Hello community!I had created a typeform and some questions when it is accessed through the link font is same as we have configured, But when we scan it from Qr code in some devices the font changes. Why is this happening? 

I need to send one of my typeforms to a person on my team.  How do I send them the completed forms automatically with responses to thier email address.  thanks.

Hello, I am changing my typeform link preview for when someone clicks on it on social media, but it is still showing the default photo and tag line. I have published changes and cleared my cookies yet it is still not working. Am I missing something? Thank you.

Hi all,  I want to add a survey to a website of an animation film festival. But I only want to show the questions to people who have not filled out the survey yet. And I would also like the option to have them say no and not showing the survey again. How can we make this happen?  Thanks for your feedback, Kim

I am only seeing 5 or the 8 questions when I publish the form.  Please let me know if there is something I need to do.

Typeform isn’t allowing me to click the “publish button” - Would there be a reason for this? I am using the free version, but my quiz has under 10 questions. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t allow me to publish. When I click it does nothing. Thanks!

Hi!What’s the best way to handle situations where a Typeform is loaded into an iframe using the Embed API but encounters issues? For example, if Typeform is unresponsive, or returns an error page instead of the form. Another scenario is when a teammate accidentally removes the form from the admin panel, causing the user to see the Typeform home page in the iframe instead of the form. I want to redirect users to another page in my app in such cases. How can I achieve that?

Hello!I tried connecting Typeform with Zoho. I get the “Sorry, we had trouble connecting to your account. Please check your username and password, and try again.” error. Login and password is correct.Domain is .comI tried clearing cache and cookiesNothing worked for me

I have a typeform survey that has stopped working. Everytime I go to the survey it is asking to be published. no matter how many time i publish it it wont stay published. It was working fine until this morning.Any ideas

Hello I am having trouble importing my presentation to Canva-So i go to Canva click on the apps add typeform then when is searching for my work it doesn’t show it. ??? Is it because is more than 10 pages and I am still in the free version>> 

Hi there - BetterProposal’s support was terrible so I’m hoping someone can help here. In BetterProposals I can use an html editor but it doesn’t seem to allow for Typeform embeds? I paste the code but the form is not shown. Anyone had an joy with this?? Thanks!

Hey Guys!  Does somebody know why i can copy templates from ne to another account but not in the other direction? the one account is a cheaper version.  Is there a way to fix it or a way to just copy it? Thanks

Hi,  I am trying to embed a Typeform into Campaign Monitor and am not having luck. They have an HTML editor, but you have to import it from a site or upload it from your computer. I tried creating a .html document and uploading it, but it’s only showing the code and not the actual form. Does anyone know how to make this work?

We want to implement a feature where Customer would have an option to Dismiss the Survey Form by clicking on the "Dismiss" Button. And if he/she does "Dismiss" the Survey Form, then we want that Neither the Survey Form Nor the Survey Trigger Link be displayed to the Customer for XX amount of Days (Example 30 days).Does Typeform supports this kind of feature? Or do we need to add custom solution within our Storefront to hide/display the button based on cookie.

Hi! The typeform questionnaire works perfectly on desktop, but we run into a problem on mobile. The welcome screen does not become responsive, but once you hit “get started”, the rest of the form works responsively.  I’ve played with the setting a lot and I can’t seem to find a solution.  any help is greatly appreciated, thanks! you can check here: https://libweb.agency/do-you-love-your-library-website/   

When opening the link to my forms the answers appear as though they have already been selected, is there any reason this is happening and how can I make it so that the answers don’t appear already selected? A couple of picture examples attached. Any help greatly appreciated as it hasn’t always done this! 

Hello, I have several questions concearning the creation and sharing the survey.We need to create a survey for a diverse public and make the survey personalised in some cases:1. Could it be possible to create different links leading to the same survey (to place on our different platforms) and therefore track where the audience is comming from to do the survey?2. If yes, is it possible to make the starting page different according to the link shared (and the rest of the survey stays the same)3. Is it possible to unite the results of several surveys in one statistic? (In case we would need to create different versions of survey for different audience)4. What is the advantage of purchasing a subscribtion allowing different languages, as we can create 3 different logic “lines” with different languages;  is the translation of the questions automatic in case of subscribtion?

I have a total of 8 questions counting the ending, and the platform doesn’t allow me to publish the form saying i have to upgrade to have unlimited questions.

The published version don't have all my questions in it. I've copied the form, and they still don't show. There's no live chat available, so I can't ask there right now.What can I do to solve this? ❤️

HiI have published my Typeform and now trying to copy and paste the link into an email to send.  The email appears in my sent items but noone ever receives the form.  I’ve tried a couple of different ways and none seem too work.  I’ve also tried in Outlook and GMail, neither work. Please help!Thanks
