’t see any that would impact it. Please help.

Hey guys, I went through API proces and all so Typeform and MailerLite should be communicating… But when someone subscribes to my email list via Typeform I can only see this new subscriber in Typeform but does not update in MailerLite. How can I fix this? Thanks!

Broken Mailchimp Integration (showing bits of code)

Hi there, I”m running into an issue where when connecting Mailchimp to a form, little bits of code are showing up instead of text. Additionally, I’m not able to get to the option where I can apply a Tag for the entire form submission + add a GDPR step. Here is just 1 example of what it looks like when it shows snippets of code: Any thoughts on what this is and how to fix it? I’ve tried disconnecting the Mailchimp account on MCs end but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that in Typeform. I’ve also tried connecting to different forms but I always get code.

Typeform not correct in Canva

My Typeform shows up on my Canva website as the mobile version of the form instead of the desktop version. So the picture I have on my form isn't in the right spot. Does anyone know how to fix this when adding the link onto a Canva website?
