Share your typeform

Here’s my goal: Embed a Typeform form in a HubSpot email. When users select an option in the Typeform form, their names and email addresses are included in the Typeform responses. What I’ve done so far: I created the form and added Hidden Fields. I went to Share > Embed in an email and paired my HubSpot personalization tokens with the Hidden Fields. I then copied the embed code into HubSpot. (Thank you to HubSpot for the amazing video and tutorial here!) The issue: When I send the email to myself (it’s a live email, not a test), the default Email and Name values show up in the Typeform responses, instead of my name and email address. Any idea on how I can get the actual names and email addresses to populate?  See attached screenshot (I’ve redacted a few things for confidentiality). 

We’d like to block users in a particular state from seeing a Typeform quiz that appears on our site. What is the fastest way to do this?

Hi,I have done a quiz (popover with notification dot) that will appear on exit intent on our website and basically helps the visitor find out whether the program fits his lifestyle. Where is the best place to put it? I wouldn't put it on every page as it might be too intrusive. I looked at my stats and put it on two pages that had the highest number of exits, ie Home and FAQ.How would you do it? HiI needed to change a PUBLISHED Typeform’s name because of the year change.  I changed the Typeform NAME at > Shared Workspace >  ‘MYTYPEFORM’ … > RENAMEIt went from MYTYPEFORM2023 to MYTYPEFORM2024 Then customised the Typeform subdomainIt went from DEFUALT.typeform.com to CUSTOM.typeform.com  Then I customised the end of the Typeform linkIt went from CUSTOM.typeform.com/OLD to CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW I then went to HOVER to change the redirect I have for my website URL to so that it would redirect to my domain to the new Typeform link CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW Old URL Hover redirect was DEFUALT.typeform.com/OLD New URL Hover redirect is CUSTOM.typeform.com/NEW. ✅ The new Typeform NAME works✅ The new customised the Typeform subdomain WORKS✅ The HOVER redirect worksBUTWhen I share in LinkedIN the OLD Typeform url is being pulled own. I have finally created my first type form but on the last page I want my clients to be able to submit their answers to me...I am stuck...can’t figure out if I need to create a landing page and if so I have no clue ho to do that either...really really not techy!!!

I created an eight question leadership assessment in Typeform that I want to include in my blog I'll be sending out to you and about 700 other people next week. People can take the assessment which will be embedded in my website. The free version of Typeform only allows 10 responses. and the next version up in $60 a month which allows 1000 responses. Here are my questions:First, since the assessment will be embedded, and the fact that I don't care about the responses (I am really only using it for participant learning)  if I chose the free version will the 11th response not be able to access the assessment? Second, since it will be embedded in my website, let's say someone wants to access the assessment in six months, will I need to have an active account for them to take it? Thanks for the help...

I’ve made some changes to my typeform (color and shape of the answer buttons) and clicked the publish button. But when I check the live form after publishing there are no any chenges in the buttons.

Respondents keep getting this error on the last question “Sorry, something’s wrong. Refresh the page and try again. We’ll save any info you’ve already entered”People are able to respond without any errors - but a few are reporting the error above no matter how many times they refresh the page.How does one troubleshoot an unknown error??

I even tried to duplicate and open but it still says the form is closed.Is it a bug? Am I doing something wrong?

I have an embeded form on my site. This specifik question keeps boucing, because (i think) it's too long. Although, I have another question (contact info) which is even longer, this one is working perfectly fine. The height is set to auto. Tried 100%, but that made caused most questions to scroll, which it didnt on auto. So I don't prefer that option. Here is a video where u can see its bouncing on one question but not on te question after, which is even longer in height. Project — Kapwing

Hi,could anybody help me with the following issue.I updated the meta link image a week ago. Still the correct image is not being shown when I want to share the typeform on LinkedIn. It still shows our old logo, which obiously we don’t want to share anymore:) 

I have a sales team sending out surveys through Typeform as a method of qualifying clients.I’ve built an automation which imports responses into our CRM, however, the sales team would like a way to identify which team member sent the survey to which respondent, so that they are able to follow up more easily.Is there a way to do this?Ideally, I’d like it so that if Jonnie sends out 6 surveys, and Jane sends out 12, there is a way to automatically delineate which responses correspond to which team member. Thanks!

When I send “link” of my Typeform out on FB or other places, I get a very generic thumbnail. Looks like this. (below) Is there any way to modify or customize this?

Hi guys,we are new to Typeform and struggling with the embed in a web page option. We were hoping to embed the typeform as chat. Based on some older youtube videos by Typeform this option used to be available. Unfortunately now the closest option to a chat is a so called “Popover”, however it is not the same experience as chat. Can you please advise us on how to actually turn the Typeform to a chat-like experience? We do not want to incorporate AI at this point.Any ideas? Is it still possible?

I have prepared a Questionnaire and shared the URL with respondents. Now I have added a new question and clicked published but the previous link doesn’t show the new question, what can be done to resolve this issue? I have noticed sometimes questions are not saved while making the questionnaire, so is there any way to manually save questions?

I have followed the instructions as described but when I go to Typeform - Account   there is no option to cancel.  Seems rather problematic….

I have a border/line appearing at the top of my embedded typeform (right below the logo) that should not be there. It looks almost like a header for a question group that got cut off, but I cant find any way to get rid of it. 

I am not able to use the redirect url feature after upgrading to the basic 100 responses membership. When I click the link to upgrade again to use the service it says it available for the plan I upgraded to. How do I correct this problem?
