Hi,I have made a connection from typeform, to pdf4me, to outlook, so it automatically send the responses in a PDF attachment to our inbox.However, the information in the .txt file looks a bit vague, so i thought if there is any way to change the visual? Would it help to convert the file to word before the PDF e.g?Best Regards

Hi! Did anybody face the “This message seems dangerous” problem with e-mails with embedded Typeform?If yes, are there any possibilities of fixing this?

I’m wondering why the Creator tips are showing up on the form when I send it to people? I have the free version for now.

I am successfully using Stripe to collect registration fees. However, I have ONE customer who has said she cannot complete the cc form. She says it lets her put in her name but it won’t let her input her cc number, exp date, security code. I’ve had no issues from anyone else on this particular registration list. I contacted Stripe and they said it has to do with typeform. Any ideas?

Hi, I have a problem. I have already added transitiveSearchParams of utm in the embbed form already. Why I still can’t see the utm on my Google Analytics when I submit the form from my website? PS. Form is already connected to my GA

Hi There, when I send out my type form questionnaire I sometimes get the response that people who received the link cannot open the questionnaire, but have to create an account first, while others have no problems accessing the questionnaire via the link.Does anyone experience similar issues? Hello There!I have a psychology project for school and I am conducting a survey to study which races/ethnic groups are exposed to feeling generational trauma the most-how does the trauma impact the race? Any similarities in how groups of the same race suffer similar the trauma? It would be greatly appreciated if you could take my typeform survey. I promise it will only take a few minutes :D 

Any Suggestions on which format to use to have a simple and seamless user experience on the phone. The type form is really the only thing that needs to be displayed when the user is completing the survey on the phone. I currently have the form in a Lightbox... I’ve used the standard version, but it shows both the page scroll bar and the form scroll bar which is confusing my users and causing them to be frustrated. Any help here would be appreciated...

Hi,  I created a Typeform and would like to add my company’s logo so the email is branded. Every time I add the PNG file, it won’t save. Is there anyway to keep the logo on the email? Thanks!

Hello, I created a typeform and embedded it on our website. The embed works perfectly on the desktop but when I go to the mobile site, I press the button to start the quiz and the embed disappears. Hi, I wanted to know if the answers to the survey can be sent to the person answering, for them to have it for the future. Is there an option in typeform that allows that once the person submits the survey its also sent to their email account? Thanks

Hello!I hit my monthly limit of 100 responses—so my typeforms have been set to private.But they told me that I can start collecting responses again on December 9, 2022. Or it’s the day, so I open again my typeform, but they refused the responsed from my customers and now it's a big problem for me to organize my event! It’s really urgent and I need and answer quickly, but I don’t find any contact number… I can just send a e-mail. So do you have a solution please? Thank you for reading.

2 of my forms are published, however when people are accessing the link (especially on Microsoft browsers, but has happened on Chrome too) they are getting a “this form isn’t safe” message and being denied access.Are there any settings I need to be sure to have to keep this from happening?

I recently made a typeform and sent it to my teammates. Once they completed it I asked them to look at it again after making a few edits, and when they tried to reopen it it did not let them. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi there! I want to have a group of people playing a quiz game at the same time in the same room (each one playing with their cellphones); so, my intention is to “host the event”, I mean, guide them alongside the “game” while presenting the questions on a screen as we move forward. So, I wonder if there’s a sort of a presenter mode where I can moderate or walk the “crowd” through the questions, but I don’t need to submit answers. I hope I’m explaining my self clearly. Thanks!

When I embed my Typeform in Wordpress (either as HTML or as a link), the site just doesn’t save. I get a red banner error at the top of the screen. The preview works fine though, so it’s frustrating to see what it DOES work, the site just won’t save. Any ideas? I’ve already started disabling plug-ins to no avail.Same results when trying to add the Typeform to Pages, or within the Wordpress site editor. 

How does one see approximately how long will a user take to complete the form? I remember typeform had this estimating feature!I am on the free plan.

Hi all, I have two questions:Where can I find the option to show to the user who is filling the survey, how many questions are left ? As in the example:   Is that possible to have only one question from the survey embedded on the email, and the rest of survey is done by pressing a link (which redirects them to typeform) ? We are using Salesforce to send out the emails.  And we also want that the answer they give in the first question (so the question that is embedded in the mail), to come in typeform together with the rest of the answers coming from the link.  We plan to have the first question a Yes/No Multiple select questions. Thank you in advance :)   

I would like that the quiz respondents receive an email with the content of the Ending slide according to their score.At the moment they can receive an email with just their score (@score), but not with the meaning of that score that is reflected in the proper ending slide. There are 3 types of endings (like 0-4, 5-8 and 9-16; the score results by adding up the points according to their answers)How  can I insert in the email the ending slide text? Thanks
