Hello!I’ve got a Typeform - Airtable connection set up and would like to add another question to my form and feed it to my Airtable. Is there a way to update the way the two are connected without having to reset the whole thing?Thank you!

How do I add a third party tracking script to my typeform embed? this is a BASIC feature available on paperform.co why can't we do this with typeform?!?  There is no setting I can find to do this. Why is this so difficult?

I have just completed my first survey and the results are being sent to Google Sheets. The results columns are mismatched and the even the question order is off from the actual survey.  Ideas? Thanks.

Hello!When I first setup my MailChimp Integration on Typeform, it worked well.Now, when someone answers our Typeform, their email addresses won’t be added to our MailChimp list.I noticed this twice now and I was thinking maybe they didn’t consent to adding their email addresses to our subscription list (opt in) - which they were supposed to receive an email for.So, I tried using a temporary email address to answer the form, but it didn’t receive any opt in messages.What seems to be the problem? Is it here in Typeform or in MailChimp?I hope someone can help me. Thank you! 

I am new to Typeform, evaluating it for a use case for a non-profit I am working with. Wondering what’s possible with the salesforce integration. I would like to collect name and contact information in a form and then lookup the salesforce contact record to see if they already exist. If they do, then I would like to fill in the address information and ask if it is current. If not, then continue and have them fill in the address information on their own. At the end, if the contact existed, I need to create an opportunity. If the contact is new, then I need to create a lead.Can anyone tell me about similar use cases and how you handled them?

Hello, I have a Typeform survey and instead of asking the users for their emails, I use a hidden field (Since I already know their emails.)I would like to use that hidden field when integrating with Mailchimp. In its current form, the connect integration does not allow that. It has to be an actual question of the survey. As shown below:Is there a way for me to use the hidden field instead of an actual survey question without resorting to using third parties?Thanks in advance!

I need to pass the value of a hidden field to Make.com which saves Typeform data to a SQL Server database. I will use this value to map to other data in SQL Server,Webpages on our site have unique IDs such as :?case=9576A93E-E644-4D5B-971A-E99CC061D542I am saving this value to a hidden field: data-tf-hidden="case_id=<?= $CaseGUID ?>"The value of this hidden field is not being posted to my integration app, only the answers from Typeform.Am I missing something? Is there a workaround for this?Thanks in advance!

Good Morning All, I hope someone can help me with this query. I can see that ‘respondent codes’ can be used in conjunction with Mailchimp in the help center but I wanted to see if I can achieve the following with our Wordpress set up. I am using zapier to migrate new user data from Typeform to Wordpress and thats working great. However, we run different competitions using Typeform so want to bring those new users over with a tag or identifier so wordpress can identify them as entering x competition.Can I embed code, url or something in a typeform page that will allow wordpress to recognise the source and tag them accordingly in our back end?  Many thanks in advance for any help on this. Regards, Russell

We are testing out options with a WhatsApp chatbot and rather then linking to a Typeform questionaire, we would like users to be able to take the questionaire (which we already made in Typeform) within WhatsApp, within the same converational flow. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Hello !Step 2 of the integration process to Notion from Typeform does not show me any pages from my Notion workspace (nor private pages), so I cannot select any page to integrate Typeform to in my Notion account.Step 1 : Connect you typeform account worksStep 2 : Connect your Notion account recognizes my Notion account but does not show any page of it, and that stops me from going further.Any idea what that happens ? Thanks 

I used Typeform quiz in my website and collect the information from it to Hubspot CRM. It was showing form submission in activity tab of each contact. And there was no need to go to database and check the data came from Typeform since it was available there. But now this part is missing and not showing as before.I chatted with Hubspot team they told it’s not from Hubspot side and I should follow up here.

I keep getting the error message: We couldn’t activate your integration. Try again, or refresh this page. or The integration you want to use is not available at this time. I have tried doing it through Typeform and then through Hubspot’s app marketplace but I end up with the same error which is very frustrating.

Hello,Has anyone tried integrating Typeform with any 3rd party session recording tool? I find that we need more data to see how users are working with forms, to improve or find any mistakes, as we noticed they happen from time to time with typeform, upload problems and more, so tracking, reviewing videos how forms are being submitted would be really helpful. We are using typeform to link additional information to existing accounts. When a user completes the survey, Typeform should review the first name, last name, and email address of user and attach the form to the associated Salesforce account? Is it possible to log all answers of the survey into one section or field in the Salesforce account or does each typeform field need to have a corresponding Salesforce field? We ultimately want the user to complete the survey and easily see the survey responses in their Salesforce account.Thanks!!

Hey folks, I’ve been trying to submit a support request via this: https://www.typeform.com/help/contact/, and it throws an error (see image) even though I filled out all the relevant fields. Also doesn’t work when I remove the screenshot in case it has something to do with the upload. Please help!   

Dear Typeformer i need your help...I’m not so expert with typeform…I’m building a landing page that requires a registration by e-mail at the beginning. Within this landing page I embed a (type)form and i need to have the e-mail used for registering as input in the form without asking to input it again. I need to know who is answering the form without asking two times the email (first during register phase and then again during form phase). Try to build an easy and seamless experience for the users.Did anyone faced this situation? or can help me to find a solution?Thanks a lot in advance!CiaoMarco

I’m building a quiz for product recommendations.The quiz logic is set up so that each answer carries certain weights for every product, the weights for each product are added together and then normalized so that the final quantity of products recommended is fixed (we sell box sets of a certain size).For this I’ve created variables for all our products, the weight calculations are done on the variables and the final result is a list of all the normalized variable values. But the google sheet result form does not show all the final variable values, only the standard score variable.I’ve seen in other posts that the sheet will show all variables only when the quiz is set up as an outcome quiz, but this will not work for us because we would have to remove all the logic that leads to product recommendation quantities.Is it possible to have all the final variable values included in the result sheet?

I wanna ask something. There's a data lost when I use live response in Google Sheet. The Google sheet doesnt show exact result than result in Typeform. Why that happen?
