Manage your Typeform account

Hello, I would like to have my account verified. My goal is to launch email workflows and be able to customize the subject line of the follow-up email. However, by following Typeform’s documentation, I’m unable to access the account verification process, even though I am the account owner. How can I proceed? Hello Typeform team and community,I am trying to transfer ownership of my Typeform account to my professional email, but I get an error saying that this email is already associated with an account. Here’s the situation: I started creating an account with this email, set a password, but never completed the email verification. As a result, a “ghost” or incomplete account exists in Typeform’s system. I cannot log in, reset the password, or access this account, yet the email is blocking the ownership transfer.I cannot use another email address because this is my official professional email, and I need it to be the account owner.Could someone from Typeform or the community help me? Ideally, the ghost/incomplete account associated with this email would need to be deleted so that I can complete the ownership transfer.Thank you very much for your help!

Hey everyone, As support is hard to drill down for this scenario - figured I’d start here. I’m newly supporting a clients eCommerce store and there is a page with a Type Form on there. However, no one knows the account information for this form. Likely an old agency created this form. The only identifier I can see in the code is the data-tf-livehtml attribute with a code value. How would I enable the company to login to the account that this form is associated to?

Yesterday, I attempted to reset my typeform account password, and I followed every instruction provided from TypeForm in order to do so. I received an email from TypeForm that I’ve copied/pasted into this post. I have reached out to type form for help more than once, and am unable to get a response to get my password reset or unlock my account. How do I update the Social media links behind the icons on the closing screens.  I can’t find any means of changing the links (in other words, my Facbook page has changed and I need the Facebook icon on Typeform to go to the new URL).Eric

We have been using typeform for a while and currently our data does not integrate anywhere so it is a manual job to download each form- wondering if there is a option to do a mass data export or if you can do it retrospective after the surveys/forms have closed.

Created my Typform account using gmail address and need to change it to my outlook email address.

I was trying to register for a one month only subscription because I would only use Typeform for 1 WEEK. I used Typeform before (2018) and the basic monthly subscription was also around the $20-$30 dollar range so I thought ok, that's what I'll do again.I'm surprised because they subscribed me to the ANNUAL plan and my debit card was charged more than EUR300?! I am a grad student with no work at the moment and this is my rent money they took. :( I already sent an email and a message because this is urgent and I have no response.

We had an active survey in a workspace that had over 100 responses in it. The account owner (head of our department) has changed up who has access to Typeform, and upon regaining access, that workspace seems to have disappeared, and I think the workspace may have been deleted.  That workspace contained an active survey, and now I’m not sure if this will cause breakage on the FE application for our users, plus now I can’t access the survey data.  Is there any way to undo what the account owner did?  Is there any way to regain access to that survey data?

hey there. one of our team members accidentally removed another team member who created some forms. now when we invite them back the forms they created are not visible. but the published forms still work. can someone plz help us with this? we are in a crunch situation and needs the details of ppl who submitted the forms. our account should be under shilpi@goodfin.com please let me know if you need any info.

Hi everyone,I would like to know if there is already a setting in Typeform that allows me to see on the main overview page in my workspace whether a survey is active or inactive.At the moment, I need to click into each survey to check its status, which is a bit time-consuming.Is there an option or setting available to display this directly in the survey list?Thanks in advance!

Is there any way how to move more typeforms at once between workspaces? And if not, why is that? We make workshops for schools and we have hundreds of typeforms per year, once the workshop is over we move the typeform to workspace named Past workshops. If we could do it in bulks, it would make our life easier.

does anyone know how do i get each respond to my email. it worked for me in the older version, but as i understand it now i only can do it with Zappier, which i am not really sure what it is. and email notification shoult be a basic thing :(

Hi Typeform team,I signed up for a paid plan using my personal email and accidentally selected the Google login option. I’d like to change the account email to a shared business email for long-term team use, but I’m currently locked into the Google login and can’t set a password or update the email.Can you help me either:Convert the account to a regular email + password login, orChange the email address tied to the account?I want to make sure I keep my subscription and forms but move everything over to a more transferable setup.Thanks so much!Terell

How can I get in touch directly with customer service from Typeform? There must be one.

I have been using typeform for a long time and have a lot of live forms, some with very high response counts. Is there a way to see what forms get the most usage? I keep getting close to the plan limit and am not sure what form(s) are responible. The task of exporting data from all the forms and manually comparing would be massive.

Hi there, I am currently not utilising this software and wish to pause, or if not, cancel my subscription as it’s costly for not using. I have a few queries/issues:I’m not clear on whether cancelling means you can reinstate and access all your previous data or not The help page says to scroll down to see cancellation option, but there is none ‘Contact support’ goes nowhere. See here:  Ideally I’d appreciate pausing for now. Ok, I don’t get it. We are now in 2025, everything is custom except one thing, the social media icons at the end of a typeform.THAT IS RIDICULOUS.🤔We’re a dog trainer, we will never ever use linkedin or X (x rocks), we use instagram and facebook.And we don’t want our clients to share the forms, but we do want clients to visit our social media which is also not available?? That sucks!Make this happen Typeform.

I have tried to log in to my account and i received a message saying that i had to reset my password becuase the old one has expored.I follwoed the instructions and i am not able to access to my previous account which i am the owenr and admin receiving a message with a 403 error.I cant access my account, and formsPlease can someone hlep?Is there an actual cusromer service team to address the issue?Kyriaki 

Hello, we have multiple accounts working on mutliple worspaces.My Gallery is populated for one user, but it’s empty for the other.Is it possible to share the Gallery with other users?

Can we sort out workspaces in alphabetical order ?If yes, how ?
