Capturing the answers of an embedded question withoug pressing the Submit button

I recently got an email about the new feature that was supposed to be launched today: capturing the answer of a question embedded in an email directly so that the customer doesn’t need to press the submit button. This is very useful and certainly a welcome feature!Now the day has come but there is no information about this to be found and based on my experiments it works like it always has. Does anybody have any information about this? For what it’s worth, I’m not using the embed code as such but direct links with the “&answers” parameter in my email. (I postponed launching one NPS campaign because of this, so I would like to know if this is still to be expected. If not, I will need to launch it with the old method since the holiday season is approaching.)

Adding Embedded Code to WIX

I went to WIX to see how to embed code for a pop up survey. The instructions I found are below.Working with third-party codeWhen you get a code snippet from a third party, they should give you instructions about where to place the code (head or body) and how to use it. The placement of your code is crucial for it to load and execute properly. Wix does not provide support for any technical problems you may have with third-party code snippets. If you have a problem with a code snippet from a third party, you should contact the provider directly for help. So, where is the placement of the code on the dedicated survey page on my WIX website. Are there instructions I am missing?

Identifying Source Of Typeform When Embedded on Multiple Sites

Hi everyone!My Typeform is currently being picked up by many other professionals and companies.They want to offer my quiz on their sites for their customers to use.My question is, at the end of a given month, is there a way for me to know how many responses came from each source? Is this available through Typeform or will I need some other integration etc..?Thanks in advance for the help.

HELP! Typeform says closed?

My typeform recently went down and is now saying “typeform is now closed” on multiple surveys.I have checked the accessibility settings and upgraded the account just to be safe, but we haven’t reached our respondent limit.Can anyone assist? Idk what else to try. Thank you!

During a live poll, is it possible to see specific replies?

Hi,Would it be possible to get the live replies to a poll using an account? Or, when the poll is over, is exporting the replies the only method to view them?(and which accounts permit this, if any)I am grateful as

Hidden Fields to recover email of respondants

Hi,I have created a survey, and set a hidden field “email”.To send this survey, I am using CleverTap which in turn uses Mandrill as an Email Service Provider. Mandrill being an extension/add-on from my company’s Mailchimp account.My problem is that I don’t know what syntax to use to pull the email of my responders.In this field: I have tried using the CleverTap personalization syntax @Profile - Email | default: "test" This didn’t work:I have tried using the Mailchimp merge tag:  *|EMAIL|*But when embedding the survey into CleverTap it tells me it needs a default value. I contacted CleverTap explaining how the personalization syntax wasn’t working and their response was:“Why you have added the Personalization commands in the Typeform because this is something which only accepted on the CleverTap Email editor to access the Personalization data from the user profile which is available on the CleverTap Dashboard.”Which, wasn’t very helpful.So, if anyone has any idea of how I can achieve th

Data collection details to include in my Privacy Policy

Hello,I’ve checked the various links, articles and posts about GDPR compliance and have not been able to find the answer to my questions.Namely:Where do I get a list of all data that is collected from respondents that I need to mention in my Privacy Policy.  What is the retention policy on that data? Does it stay stored “forever” until I delete the corresponding answer from my survey? Changing url of existing typeform

I'm using the free version of Typeform. I made a typeform and sent it out to people to fill in. And after that I changed the url of the form from the options available for free version. I know that the previous link will redirect the users to the new url, but,My question is:If somebody opened the typeform from their previous link on their browser and kept the tab open for several days, I now changed the form URL but they still have the old url tab open on their laptop. Will they be able to submit the form from the old url?

Is there a way to add a block of text to the response summary report (the one that’s created when you click “Generate a report” under the “Response summary” page)?I’ve customized the cover, logo, and theme but really need a way to add some introductory description text.

Redirect button or after ending doesnt work when embeded

HI, I have seen a few similar posts, but none quite the same or helped me solve the issues. I have a simple survey that leads to an ending and has embedded this into my wix site. The survey works fine, but the redirect URL link I have set doesn't do anything when I get to the end. When I test the survey through the Typeform site, it works perfectly and redirects. Just when embedded, it doesn't work anything happens when you click the button.  The same applies if I auto-redirect with no button. It doesn't go to the URL. It just stays on the survey. Below is the URL I want to send the leads to after clicking the button on my ending https://www.alchemyblueprints.com/my-story I have a plus plan  Thanks Dan

My Typeform Quiz option buttons looks different on my mobile to my desktop

My quiz looks correct on my desktop but when I share the link and view it on mobile, the choice section (3 different option buttons) are scrambled. The choices should be  (and reflect as such on my desktop):A TrueB SometimesC False But on my mobile they reflect randomly as:A SometimesB FalseC True A FalseB TrueC Sometimes Why is this?

Not allowed to publish?

Typeform isn’t allowing me to click the “publish button” - Would there be a reason for this? I am using the free version, but my quiz has under 10 questions. So I don’t know why it wouldn’t allow me to publish. When I click it does nothing. Thanks!

Duplicating your survey to get more answers

Hello,So I just joined the community and I’m creating my firsts surveysI created one which already reached the limit of 10 responsesI would like to get more answers, even if they are in a separate formSo by this logic, If I create a duplicate with 0 answers, I should be able to get 10 more responses there, but it doesnt work, it says that my form is closed :SIs there a way to activate my duplicate form to get new responses?

cover image for quiz

When I post the link for my quiz in the LinkedIn direct messaging I get a Black image with the words Typeform.  How do I change this to reflect the cover image of the quiz
